I’m not the type to make a public post about a private purchase but I’m way over it at this point. I ordered a meta quest pro one day from a month ago and still haven’t received any type of update or resolve from Meta only “we opened an investigation and will be in contact.. that was a day after the courier site said it was delivered. Almost a month later and no response or update on the investigation so I contact Meta and they “were under the impression it had been delivered” what!?! AFTER they said an investigation was opened they switch and say they had no clue there was an issue. I send screenshots of a representative confirming the investigation and they were able to find the ticket but STILL no update going on 30 days later and I’m supposed to feel valued or heard? The policies regarding delivery and communication with consumers has to improve Mark and Meta please do better!

I am wondering if there was a reason why it is taking 5+ hours to download a 1Gb game on a 75Mbps Internet connection. I am hoping that because Oculus Quest has sold out and it is christmas day, the Oculus Servers are having a hard time with the large influx of new devices. Unfortunately i feel alienated with that hope because it seems as if i am the only one suffering with this problem. I am concerned to troubleshoot my internet as it would cancel my download wich is at 80% currently, but it works fine on my phone and laptop.

Meta has social media platforms that many people use on a daily basis by using their different kinds of email addresses & cellphone numbers as authentication to sign into facebook or whatsapp. It will be a good business move for meta to create its own domain name and mailbox for the public to use for anything, the domain name may be mmail or metamail and an example of the email address is "lesedi@metamail.com". This was so crazy, So i just sleep and wake up (in my dream) and see a purple light on my meta quest, i see a menu like team win recovery project, i boot normaly but, the meta logo just glitches out! then the “no command.” pops up and a blinking purple light. (Updating) but my intrusive thoughts jump in and turns off the headset. Then i pop up in a reboot but with a pic of a little girl, down is a “Device doesn’t run android” with a meta logo and above that is a broken meta logo, then i see a video of a person experiencing the same and how to fix it, the dream ends like that. (I checked my meta quest after that lol)

Just bought an Oculus Quest 2 yesterday, set it up and played around with some of the pre installed stuff and some free demos, but for some reason I'm not able to buy games on the store. I tried two different cards from different banks on the Oculus itself, the app and a desktop computer and none of them worked. The desktop and app both gave an error along the lines "something went wrong" and the Oculus told me that my bank needed further authentication and to check my email which i did and it just had a link back to the store and gave me the same error again. I also did not receive any messages from the banking app for either card asking me to authorise a payment. 

So until now ive been able to just connect the link cable and use my headset on the pc freely now suddenly the pc app wont even recognize the headsets been plugged in, which kinda sucks since all my games are on the pc so basically cant do anything with my headset until a new update or a fix unless i want to buy the games over again. Not sure what to do to fix it

Hi all,    We recently bought TWD Saints and Sinners for our Quest 2 from the Oculus Store and have been looking forward to playing it, however we continue to be stuck on this screen. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, pressed every button on the controllers including the ones outlined in the instructions with no joy. We don't know what else to try. Any ideas? 

Yes, that's right.  It looks like someone created a mod for the Steam game and from what I can see it's pretty good.  Looks like it needs a high end PC of course. A bit gutting that I bought it on XBox already - it would require another buy, then joining this guy's patreon.
