Not sure anyone else is playing Mole a Hole  but enjoy it. The game is simple in some ways.  You dig a hole and find things.  Then you can sell what you found and by things to help you.  This has happened  twice to me.  I bring the game up and my money ios still there, sill have what I bought, i can move around the yard,  but I can't dig new holes.  First time it happened I started a new game and everything worked  but today the same problem happened  Any suggestions welcome.   

so i was going to start playing some vr after not playing for a while and when i launched my Q3 it prompted me to sign in to the wifi and once i inputted the password it said "Obtaining IP address" and then eds with "Saved/IP configuration failure". I have tried many solutions proposed on the internet and was also able to connect to my phone and PC's hot spot, but for whatever  reason I am unable to connect to my home's main wifi.I also tried connecting with a static IP and it said it connected but was "Unable to provide wifi"

Hi guys, My quest 2 has been working perfectly since i got in on 22nd of october. Now suddenly it will not boot up anymore. When I turn it on, it shows the oculus logo, stays there for a few seconds, then shuts down for a few seconds, and then shows the logo again, shuts down, logo, shuts down.... The only way I can really stop this, is by acessing the usb update menu on one of the loops and selecting "Power off". I have tried all the options and they do nothing. If I select "boot device", it starts the boot loop again as before. The same thing happens if I select "factory reset". Once I confirm that i want to factory reset it, it just goes back into the boot loop, and nothing else happens. So yes, i did try to factory reset it, but it just doesnt work.  Any ideas and tips would be greatly apreciated. 

Would love to have my own profile on the  metquest 3s but its not letting me. I can see my profile on my Sons meta horizon but not the headset.

Hi Meta and All,I do no use my Meta Quest 3 as often as I used to when I first got it over a year ago but when I jumped on recently there were certain apps more so relating to the Horizon Worlds and portal I could not access? I did not understand why I could not download or access the horizon portal/world until I jumped on the app on my phone and said I violated some code of conduct which I have no idea about. I have checked my emails and my account on the meta website and I have not received any email or notification saying I have done anything wrong. There is no appeal option also, my account says “good standing”, all my passwords and other details are all up to date. So not sure why I can’t access this function or application of the Meta Quest. Is there anything else I can do to revert this and have my account I guess unlocked?I have attached image below showing an example of one of the worlds/apps I can not download and directly from the meta website that m

My sons quest3s will turn what he sees even when he is not turning his head.  VR starts okay, then problem will occur within minutes. This virtually(excuse the pun) makes it unplayable. Help anyone?

the air link used to work but suddley it stopped so i disconnected the headset from the pc in hopes to re-link them but now when i open airlink it cant find my pc or any pc for that matter.they are on the same wifi and i tried restarting both the pc and the headset but it doesnt work

I have a Meta Quest 3 on Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (Ryzen 7 7700, RTX 4070 Ti Super, 32GB RAM).Everything worked perfectly for almost a year. After the latest Meta Quest PC app update (early December 2025), OpenXR stopped working for VR mods:"Set Meta Quest Link as active" button is grayed out and unresponsive (even as admin).UEVR and Praydog RE VR mods fail with "OpenXR not found/not loaded".Luke Ross Real VR mods (non-OpenXR) still work fine.Thin yellow borders now appear around my monitor when Link mirrors the desktop (new since the update).Already tried:Clean reinstall of Meta Quest PC app (deleted all folders in AppData, Program Files, etc.).Manual registry fix (ActiveRuntime correctly points to oculus_openxr_64.json).Uninstalled SteamVR and Mixed Reality tools.Disabled HAGS, repaired app, ran everything as admin.OpenXR Tools detects Quest 3, but mods can't load OpenXR. I suspect the new Graphics Capture API (yellow borders) is conflicting.Please see attached screenshots:Grayed out butt

Hi ,I received my Quest 3 on April 2nd from Amazon and the Right Controller is DOA(Dead on Arrival). It gets dangerously hot and drains the battery to 0% rapidly even when the headset is completely powered off. This is a major safety hazard and a clear hardware defect (fire risk).I’ve been stuck in a support loop for 3 days with SIX different agents (Miley, Joyce, Morrison, Levi, Deejay, and Mea). One agent promised to escalate this to a "Specialized Team" but the next day I just got another generic template asking for the same info I already sent. It’s clear no one is actually reading the case history or taking the safety risk seriously.I’m not waiting weeks for a standard RMA on a brand-new device. I’ve already offered a Security Deposit for an Advanced Replacement so Meta has no financial risk. Also, since my Horizon+ trial is running while the device is unusable, I expect at least 30 Euro in Quest Cash for the downtime and this terrible experience.If Meta can't authorize a deposit-

Apologies in advance if this has been answered elsewhere, I haven't managed to find a solution anywhere. On my quest 2, for a few months now, I haven't been able to bring up the oculus menu in a game with the oculus button to quit or capture content. I used to be able to tap the button and the menu would come up, but it does nothing now. I can still long press to reset my view, so the button technically works, but it just doesn't bring up the menu. To quit games I either have to restart my headset or use an in-game menu if it has one. Again, sorry if this is a dumb question, hoping I'm just being stupid and not doing something right. Any advice is appreciated. 

META, please add anti-theft protection and device location search, as devices are often stolen and we can't find them ourselves. And you, a giant company, can't ensure the security of your device.My glasses were stolen. My account is on it, and I can see when it's online. I can't do anything about it, except offer a reset. It would be better if you could help me find its location!

My quest 3 will not start or do anything after receiving an update 20 minutes ago.  My issue is nearly identical to EvilinmE 's recent post.How did EvilinmE resolve his/her problem? 

hello i have an oculus quest 1 and an rx 6500 xt i want to use the quest 1 for pcvr it connects with the app and the quest sees my pc but when i try to connect my quest with my pc it either gets stuck on the loading screen or it just cuts off and throws me back into the main menu i have been searching for months now. i tried older software but i dont understand it that much, alvr worked only 1 time but it cut off after 5 minutes of playing the forest and i never got it to work again i heard that my graphics card is too bad to run pc vr bc it doesnt have a video encoder or hardware encoder but after i got to play the forest i know that it can play pc vr even if it looks very bad  if you didnt understand something that i said tell me and i can try to make it more understandable Thank you for the help 

Am trying to login to Rec Room. My dad set up the account and had an email saying the account hadn’t been used for over a year and was deleted. However, the account hadn’t been used and my dad can still login. When I try and login to Rec Room I receive the error message:(code: timber)  Please help! 

We just received our first meta 3 quest for our son and our excitement died quickly as what we anticipated would be a quick simple set up turned into hours of troubleshooting with no success the headset and controllers work fine and no matter what we try, including rebooting routers, headset, power cycles, factory reset, it won’t get past the page where it keeps checking for the latest updates and software updates screen. We don’t even get to the pairing screen and yet unable to see the 5 digit code to pair the headset to the meta app.can anyone help?

My son is no longer young and I would like for him to have and control his meta account himself instead of using my Facebook account. How?best regardsdad

Turned on Voice to text, now I'm stuck in the headset power menu, the volume buttons are not working to select anything, it's not pick up my controllers, and I tried a hard reset.  Please help! On met a quest 3s 

we should be able to play games that we have on horizon+ available on the horizon link app as well. i've tried to stream through the casting website and man it's buggy. can we please fix this. i shouldn't have to buy games in order to use the link app for pcvr gaming

Good Evening, My daughter got a Oculus and has forgotten the email that was used to sign into it.  She has purchased a few games so we are trying to figure out how we can find what email was used.  We have tried a 'Forget Password' on every email she or her mom thinks it would be and it says they are not recognized.  I created a dummy account just to get into the forums.  Please can someone tell us how we can find what email was used?

While I understand the need for performance optimization, removing the Home environment entirely has removed a core layer of the PCVR ecosystem, the trophy and decoration system. PCVR users have the hardware overhead to support these environments. By forcing us into the minimalist Void Menu Meta has removed the incentive to collect in-game items and interact with the platform UI. Please consider bringing back a persistent, customizable "Home" for Link and Rift users who want more than just a 2D menu. How come you guys gave Quest cool 3d environments and PCVR users are stuck with some weird Interface. And if the Quest 1/2 can't run it then turn it off by default for them. I'm just saying Oculus Home used to feel more futuristic then the "Modern" Dash Menu ever has. Again Meta please consider bringing back what made Oculus Link special. 

My quest 2 left side controller after changing battery becomes a brick, no more light and no respond as all. Is there any way to fix it?

Hi, I just factory reset my Quest 2, and when I verify that both devices are on the same wifi and I enter the 5-digit code, it just loads, and I think it times out and gives me an error that says couldn't pair with your headset on the app. I've tried reinstalling the app, rebooting both devices, factory resetting the Oculus again, and it still doesn't work. Can anybody help me?

Anytime I use the liv camera and i sync it to my app on my phone, the app won't let me download it to photos and says download unsuccesful. Every other video works except the ones with liv camera.
