I'm posting here because over two weeks and sixteen agents on Meta Store Support case #09781090 have not resolved two documented software issues with the Ray-Ban Meta Display. I'm a five-pair Meta glasses owner (Ray-Ban Stories, Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1, Oakley Meta HSTN, Oakley Meta Vanguard, Ray-Ban Meta Display) reporting this in good faith so it gets in front of the product team. Issue 1: "Hey Meta" wake word fails when glasses are worn normally Repro: Wear the Display normally and say "Hey Meta" — frequently no response. Physically lift/push the glasses up and away from the face — the wake word registers.Expected: Wake word registers while worn normally, as on my other four pairs. Evidence it's not hardware or phone-specific: Identical behavior on two phones (Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra) and two pairs of the Display, including a replacement. Call audio is fine — the failure is specific to the wake word. Support's own troubleshooting was completed: HD Audio (AAC) toggle does

Hi Meta team,My Business Portfolio has been stuck on "In Review" for businessverification since the end of June 2026 — roughly 3.5 months — despitethe Security Center stating reviews normally take about 2 business days.Business Portfolio ID: 883438551362331Details:- All business info (registered name, address, phone, website) exactly  matches my official documents (German IHK registration and  Gewerbeanmeldung / trade license).- Settings → Requests ("Needs review") is empty, so there is nothing on  my side left to submit or respond to.- I am the sole Business Admin.- Verification use case: "App requires access to permissions for Meta  for Developers."I have been unable to reach human support (only the automatedassistant). Could someone please manually review / escalate thisverification? I'm happy to provide any additional documents.Thank you.

https://iwsdk.dev/guides/10-spatial-ui-uikitml.html describes how to statically set up UI using .uikitml files and how to add event listeners, but does not document how to change "properties" of UIKit objects. These "properties" are documented somewhat at https://pmndrs.github.io/uikit/docs/getting-started/components-and-properties  These "properties" are not JavaScript properties. There is an undocumented setProperties({prop: value}) method to set these "properties", but no getProperty() or getProperties() methods. Is setting UIKit "properties" documented anywhere?

Since the latest update Airlink runs at 15Mbps and ignores all bitrate settings. This has rendered the interface unusable. Please do not incompetently deploy updates as some of us are actually using these headsets.

On Oct 8 I pasted a ~6 MB text (my ChatGPT history export) into my main chat as a single message. Since then the main chat will not load on iPhone, Mac, or web, and the iPhone app crashes on launch. What I have tried: in-app bug report on Oct 8 (no response), the web ticket form on Oct 12 (no response), and a report filed through my assistant. Four days with no acknowledgment from anyone. The data is intact server-side. Only that one oversized message needs to be removed from the backend. Can someone from the Muse team please delete the blocking message, or tell me how to get this escalated?

Hello Meta team, Our business verification has been stuck in "In Review" for more than three weeks with no update, no request for additional documents, and no email from Meta. Details:- Business name: KT VALUE KAMIL TRYBAŃSKI- Business Portfolio name: Finansowy GPS- Business Portfolio ID: 1589546669030487- Current status: "In Review" (Business Settings > Security Center) What I have already checked:- All submitted information (legal name, address) matches the submitted documents exactly.- No pending "request for more information" appears anywhere in Business Settings or in email.- Business Support Home (the in-app help assistant) offers no way to open a case or reach a human for this specific issue - it only loops back to generic help articles. Could someone from the Meta team please take a look and escalate this verification for manual review, or let me know what might be missing so I can resubmit correctly? Thank you.

Hi everyone,We’re currently facing a critical issue with our Meta Horizon Store release, which is scheduled to launch today, and we’re trying to find any possible way to reach someone who can help us understand or resolve what has happened. We originally had two scheduled submissions. One was an older submission that we no longer needed, while the newer one was the correct release and had already been approved and scheduled. To avoid having two submissions publishing one after another, we unscheduled and deleted the older one.Immediately after doing that, the newer approved submission unexpectedly changed in two ways:The binary that had been associated with the approved release disappeared from the submission. The submission itself changed from a Full Release into a Pre-order submission. The correct binary still exists in our developer account and remains approved, so the build itself has not been lost. However, it is no longer associated with the approved release. We immediately created a

I got an email from Meta after applying for the Start Program. It looks like I’m in, but I just need to confirm. Could anyone help me please?

I’m using Godot to build an XR app on Meta Quest 3. I’d like to make LLm calls to Meta Muse or another LLM. Are there any meta APIs or SDKs I can use to helpme do this in Godot?Victor

so i have tried everything to factory reset to using sideload update from meta quest them selves and nothing has worked so far.it is true that it is secondhand.

Hi Meta CommunityI'm 41 years old, born on 25 March 1985, and I've used the same WhatsApp account for approximately 20 years.Recently, my WhatsApp account was permanently disabled because Meta apparently believes I don't meet its minimum age requirement. The problem is that I'm clearly an adult, and my date of birth is correctly recorded in Meta Accounts Centre. The restriction appeared around the same time I set up a Meta Quest headset and account for my daughter. I'm concerned that her age may somehow have become incorrectly associated with my Meta account. When I open WhatsApp, I'm instructed to visit Facebook to verify my age. However, clicking the button simply opens my normal Facebook homepage. There is no verification process, appeal option or explanation.I've contacted WhatsApp Support, Meta Support and Meta Store Support numerous times. I've also been told that an investigation was assigned for human review, but I've received no meaningful updates or resolution.Meta Store Support

Yesterday my Meta Quest 3 updated from version 2.6 to 2.7. According to patch notes, this update is still in the PTC and my device is not in it, so I don't know if there's other issues also there.Launching an Unity App that worked well in version 2.6, in 2.7 the inputs fields fail to show the System Keyboard. Immersive debugger only shows one warning in the first attempt at interacting with one:hiding input field is not supported when using game activityInteracting with the input fields also makes the program freeze for a bit.Trying to make the keyboard appear with code or even changing the TMP_InputField code doesn't work either. Has anyone had the same issue? Any workarounds you can think of? Also, could this be related to this other discussion? Edit: Unity version is 6.3 LTS and I'm using the latest version of Meta SDK. All UI and input related packages are also up to date

Hi Meta Support,I urgently need help resolving an incorrect age restriction on my WhatsApp account (*******).My account was permanently disabled around the time I created a Meta account for my daughter's Quest VR headset. WhatsApp now states that I violate its age requirement and directs me to Facebook to verify my age. However, my Meta Accounts Center correctly shows my date of birth. Clicking the Facebook verification button simply opens my homepage with no option to verify or appeal.I suspect my daughter's age may have been incorrectly associated with my account during the Quest setup.Meta Support previously confirmed that ticket #*** was assigned for human review, but I have received no updates and cannot locate the open case in my Support Inbox. Please help me locate the investigation, confirm its status and escalate the age-verification issue to a specialist who can restore my WhatsApp access.I can provide screenshots and proof of age.

The remote desktop app after validating the log in from the browser for the meta account asks to try again after 2-5 minutes and something went wrong. I tried restarting and re-installing the application but of no help. What can be done?

Hi everyone,My Quest 3 is not connecting to Horizon Worlds properly. When I launch the app it gets stuck on the loading screen and never fully connects. I've already tried restarting the headset, clearing the app cache and reinstalling Horizon Worlds but the issue keeps coming back.My Wi-Fi connection is stable and other apps work fine. Has anyone else experienced this recently or found a fix? Would appreciate any help! Thanks

GOOD NEWS 😃😃😃 [Workaround] Meta Quest Link freezing on newer NVIDIA drivers, no driver downgrade needed : r/OculusQuest

The latest updates have rendered Meta Quest PC Link completely unusable. I’ve been having issues with the wired Link connection since early 2026; after about 10 minutes, the headset freezes during gameplay. The only way to get another 10–15 minutes of playtime before it freezes again is to disconnect the USB cable and terminate the OVRServer_x64.exe process. I’ve tried every conceivable fix—some even allowed me to play for an hour—but since I primarily use it for racing games, the current situation makes it pointless.Since the last update, I can’t even launch a game anymore; the headset freezes while still in the Link app—basically right after I start Link. I haven't been able to use my headset with my PC for over six months now. With no update providing a solution—and the latest one making it truly unusable—I have to wonder if the people involved know what they’re doing; it’s a disgrace.

Hello everyone,I am trying to create a new Meta for Developers account, but I have hit a major roadblock during the SMS verification step and could really use some community advice. The Issue:When I enter my phone number (+81) to receive the 6-digit verification code, the SMS never arrives on my phone. What I have already tried (to rule out basic issues):Waited 24+ hours between attemptsConfirmed my number is correct with the country codeChecked that my phone can receive SMS from other services and that I don't have unknown senders blockedTried on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox), incognito mode, and a different Wi-Fi networkRestarted my phoneThe new problem:After several attempts, I am now seeing a warning that says: "You may want to slow down or stop to avoid a restriction on your account. We limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time." I have stopped all attempts to avoid making it worse. My question:Since I cannot even complet

Did meta remove the celebrity voices from the meta ai app? i can't find the Awkwafina and john cena's voice anymore in the setting. My glasses just restarted and when it told me the battery % I was surprised to hear another voice so I went into the settings to change it back to Awkwafina but all I saw was Low, Medium and High voice option in the US English and honestly I think they sound so bad imo.I already missing Awkwafina's voice TT^TT

I noticed after the latest android update that all but one Celebrity voice has vanished. I had Judi Dench before the update but after she and all but the default male/female and Deepika are gone. I've tired the go-to steps. Cleared cache, unpaired, uninstalled, re-installed, etc. No change.I've seen some older topics about this... anyone get a solution?
