Hi my name is Jameel and my  page was hacked and my instagram name was meel_gees

I was using my headset normally the other day, and the next time I tried to open the app, it got stuck on a gray window with nothing in it. I've tried repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. If I put on the headset, I can see the black grid + black sky landscape and 3 dots as if the UI is loading, but it never loads. I don't think it's related to the actual headset, the app should load normally on its own, it always has, but it's not loading now for some reason. 

No matter what i select it just goes back to USB update mode followed all the instructions on updating the software, but the pc makes the connection sound and nothing else, the quest just goes black and the Meta logo shows up for a second and then goes back to USB update mode and nothing else happens.

For a while now if I try and click settings or files in navigator. Absolutely nothing happens. I have to click notifications then settings on left to get into Settings. Not found a way to open Files.Been checking for 2 weeks now for an update that hopefully fixes it.Can't say I've seen this mentioned, but then again, these forums aren't the best.Is there a PTC reddit at all? Not just the usual reddits? 

I sent my right controller in for replacement over a month ago and the support system still shows the replacement processing as of July 1 and arriving on July 3. It's almost August. Does anyone know how I can talk to a live person and get an update on this? If I knew it was going to take this long I would have simply spent the money on a new controller. I'm just going in circles through the support system at this point, and it's getting frustrating.

Can I switch which meta quest I own since I gotten my meta quest 3s and my meta quest 2 is still owned by me so I can use developer mode?

We have tried all of the basic stuff and and I don't know what to do anymore 

I recently deleted the app because the link was lagging and downloaded it again.Now when I log in, it tells me this error, if I log in to my account, it doesn't take me to the login page, but to the page with changing the language.I reinstalled a clean Windows 5 times, checked with a VPN, nothing works. 

I am having issues with my avatar's hands being mapped to the synthetic hands provided by Meta SDK. My avatars seems to not have the Meta Mecanim Humanoid Rig.  Has anyone figured this out? I have tried the OVR Unity Humanoid Skeleton Retargeter but the wrists are candy wrapped.

Hi,I'm trying to configure a new reset Oculus Go, but the "Continue" button remains grey and unclickable, at the video step (and the video doesn't launch too) I've made this several times before with my other Oculus Go, but this time, impossible to finalize the installation process.Any idea ?Thanks 

Hi, all of a sudden our mic has stopped working, I can’t recall the quest being dropped or bumped, I’ve made sure all settings are allowing the microphone to work and has access to the microphone?

I got on my oculus quest 2 and it brings me to the login screen on my vr. The account i want to use, the profile picture isn't there it's just a Grey background with a white person and I try to go into the account and I get stuck on a Grey screen. help me please 

I currently have no space on my C Drive so i uninstalled the app and now i cant reinstall the app because i have no space on my C Drive how would i switch the download to my D Drive instead

I can't access my gaurdian at all since I had the Gaurdian Turned off the last I used it and I don't have access to the dev tools since it's been a few years since i used my quest 1. I additionally can't get any official "Meta Support" since my meta account isn't linked with my previous Oculus account and it says i "own no devices". I need to figure out how to get developer mode back in order to turn my gaurdian back on and be able to adjust it. 

Hi,I am a late in life (60+) user who has just bought a used Meta Quest 3 512Gb over ebay, to get into VR for the first time. To date, all my experiences with VR have been brief ones at expos and other public events, so I am pretty excited to have my own unit.The device is not here yet, but I have already created a meta horizon account.I would really appreciate if someone with experience could kindly guide me on the following please.. and apologise if there is some standard guide already which answers them! If so, can someone maybe kindly point me to it?Thanks in advance!1. What should be my first steps when the unit arrives? Register it to my meta Horizon account I guess, but after that?2. Is there a way to check that all is as it should be, maybe some form of self-test?  Or maybe some well-known "failure" areas that could be why it was sold on in the first place? I have a pair of glasses and I had to reset it. I configured it on my cell phone on both Android and iOS and the configuration stops in the health and safety item because the video doesn't play. It's wonderful to have glasses that aren't being used because of a video.😭

I got a meta quest 1 from a friend but I tried to link the meta quest to my account, but it's not working and my friend doesn't have access to his account anymore. I have a serial number, but that is also not working.

As Windows 10 support comes to an end and Linux becomes more friendly for gamers thanks to Valve more and more people are dumping Windows for a Linux.I'm one of the people that consider switching to Linux, however the only thing holding me back from it is Meta Quest Link. Is Meta planning to port Meta Quest Link to Linux when people will become more interested in this OS family or we are doomed to dual boot with a crapware called Windows?
