I am locked out of my Meta account due to two-factor authentication. I no longer have access to the phone number on my account and I never saved my recovery codes, so I’m unable to log in. Email login is blocked by enforced 2FA.I’m requesting a manual 2FA reset or account recovery. I can verify ownership via email, purchase history, and headset details if needed. Any assistance from a moderator would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I am having persistent issues installing the Oculus PC Application on my desktop to use Link/Air Link with my Meta Quest 3. The download process consistently fails near completion.Failure Point: The download freezes when it is almost finished, typically around 917 MB out of 967 MB (or a similar final percentage). Error Message: I receive the error prompt: "Check the connection. There was an error while the installation, Check your connection and try to run again the Oculus installation program..."I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success: I disabled VPNs and all antivirus software. I checked and confirmed that Windows Firewall is not blocking the installation. I restarted both my computer and router/modem. I attempted to clear the download cache using CMD commands (as suggested in community posts). I ran the installer as Administrator.None of these steps have resolved the issue. Why can’t I not screen share it to my smart LG tv nor my smart Roku tv it screen shares with my phone but I cannot see anything in the screen. Am I doing something wrong when pairing ?

I had my Meta Quest 2 stored for a while. When I turned it on again, it updated and the unlock pattern changed from the 9-point square grid to an 8-point diamond layout. Eventually, I wasn’t able to unlock it because the pattern was never corrected, so I performed a factory reset to use it from scratch.Now the device asks me to continue the setup through the Meta Horizon app, but the headset shows as “disconnected” in the app and I can’t remove it. Also, on "meta.com/quest/" and on "oculus.com", the device doesn’t appear under my registered devices at all.Is there any way to fix this or force the setup to continue?

I was having issues downloading a game, so i factory reset my quest, now nothing is installing or downloading so there is nothing on my headset. I am not part of the ptc. What do i do?

Hello. I’m trying to create a child account. I am a guardian, having done so when it gets to payment details to verify who I am; Payment processes then just fails. I was hoping to have this set up before Christmas Day. 

I bought a meta gift card, and added the cash to my account. When I go to try to buy a game it says there is suspicious activity, and won't let me purchase the game. I have the cash on my account but can't use it. What do I need to do? I have my age verified and everything else is good on my account. I have bought games before on my account, so I don't understand why it won't let me purchase the game. Please help! Thank you.

I purchased a headset last February from Best buy signed up with a email I set up specifically for meta and now I can't sign in to the account and when I put the sn in for my head set it tells me support unavailable for this device.  

I just got my quest 3 the other day, but i haven't been able to use it as the Horizon app tells me I haven't given it all the permissions needed. I've given it every permission, cleared cache AND data, uninstalleled and reinstalled, and still nothing. I even tried changing profiles. If someone could help me that would be great. Thank you 

My iPhone app says it found the headset, but the headset does not display the 5 digit code needed to complete the pairing. Instead my Quest 3 only offers the accounts that already are already set up in it. I have updated both the Quest 3 software and my iPhone Meta app, and restarted the headset twice to no effect.

i dont even wanna type out anything. i just wanna send the videos that ive sent to customer service just to get talked to sideways from.the quest pro has been the most useful device ive ever purchased but the customer service folks that get assigned to me are almost 95% insufferable. they’re sometimes allergic to scrolling up even a single message to seek clarity, they’ll try to get you to simplify your issue to one sentence as though you never gave a list of several, mutually exclusive issues, they’ll talk about whats in “their system” when the entire public facing database suggests otherwise and has done so for OVER A YEAR. Do you know what this super long image is?This is the list when I sort by "Newest" in "Brawse All Games" on Meta Horizon App. This is sooooooooooooooooooooooo bad it brings tears to my eyes. I have to scroll and load over 20 times to reach the actual newest game (red circle one)!!! 🤪This isn't because there are a ton of crappy gorilla games, but because it shows even unreleased games. Have you never considered usability? Someone might say, why not just look at "New Releases" section? Unfortunately, there are many new games that aren't displayed in "New Releases" section. So last night while I was about to put my headset on, it fell of the counter onto its front. Now this has happened a few times before, but I was still worried because i heard the faceplate extender disconnect, I pick it back up and I see that the tiny  rod that keep the front of my headset strapped in broke off. I first went to metas support site and the thing that broke isn't even an option. Nothing that talks about the hardware of the headset is an option! I then went to ask their ai bot, and all it told me was that "Just buy an elite strap, then you won't have yo worry about that rod at all" WHICH IS WRONG BECAUSE I STILL NEED THAT ROD FOR THE STRAP! I can still use the headset if i pull the back fasteners closer to my head, but that starts to hurt my head after like 5 minutes. What should I do from here? Could this count for a replacement headset?

I recently had to send in my Quest 3 for an OOW replacement.  I thought the controllers had to be sent in as well, so I included them.  The replacement headset arrived today and, of course, no controllers were included.  How can I retrieve my controllers?  Any help appreciated.

So i recently got a meta quest pro from a coworker that was originally a demo model is there any way to get it to be able to be used as a normal quest pro or is it just stuck like that forever.

Hello can someone please help me. I activated my Quest 3. 3 days ago, it shows on my account in the app. Yet when I try to get support at https://www.meta.com/help/quest/ it says no device on my account. I enter my serial number, it says no support available for this.In app, I can select the device, click warranty, get support. It loads a page that says "This page isn't avialable right now." Has been doing this for the last 3 days. This is extremely frustrating. I also messaged MetaStoreHelp​ 3 days ago and no one has responded.

So I just recently got a meta 3s and I think it had a user before me, I don’t mind I just want to play my meta. I then realized there was an account on here it also says that it’s the main user I looker further and this persons email and phone number are linked to it, I cannot change it because I need this persons password. I also claimed the game that came with the meta 3s on that account so I also don’t want to lose access to the game. I can’t contact support to possibly change the email and password and I don’t know what to do!!

Im accessing the quest gallery on the website with this link https://www.meta.com/gallery/quest/.I can see the photos and download most videos but there are a few that won't download at all, or that download but fail at some point with a status code of 500.I really want to download these videos because I lost them recently.I hope there is a way to fix this.

I turned on my headset. And the screen was pitch black. I can see the factory reset menu and stuff. And the icon when you turn it on. But I can see anything else 

This is a second account, I can’t log into my real one. My authentication is on my old tablet, but the authentication didn’t transfer to my new one. I can’t get the old one back because it’s broken, and when I log in to my account it says go to the broken tablet. I need to get my actually account back, it has some expensive games. Can anybody help?

when I connect my link cable to my quest 2 and press launch link it shows the loading screen then infinitely loads and doesn't actually load anything. please if you have any answers I would really appreciate a response. thank you.

I can download free games but when I try to purchase one, it says "feature not available to you" please help me
