I am a parent and my child requested a game, Clamb. I clicked on the request and purchased it. It told me that a gift card would be sent to my child, yet my child's account has no email address shw where has the gift card gone as it did not go to my email address. When I go into my child account in family centre it is still saying that the purchase request is pending yet I have been chagned and was emailed a tax invoice/receipt please help!

I’ve got an Oculus Rift CV1 that’s giving me trouble. The headset isn’t being picked up over HDMI at all — the USB connection seems fine, but the Oculus app just says “No HDMI Connection” and the display stays black.For context, I was an early backer of Oculus and also own a DK1. Unfortunately, the DK1 doesn’t work on my current setup either, so I’m wondering if there’s a deeper compatibility or hardware issue here.

I'm stuck in what feels like Meta account hell and I'm hoping someone here has been through this nightmare.My account was created with email and locked down with 2FA on a phone number I no longer have. My old carrier said there's zero chance of getting that number back, and my recovery codes are either used up or have expired somehow. I've been locked out for a week now.I've spent hours going in circles through Meta's support pages. Need account help? Check the forum—except I can't log in to see it. Login issues? Enter your device serial code—which goes absolutely nowhere. The worst part? There's literally no way to contact an actual human. No email, no support tickets, nothing. Just an endless loop of useless help pages.I'm not giving up yet, but I really need to hear from someone who's gotten through this. I am trying to create an account for my 10yr old that is supervised by me. I went through the instruction, got past birthday and but can't get past "Use data to further personalize your child’s experience?". There are two buttons options, "Allow" or "Not now" and it doesn't matter which button I press, I kept getting "Oops something went wrong - We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can" error. I have used Meta Horizon app, laptop and I keep getting same error. Even more weird Meta charged my card 0.99 cent to verify I am the parent before the account was actually fully set up! Please help. I recently downloaded Meta Quest Developer Hub, and now, my headset no longer is shown on file explorer. I've tried turning on and off developer mode (both on the headset and on my phone), different cables, and some other stuff. An intresting thing is that is does show up in the hub though so maybe the hub is stopping file explorer from connected? That's my idea but I don't know how I would fix it anyways. Help appreciated, thanks!

Help!  I am getting tired trying to find a solution on how to install the Link app on Windows 11 24H2.  My PC meets and exceeds all the HW requirements. I cannot find useful help with Meta IA.  A few weeks ago, it was working fine until the current update woke everything when it needed to update the Link driver in which it did nothing.  I ended up, uninstalling and deleting every folder related to Meta and Oculus, but now it just fails to install.  Help anyone!!! P.S. I tried some of the current post, but no luck.

Hi!My son is 10 years old and can't play Roblox on Meta Quest 2, VR. Although the new age restriction is 10 years.When I type in the code from Quest 2 in the Roblox PC version or Roblox tablet app it says in The Quest 2 that it can't go further "because of age restrictions." Any ideas?

I want to do a factory reset from the headset.  I power off the headset, press both the power and volume buttons at the same time and wait for the boot menu to appear, but it never does. Instead, I get a little yellow robot on its side with a red triangle with an exclamation point inside. Under the robot are the words: "No Command".Can someone explain what's going on here? Do I have a hardware issue? Firmware issue?  

How do I delete devices in Meta Horizon app?It's not mine, I don't know why they show up in my app.I only have one q3 and rift s, the rest two q3 are not mine.

I purchased an Oculus quest 2 a few years ago for my daughter. She created an account and pin, but was having trouble logging in. The device has just been laying aside without being used. I recently took the drive and was trying to get the device working to no avail. I’ve done a hard reset, reboot and sideloan update. Since doing that, the device is on and goes to a black screen with “spa like” music playing in the background. It does not move from that screen at all. I’ve tried troubleshooting a few times, but it troubleshooting is repetitive. Is there anyone that could help. I don’t think she knows any of the login info or the email address she used at the time.

Hi my son got bought a meta quest gift card on Saturday 13th I entered the code on the meta app to redeem and on the website but both say the code is invalid , is there anyway to resolve this please 

whybwould meta prematurely introduce home environments that are not fit forpurpose. Remove the old oned that where immersive.  why are mets nlt respinding to all thecomplaints.  the midnight scene doesnt feel immersive doesnt evem have proper norther lights shich makes it less immersive and everythingin the distance is not even immersive.  horizon worlds is not immersive and very childish.  can meta respind to customer feedback.  youve nit even provided a scene fof christmas  

Since the last update, I'm having major tracking issues. Estimation tracking is completely unusable. I keep getting a Link Not Working error and the error persists even after I turned off auto link. Hand and body tracking is now unreliable. Sometimes the main menu gets stuck while Im playing games forcing me to find the application that Im playing to close menu. This update is buggy and have some many softaware errors. I tried resetting boundaries and deleting boundary history as well. At some point I even factory reset just for it to break again. Please roll back your updates or fix the problems because I'm unfortunately not the only one.

I recently got a new phone and when I tried to log into my oculus account it would not let me fully sign in because it would say it needs a 2FA code and sends it to my old phone number that I can't access anymore. Im not logged in on my pc, my phone, or anything like that just the headset itself, and it is super frustrating because I couldn't even contact meta support since in order to contact them you need to be logged into an email thats linked with a headset but I can't. So i couldnt get support at all I was just stuck.Thankfully I found out about forums and now I can post my problem here. I see others with similar problems and I am seeking for support or guidance on how I can resolve this.(Update)I just checked and I see that i am in fact logged into my oculus account on my pc, but only on the Meta Horizon link app, not the website which is what I need to log in on so I can take off 2FA and finally log in on my phone. I haven't made a report yet, forgot what buttons to press to do the report (thought is what ab, now wondering if its press all 4 buttons and hold). Pretty much other players see me in a different position then I am. So they try to shoot at me, and it goes right through me, but if they aim to the side where I actually am it will hit me. Made a video of them shooting where they see me, which is away from me and miss, and then I tell them where to turn to actually get a hit. Not fully sure but I think my collision was off as well, like I was running into wall a little earlier then it should have, but can't guarantee on this part. I forgot to ask but should have asked if bullets are shooting from a different location and is my avatar aiming at them correctly. 

Web Casting to any PC (tried 3), results in progressively worse delay in audio while video remains rock solid and clear.  Almost no delay in video, but audio can exceed over 7-10 seconds delay.I've used this device almost daily for over a year and the web casting has always worked acceptably well. There's always been enough of an audio delay to be annoying, but never over ~1 second.With the v81 update on December 6th, this audio delay started.Yes, I've reset every piece of networking hardware with no change in issue.Yes, I've reset the Quest 3, many times, with no change in issue.I've since updated to v83.1034, and the issue persists.With a delay this long, web casting is practically unusable.

It insisted on a new install in a new folder (not the old Oculus folder), but right after installing, it deletes everything in that folder and asks me to restart my computer. What is going on?  How do you fix this?

I’ve been trying to purchase bonelab standalone sith the code CREATOR20 and it keeps saying feature unavailable and when i use diffrent cards it doesnt work, any fixes?

I have  to build a robot for the band, but I am unable to make the arms. I have tried using the different color bricks. Nothing seems to attach.  Tried to find a video about this, but it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Previously other people used it and it did give me the money but this time it was not added to the Meta balance. I wanted to contact Meta support but it tells me that "I don't have an associated device" and when I put the number as standard it says that my device does not have access to the help service.

my friend has had this quest 3 for a while, since launch, but recently it has decided to stop tracking. it full on is acting like its in a dark room but doesnt say it. it wont track the headset or controllers, factory resetting it didn't help and they did it many times but still, nothing. my last resort to try and help is to go here before fix my oculus, because its out of warranty, and pray its not an expensive repair
