hello my a button on the right controller is not responding. it keeps making me jump instead of clicking when i try to use the browser.

So I woke up one day and got on my vr but it was stuck saying‘Finding position in room’ so I factory reset it because that’s what I do when my headset glitches. When I did it asked me to log into my account but the email used for my account was my old email that I don’t have access to anymore so I was wondering how could I log back into my account 

Hi all,I recently reinstalled Lone Echo 2 hoping to play it again, however upon booting the game up and making it past the accessibility setting screens no problem, I was placed in the main menu environment, but all the buttons were invisible. When I hover my selection cursor over the areas where the button should be, I can hear the little noise they make confirming that they're there, but they're entirely invisible. I'm playing the game over Meta Link using a Meta Quest 2, the same device I used in the past. The only difference is that I'm running it on a newly built PC. So my questions are: are there any known fixes to what I'm experiencing? and, does Lone Echo 2 have any known issues/incompatibilities with the newer gen hardware I'm using? (newer gen i.e. RTX 50 series cards, DDR5  Memory, or AM5 CPUs) Thanks

I factory reset my quest 2 due to some password issues then when I want to finish configuring the headset with the app it just don't detect the headset but the app thinks it's still linked but the website doesn't 

Received v83 via PTC.Previously when starting the headset, the battery icon would be faitly dull, then the meta logo would display very bright with quit a lot of bloom then after spinning it would lose the brightness and bloom.Since the update, startup is full brightness and somehow everything is brighter and soft. When plugged in I see maybe 10 percent battery drain over an hour, with v82 I'm down 20% in 20 minutes with the headset plugged in, not even running any app.It literally sucks.Am I able to manually downgrade to V81 somehow?

Can the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 use Meta Quest Link?

My son requested Gorilla Tag Storm Master, I followed the link and bought this, I have the receipt and can see this in my purchases but my son does not have access to this and I can’t gift this to him. Really confused

Hello, I'm trying to install the OculusSetup.exe to be able to use my Oculus Rift S, but every time it is like dowloading it stops at some point and shows a message:Check the connection.There was an error while the instalation, Check your connection and try to run again the Oculus instalation program, If you continue having problems with it, please contack the Oculus help service. And here I am.I already tried to turn on and turn off the wifii and connection by network port, either of them worked, already tried to desactivate all antivirus and run the installation, didn't work, I already restarted my computer, and it still didn't work. I don't know what to do, please help.

Hello,I´m more then frustrated about the current situation. I used my OCULUS RIFT VR since years without any kind of problems. Since the last updates following happend:The Simulator I use is DCS.When the sim is started, the view while using the VR google is stuttering and the pic freezes after some minutes.I checked the settings and temperatures - around 59 degrees at highest - so the Geforce 3080 isn`t a problem - Latest Nvidea driver is running.I changed the game settings to nearly zero: no shadows, lowest texture quality, visibility to low, no after rendering processes like AA, DLAA or DLSS - no filters, no sharpening - Everything to low.The Rift is still stuttering and finally I have a freeze after some minutes - It comes with flashes short before. So my specs are: i9 with  , 3080 with 10GB RAM, 64GB RAM and Win10. Latest META driver (because I`m forced to by the software - Thanks a lot for nothing!!!)  So please: Fix the latest drivers and make the Oculus

On Gorilla tag (metaquest 3) board message with red backround states unable to play with other reasoning mothership token, tree house won't allow to play with others, and large blue circle surrounds screen. I've tried restarting router, restarting metaquest headset, clearing game cache, uninstalling and reinstalling game, making a new boundary, confirming date and time are on auto. I have plenty of storage space, parental controls aren't on.What the heck happened. How do I fix this??

Hello,On June 3rd I sent a gift to a friend and they didn't claim it within the 30 days. It's  been several months and not refund was issued. Is it possible to issue a new code? If not, then a refund needs to be processed soon.Thank you

Hi MetaStoreHelp, My Meta account has an incorrect birthday. I have tried all the forms and they are locked. It will not let me upload my ID. It has me as a minor and I am an adult so, I am missing content across my accounts and losing access. Please verify my birthday. I am able to provide my ID. 

When i try to connect my quest 2 to my pc using airlink then it instantly gray's out. If i try to use an another pc and it is unavailable then it takes time to gray out not instantly. If another pc is available then it works normally. I have factory reset my quest and did a clean install of windows 10 and the quest pc app.I have reset my router, anything that could be reset. SteamVR works fine with steam link. I was casually using AirLink and one day i turned my quest off and then the next day it just didnt connect and hasn't since. There werent any updates so that coulnt be the issue.

Hi,I've just had my Quest 3 update to PTC V83 today, and have encountered some issues:- People icon - The "people" icon at the bottom of the Navigator doesn't load or do anything. If I have my app library showing, and press the people icon, nothing happens. The view stays the same, and the Quest 3 does not attempt to show or load the people app.- Profile icon - The Profile icon for my profile, when I press it goes to a new screen, showing a menu on the left, and my online status on the right etc. However in the middle is a spinner progress ring, and nothing ever loads. The menu on the left also does not work, and pressing the button to manage my avatar, shows a context menu, but when I move the controller off of the button the context menu disappears, so I cannot select it

This notification ruins the gaming experience for many people. It turns the screen off and shows the "Liquid or debris detected, charging port disabled" notification. I'm in a simracing game and have to switch to the controller and close that popup to continue the game, which I already crashed thanks to the stupid notification. I don't care if the charging is disabled or not, please don't turn my screen off in the middle of a game.

During Android connection a cursor displayed on the mobile screen acts just like your finger with clicking, swiping and dragging, so when connected through DisplayPass you can operate almost anything

I have been playing bobber bay fishing for a bit and each time I go to store to buy something, it won't show the information on the store screen and I can't buy anything. I click on an item and nothing comes up for information on item. I can not buy anything in there. The players that where on last night where having the same issue. I have uninstalled horizon world and bobber bay fishing several times to see if that changes anything, with no luck. I need help. Not sure where to report this.

Nearly two years ago, I sent my Quest 3 headset and both controllers in for repair. I only received the headset back. For two months, I have received only bot written form replies. Finally, a human replied stating she was sending me two replacement controllers (she admitted they lost mine) and gave order numbers. Right Controller: Order #*** Left Controller: Order #*** 3 weeks go by and I received only more bot replies. Today, I get an email saying my order for a LEFT CONTROLLER was being cancelled and I was being refunded.  I did not order a left controller and they cant refund anything since I bought my Oculus from Amazon nearly a year ago. The net is filled with countless similar storied about Meta stealing sent in items and refusing to do anything to assist.  There are a lot of us customers that Meta has screwed. I can't believe we all have to let them get away with this.  They admitted losing my controllers. Isn't there any legal action we can take?

 My oculus recently suggested for security to set a pattern. I set a pattern with the dots, and then it locked me out. And will not let me back in, because pattern on security screen of dots is different than pattern that I set up pattern on the screen it had me set pattern on looks like a regular telephone dots.The sign in screen.I went to does not look like that.I am locked out now

I have an Asus ROG G14 laptop (2024)Specifications:Ryzen 7 8845HSRTX 4060 8GB16 GB RAMLast year, I was using a Pico 4 headset and didn’t notice any problems. Then, after a year, I bought a new Quest 3 for PC gaming (I sold the Pico last year). I downloaded Quest Link to connect to the PC via cable, connected it, and launched SteamVR. It worked fine, but when I started games, periodic lag and stuttering appeared immediately. When launching HL:Alyx, a message about insufficient video memory showed up in the menu.I spent almost a whole day researching this issue but couldn’t find a good solution. The problem is that when I connect the headset to the PC, Quest Link immediately consumes 2-3 GB of video memory. Then I launch SteamVR, and the video memory usage goes up to around 6 GB. When I start HL:Alyx through SteamVR, there is practically no video memory left.I tried different settings in the Debug Tool and also changed the headset’s resolution and refresh rate. When I go to add my friend on meta it doesn’t give me the option to add him and then when I try to join a meta call it joins for a second and then kicks me

Hi team, I'm getting micro lags and stutter in Airlink on my Quest 3 (EU/UK), esp. when moving my head. In the Oculus debug overlay this causes brief spikes in transmit/decode, fps drops and visible stuttering. The issue is not present on my Quest Pro with otherwise identical settings - see below screenshots to illustrate. Few more details:- Issue is not present on Quest Pro with same settings on HMD, router and PC (using same res)- Issue is worse at higher bitrates, esp. >200mbps, but still present <200mbps- Issue is unrelated to PC/game latencies (CPU, GPU, Queue each <5ms)- Stutters/lags are intermittent (every 10-20 seconds) when not moving but happen immediately and reproducibly when moving the head to either side or especially looking downwards (i.e. on any bigger headset movements)- Wifi 6E router (TP Link AXE75 EU/UK)- EDIT: exact same issue with Asus RT-AXE7800 (EU/UK) wifi 6e router- Connection shows as 2,400mbps- Airlink codec H264 (but same on other codecs)- I

When I go to put my pair code on my phone it says couldn’t pair with ur headset, then when I try to factory reset and try again it says the same thing someone please help 

My headset is not even a week old, its worked fine up until 4 hours ago. I stopped using the headset at 31% battery, on the meta horizon app it states this is the battery as well and was synced 4 hours ago. Since then its been completely bricked. The LED light wont indicate if its charging , the screens dont work at all. And now ive left the glorfied paper weight to charge for more than 2 hours using the cable and adapter the headset came with, nothing. Some other things to note,-Cant access boot menu after holding the volume down and power for over one minute multiple times-tried and tested multiple charging cables, doesn't work-I use no accessories for the headset-LED does not work-Cant be detected on my PC on the meta appWould appreciate any advice on the matter.
