Some how my cars have a pink tint to them and other objects also When I go into my VR App for IRacing it shows a pink background as it was red before. ANY Ideas how to fix back to normal?Thanks in advance

I can't get the buttons on the xbox controller to work after it is connected.  Once I go to xbox online gaming, they stop working.  There is a icon in the upper left corner that show the controller is not connected, but under the settings menu it is connected.  I have turned off the gaze control and even unpaired and then paired again, several times, but still will not work.  What the heck am I doing wrong.

For some time I've been reporting that the setting to edit the AI voice selection has not been working.Meta fixed that in the most recent update on my Quest 2 by removing the setting.That's one way to solve the problem. 🤣

For some time the USB-C cable that came with my Quest 2 has been turning green.That doesn't speak well for the quality of materials used in it.You would expect better for the price Meta charges for a replacement.

hi, after I made a factory reset, I try to reinstall my Meta Quest 3s. When I am asked to connect to any wifi, the connections is always a "limited connection". I tried differen wifi and hotspot. always the same result. please HEEEELP!!!

I am trying to finish a contest entry for the Open Source competition, but I shutdown my server and my account broke. I can no longer access any Worlds Editor. It just does what's in the attached image.When I switched my secondary computer over to this account, it instantly breaks too, but it was working on a different account. There was a bit where I could click the "Retry" button a few hundred times and it worked, but now that isn't working either.I've contacted support and posted feedback, but I really need this fixed ASAP or I won't be able to finish my multiple contest entries that I've worked countless hours on.I open the Worlds Desktop Editor and instantly get this screen. I'm not able to open my worlds, see assets, or anything. It just instantly goes to this. I was recently trying to buy the game among us vr and it popped up a message saying I was unable to come pleat the transaction for security reasons. I would kindly ask for meta to resolve this issue. I think I have found a pattern though, every time I buy something, and then try to buy another thing maybe 2-3 days later, this message pops up. So meta, can you please give my account the ability to purchase things again, or maybe even resolve this entire issue. Thank you

Hello, my son all of a sudden got a spinning wheel of death saying they couldn't detect the boundary or whatever. After troubleshooting everything we did a factory reset, three times now, and it just boots to a black screen. We bought this back on July 9th through Amazon and bought the Asurion warranty on it, but figured I would try and reach out here to see what I can do. I cannot contact support because it won't let me seemingly because it wasn't bought from this site?

Windows Mixed Reality Portal doesn't detect that my Quest 3s is plugged in. It's quite frustrating. It's plugged in with a Reborn VR link cable. I have restarted Windows 10 and used a regular USB 3 cable and still haven't gotten it yet.  It has not worked even once. Thanks in advance for your suggestions. 

I just bought a new headset but I noticed the screen is black I see an orange like hue around the the tops of the screen and it's so distracting. When I look at the lenses in the dark with just black on the screen and no light to bounce off the lenses, it's not perfectly uniform like my Quest 2 is, I see like two light beams going down either side diagonally. This is meant to be black and the exposure on my camera is making it look like it's light, but it's hard to show this orange glow around the edges, it looks like an arch around the outside when I have the headset on. It's so distracting when looking at something dark like a Youtube video.What is going on?

I have a 9800x3d/5090 and trying to connect my Q3 Meta Link.  Everything looks good until just after it connects I get the 'Dash Encountered a Fatal Error' message and telling me to retry.  This happens whether I use the link cable or air link.  I had exactly the same issue on my previous build (7800x3d/4090) on a different Q3 headset. I have followed the set-up videos to the letter but cannot get past this issue.  I have got it working using Virtual Desktop but I really want to figure out why this error keeps happening.  I spoke to another sim racer who is getting the same issue but is also unable to get help to figure it outFWIW, I run triple monitors via DP to the 5090 and a 4th monitor connected via the HDMI on the motherboard.  I did run a test with the 4th monitor removed, but it didn't fix the Meta Link issue.

I’ve tried multiple ways to connect and it just doesn’t want to sync

I created an account for my kids to use the oculus they got for Christmas and I guess I made a mistake.  I want to change their birthday, and I can get all the way into the family center to change it but then I get an error that says “we weren’t able to update your child’s birthday.  Please contact customer support.”. go figure, there’s no way to directly contact them.  So anyone have any help????

HiI need a real person to fix my problem, please.I got a gift game from my friend in form of a code.I couldn't redeem it due to a known bug causing the "redeem gift" option to be absent if user played a trial version of the game.10 emails from support bots with ai nonsense. Nothing I wrote is read. I asked if I should send them  the game code if this could help getting the problem solved sooner. They asked for the code. I typed in into the email response and sent to them, meta support. Nobody ever shared it anywhere else.Now the bot responding to my ticket says the code is already redeemed somewhere and asks me to check other emails/acccounts, which is the type of nonsense unrelated to anything I meant. I never had any other accounts or different emails.  I responded and got exact same copy paste response from meta's support as before, just with a different support agent's name.Of course I'm contacting the real support via official channel. I'm not sure if ai respon

 

Had an issue with my Quest 2 not connecting to WiFi a few months ago.  It would connect and then disconnect and keep doing this.  Finally got around to troubleshooting it today and below are the steps I've taken.Factory Reset Quest 2Connected to cellular hotspotDownloaded and installed updateThis resolved the WiFi connectivity issueConnected to home WiFiAble to access speedtest.net in browser and get over 300 Mbps up and downChecked for updates and installed additional update.Attempt to download purchased gamesClick "Install" on game in LibraryBrings up WiFi settingsShows connected, nothing needs to be changed Clicking done just closes settingsThis happens on every game I've tried to install in this mannerThis also happens while actively running a speed test in browserFind Game in StoreClick on DownloadAdds to Queue and doesn't installOne time only, I was able to get about half of a game downloaded but then it quit.There is a serious software issue with the Quest 2.&nbsp

i know you all know about the black screen thing, my quest 2 does have a black screen just not a fully black one (its a bit lighter) but when i tried to fix it nothing worked i even did a full factory reset yet nothing worked, any ideas on how can i fix it? 

Hello: This is driving me insane.  I have an Iphone X with the latest version of Ios.  I am relatively new to the meta quest 2 headset.   I have read on multiple support threads / help articles that there should be a setting in my Oculus App (named Meta Quest 2 app now).  I work in technology but can not find this setting.  At this point I am guessing this setting may not be available due to Apple privacy or something .. I looked in the Settings are and device settings too all within the meta quest 2 app on my iPhone. I am looking for the easiest way to view some of my photos and videos on my Meta Quest 2 Headset.  I can't imagine this should be so difficult. Thanks for any response.

This is tricky to explain, but here it goes. my left quest 3 controller was registering movement up and to the left. No matter what i did, any game i played would move me forward and left (NNW) at full speed. So, I figured the controller had broke. No biggie, I'll order a new one.As soon as I place the order, I remember I can switch my movement to the right stick so at least I can play certain games with little to no issue! So I do that. Now my right controller controller movement.Aaaand my right controller says forward movement to the left. My controllers are apparently fine? And its my headset that's bugging and registering movement from the controllers that isn't there.Because when I switch movement from one stick to another, the other controller stops registering any input when not used.Hope this makes sense, also help? Can I just do something internally to my quest or is it broke.

Hello, I just purchased a Meta Quest 3s visor, which I use with cable link, on a 3.1 USB port, sometimes on a 3.0, but that doesn't affect the issue wharsoever. The cable is not original and I've got it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.it/dp/B0BRQMVCXLThe problem is that almost every time, it takes 15-20 mins to succeed in playing. The PC notifies me that it has lost the connection with the visor and restarting the PC, Meta app, Steam, steam VR, doesn't solve. It's almost like it has to "warm up" or somrthing, because despite of what I do, it randomly begins to work, and than, I can have my session, even hours long.What I'd like to know is if it's a known problem, what it depends on, and if there is a fix.Edit: I'd like to add that I presently don't have a wi-fi connection, so I use my phone as hotspot. I don't think it's the problem, though.Thanks in advance for any opinion!

my laptop has rtx 3050 ti and the  app says that my computer cant use airlink due to compatibility problem is there any solution to this problem 

I bought my Meta Quest 3s last Saturday. I was able to add my card and use Quest cash or whatever its called to buy games. I got on a couple of days ago and it won't let me purchase anything, not even with the Quest Cash.Please help me
