I am trying to play Multiplayer with Golf plus. It tells me I need an update to proceed but there is no update available and that I’m up to date. Don’t know how to fix it 

I have some friends that are constantly changing up their outfits but one of them found a shirt (it was free) last week that was super nice so he kept it. Two days ago, when he launched the game, he was wearing a plain black shirt and the one had had been wearing is gone from the store. How does this work? Do clothes expire? It's a real bummer if you find an article of clothing that you like and barely a week later it's removed from the available options and your closet. 

My meta account won’t work i tried to log in after if kicked me out i put in the six letter and number code and it won’t work it says invalid code and sometimes it says connect our support team but i don’t know how to do that.

Anyone having issues playing tournaments this morning on Golf+? It is telling me I need to update the app to play tournaments. But my app says it is up to date. No idea what’s going on

Just to note, im not looking for fixes but asking for a replacementif it helps.. The vibrations on the controller are not active the moment i put it on the charging stand, and when i try to pair it, the controller glows green four times, then glows blue once.Nothing else happens after that.I've tried contacting support for a replacement but my serial number apparently "doesn't exist"Conveniently there happens to be no call center and i feel like im out of optionsAny help wpuld be appreciated

It's not the same problem but a different on,I keep trying to join vrchat but it says connecting then I wait and it keeps sending me to a black void with nothing but my high light pointers, someone help me!

I was using my headset normally the other day, and the next time I tried to open the app, it got stuck on a gray window with nothing in it. I've tried repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. If I put on the headset, I can see the black grid + black sky landscape and 3 dots as if the UI is loading, but it never loads. I don't think it's related to the actual headset, the app should load normally on its own, it always has, but it's not loading now for some reason. 

No matter what i select it just goes back to USB update mode followed all the instructions on updating the software, but the pc makes the connection sound and nothing else, the quest just goes black and the Meta logo shows up for a second and then goes back to USB update mode and nothing else happens.

I love the Ray Ban Meta glasses but would love to see a safety glasses option. I work in manufacturing/field service and see a ton of potential for this technology in a field/shop application 

For a while now if I try and click settings or files in navigator. Absolutely nothing happens. I have to click notifications then settings on left to get into Settings. Not found a way to open Files.Been checking for 2 weeks now for an update that hopefully fixes it.Can't say I've seen this mentioned, but then again, these forums aren't the best.Is there a PTC reddit at all? Not just the usual reddits? 

I sent my right controller in for replacement over a month ago and the support system still shows the replacement processing as of July 1 and arriving on July 3. It's almost August. Does anyone know how I can talk to a live person and get an update on this? If I knew it was going to take this long I would have simply spent the money on a new controller. I'm just going in circles through the support system at this point, and it's getting frustrating.

While playing on the xbox with my quest 3 I can not figure out why the mic is not working while in a xbox party, I've given everything I can find permission, both on the xbox and the headset, but still nothing. While im on the xbox home I can see up in the right corner, it says the mic is muted, but everything is on, am I missing something, im almost ready to do a factory reset but I dont want to if theres a simple fix, thank you. 

Can I switch which meta quest I own since I gotten my meta quest 3s and my meta quest 2 is still owned by me so I can use developer mode?

We have tried all of the basic stuff and and I don't know what to do anymore 

Hello,I recently purchased a used Quest 2, and during the initial setup, I'm required to pair it with the Meta Horizon app. However, when I log into the app and attempt to pair the headset, I receive the following error message:"Relay: Unexpected response payload – check server logs for details."This appears to be a server-side issue on Meta's end.I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps — including using a different smartphone, a different Meta account, and a different internet connection — but nothing has worked so far. To make matters more urgent, I need to confirm the device is functioning properly to the seller within 48 hours.Given that I'm stuck at the pairing screen, how can I verify that the headset is working? Is there any known workaround for this issue, or an estimated timeline for when it might be resolved?Thanks in advance for your help.

I recently deleted the app because the link was lagging and downloaded it again.Now when I log in, it tells me this error, if I log in to my account, it doesn't take me to the login page, but to the page with changing the language.I reinstalled a clean Windows 5 times, checked with a VPN, nothing works. 

I have a problem connecting my Meta Quest 3s virtual reality helmet to my Meta Harizon mobile app account. The thing is that I've been using this helmet for six months now and every time the app can't find the VR helmet, once at the very beginning I connected it but due to some error it disconnected and hasn't connected since. Also complicates the situation that I can connect to the broadcast of this helmet, like I will see on my phone what the person in the helmet sees, but to connect this helmet to Meta Harizon account does not work, I passed the stage where you need to enter a code of five digits, but this does not help, as I think VR helmet stupidly does not let me find it, please help..

I am having issues with my avatar's hands being mapped to the synthetic hands provided by Meta SDK. My avatars seems to not have the Meta Mecanim Humanoid Rig.  Has anyone figured this out? I have tried the OVR Unity Humanoid Skeleton Retargeter but the wrists are candy wrapped.

I am trying to redeem a gift card on my girls meta quest and it keeps saying error performing query can anyone help

Hi, I've successfully managed to pair some Bluetooth headphones to my sons quest 3s but audio is coming out of the headset and the headphones and volume seems to change for both at the same time. Please can someone help me set it up so it only comes through the headphones and not the headset itself. Nothing I've found online has helped.

I have been using cabled Quest Link successfully on a Windows 10 pc. It's not without its issues, but I manage quite well. I also have Steam installed.In an effort to discover if Steam affects my Meta program (long story), I have installed a second version of Windows 10, on a dual-boot scenario. In other words... both Windows 10 (fully up-to-date), same USB cable, same USB port, same headset, same Quest Link app version. Only program on the new install is Quest Link... which doesn't work! It recognises my pc in the headset, but when I attempt to connect, all I get is the Meta logo, the swirling colours and the infamous 'three dots'. Oh, and a message on my computer saying that "Meta Quest isn't working properly"... thank you for pointing out the obvious!The only difference I can see between the two installs is that I didn't install any of my normal programs (VLC, MS Office, Firefox etc. and of course, Steam).Question: Why won't it work? Short of installing all the other unrelated progr
