Any useful leads on where this may be going?

So...I want to use VD for wirelessly streaming, but I'm suffering from an issue:My PC connects to wired router(which connects to wired work LAN).I also need to run an APP to log in with my work account so I can access the Internet.And my Quest connects to router's wifi but couldn't log in(Quest doesn't support running the APP). Most of the time, VD says "not on same network".But sometimes, it can connect to my PC.(Usually at 1st hour after multiple trials of connecting and restarting) Is there anyone knowing how to solve this problem?Appreciate.

My quest 2 just auto-updated to the latest Meta Horizon OS level. When started my quest 2, everyhting works fine in the OS interface. After I launch an app, the controller just disappeared. the only button that still working is the button that let me quit the app. So far I have tried Skybox VR and DEO VR, both are the same. Anyone got the same issue? Thanks

I just bought a quest 3. It's amazing and i love it but i want to experienced all the possibilities and i'd like to show to my wife how incredible it is. I tried to show her some 360 vidéos in YouTube VR but the quality was horrible. So, Except video games, what is the most "wahou" experience you had with the VR, so far ? Tourism, vidéo, film, walk, etc... I don't really care but it has to be outstanding !

I'm trying to Bluetooth my tablet to my headset but it said an account is already linked and I wanna remove it but I do not know how to.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to access past tickets with support even after I looked it up on Google and feel pretty stupid😭

It is so blurry that I can barely see nothing not to mention reading the text.   

Hello, I'm a dad that just bought a quest 2 for his son (13 years old).  He has very limited use of his right hand (he may be able to hold the controller, but is unlikely to be able to manipulate the thumbstick, buttons, or triggers).  Despite his limitations, he plays FPS on computer quite successfully and usually finds a way to make it work.  Can you suggest any games that literally only use one hand?  I can use kinesio tape to help his hand grip the controller for games like beat saber etc., which we've played before on ps4 vr, but it would be nice if there were some options where he could literally just use his left hand. Thanks for any suggestions!

I own a Quest 2. I made an account, paired my phone with the code, and it was set. I made another account for a family member, but when they download the app and try to pair their phone on their account, the code does not show up. Any ideas?

  Who would have thought that I - soon 8 years later - would still be using my Rift CV1, and even for modern games like Metro Awakening and Alien: Rogue Incursion 😎  Let's hope for many more great titles next year - no matter the hmd you use.  I hope you all will get a very happy 2025!

I got saints and sinners when it first came out, and it has worked fine until now. When I try to launch it, it shows a black screen with the saints and sinners logo with 3 dots underneath it. It stays like this for a few seconds, then I am returned to the oculus home. Does anyone know a fix for this? (I am on quest 2 and this does not happen with ant other apps)

Adding a “Reminders” App? For example, You could set a reminder to notify you at 35% Or a specific time like 1:05 PM. Would be very helpful if this was added.

I'm planning to buy a meta quest 3, though I really want face tracking to track my facial expression. I am aware that it doesn't have face tracking, so is there any devices I can buy separately so I can connect to meta quest 3 for facial expression tracking? If not will that feature be added in the future and how sure are they to add the feature. If not is there any other affordable vr that has facial tracking?

My Meta quest three that I have had has been great best purchase, except for about a month ago.  About a month ago when I was powering off my headset from playing it had an update, so like any other person I waited a few minutes.  Then 20 minutes came and I was curious so I checked on it, and it was still updating so I waited longer.Then after about 3 hours I was too tired and went to bed.  The next morning I woke up and it was STILL updating, so I got tired of it and just canceled the update now I know it may have not been the best option but hold on.  Then two days later I tried it again and a hour goes by and still the update wasn't done.  It has made it so I can't play any games on it and it sits in my room for now, when I posted this it is updating and I will leave it overnight to see if it does something new. I will stay in touch though I will look at this post every week on Sunday to see if anyone has a solution for this thank you and bye.

Received a refurb Quest 2 today. Controllers apparently came unpaired. Pulled plastic tabs, get 3 white light flashes and then they turn off.  In setup, I'm able to use the volume buttons to advance to the wifi setup screen, but on this screen, the volume buttons now act as proper volume control, and not a "select" button. Therefore, I'm unable to select a wifi network and connect. From everything I'm reading, it sounds like you NEED to use the phone companion app to pair the controllers. However, my phones and ipad have been unsuccessful in pairing to the headset. I assume this is because the headset is not on a wireless network. Need headset on wireless network to use phone app... need phone app to pair controllers... unable to pair controllers because no phone app. It's a catch-22.  Is there really no way to pair the controllers in the setup phase without the companion app? Does the headset really need to be on the wireless network? Doesn't the phone us

Hello, i recently got my quest 3, i love it and am happy i decided to purchase it, however to date my only issue is that my computer or my quest will not recognize each other when connected with a USB C to USB C.i have had success with the same Cable using a USB A adapter on one end and tried to use the cable that came with the quest aswell. The quest will charge off of both ports but will only connect to quest link off of the USB C to USB A. Both ports are running usb 3.0.My computer is a Lenovo Legion Tower 7i Gen 8 (Intel) Gaming Desktop, i have a 4080 with a I7-13700KF, the usb ports i’m using are numbered 8&12 on the tech specs that i am sending a link to. It will only connect to quest link off of port 12 but still draws power (i think more) off port 8. I have tried to flip the cable as stated in the original post but no luck, please do inform me of any potential solutions

Just got a Quest 3 today, and the box says there is a free batman game.  But after I set up the Quest 3, it is still asking for $49.99.  Any ideas how to get this game?  The 3 month Quest+ redeem did work though...

Hello. I am stuck in the predator simulator near the start of the game (Batman Arkham Shadow). There is a floor vent in the room and it is telling me to press R to move forward to enter the vent. When I do this though, I just walk right over the vent. I have tried restoring my save file and reinstalling the game but it does nothing. I have also started a new campaign but that has not worked either. I do not know what to do anymore but I have really enjoyed the game up to now. I am on Quest 3s by the way if that means anything with this. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

I was sent a referral link to purchase a Quest 2. Then i used the link and it ask me to create my Oculus account etc.When i go to my profile on this site, i could not find the referral credit or a confirmation about receiving the referral, and when i try to use my link again, it said i already used a referral link to this account. Why didn’t I receive the credit?

Has anyone had issues with returning a controller for the out of warranty program ? I was told to ship my controller back and once received the refurbished one would ship out within 3 days. Item was received and signed for 3 wks ago and they keep telling me it's not there and doing absolutely nothing but same messages stating we are looking into it.. so now I don't have a refurbished one and I don't have my original one so basically you get screwed. 

Brand new Quest 3s, just received (its literally Christmas day).Quest kept going to a blank screen once the loading logo disappeared, left hours incase it was doing something with no change, soft resets result in loading Logo then blank screen.Eventually attempted the factory reset on the device, this took me through the reset, deleting screen etc, then the device restarted. It now goes straight to the boot screen on a restart, the option "boot device" just reloads the boot screen, and any further attempt to factory reset does nothing, just takes me back to the same boot screen. It does nothing else, even turning it off results in it starting itself back up and going to boot screen.Help!P.s. Do meta not have any support at all other than fans and pushing their customers to the community forum? There appears to be no way at all of getting in touch with them when there's a problem with a device.
