Will the HDMI link app be upgraded so we can choose 1440p or 4K as an option at 30fps?Currently Max is 1440p at 30fps which doesn’t cut it graphics wise. I’m running an Xbox X to Quest 3 via Graphics card. The bottleneck is with the Quest, not the latter two devices.can anyone from Quest let me know?thanks,Brad 

PLEASE HELP. I can't purchase anything in the Quest app or store. I've tried everything, even "quest cash'. Nothing works! I bought the Quest 3 and made 3 or 4 purchases. Now I get this message: “Requests cannot be completed until further action. We noticed something unusual, and for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please file an appeal to get your case reviewed.”

I am secondary user on Quest 3. I played games with Horizon+ subscription trial which I have now ended. Primary account holder has now purchased 2 of the games I played when I had Horizon+ subscription. App sharing is turned on. I cannot install these new shared apps; it offers me option of renewing Horizon+ subscription or buying in store. I just want to install app which primary user has purchased and shared.I have confirmed primary user has newly purchased games in library. (Crisis Brigade 2 Reloaded, and Dungeons of Eternity. Both are reported as fully supporting app sharing)I've tried logging in as primary user, turning app sharing off, restarting headset, log back in as primary user and turning app sharing back on. Still doesn't work.Internet suggests filtering for shared apps when trying to install but there is no such drop down in app library screen these days.Tried online bot support but hit a brick wall. If I visit https://www.meta.com/my/referrals/ there's not any other info. Is it only possible to do so via the app now?

Anyone know the solution to this as I'm going bald pulling my hair out!!Meta Quest 3 - Contractors original game has started dropping the wifi and crashes the game within a minute every time I start it, not only that, it messes with the house wifi and causes my wife's and son's iphones to lose their wifi connections temporarily. Only happens with Contractors, I can play Forefront with no problem.I've tried restarting the hub, reinstalling Contractors, clearing the app date, changing the wifi channels and hard booting the Quest 3 (and loads of other stuff that hasn't worked). I'm reluctant to factory reset the headset as that would cause me to lose everything and take forever to reinstall it.It just seems weird that only Contractors is causing an issue with the home wifi.Just FYI the hub is a few feet away from me so signal strength isn't an issue, I have a couple of 'repeater discs' around the house so pretty much everything works on 5GHz.

  Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

I've gotten slightly tired of repeating all the awesome stuff about the Oculus CV1 on Oculus Subreddit and in here - so why not try to collect all the great arguments for still using the Rift CV1 in a thread? 1. It's oled. Even with the oled mura (SPUD) Rift CV1 is still a lot darker than lcd hmds. It may not matter to all, and sure you can live just fine with lcd, but for those of us wanting to experience a really dark night in Skyrim, wanting to have true night vision in Saints and Sinners (and not constantly needing a flashlight) - and to enjoy all the very dark horror games - oled is still king. As the title says, I gifted my friend Deadly Delivery on the Meta Quest store, and although I got the email that he accepted it and can see on the store page that he owns it, the game won't appear on his library nor does it allow him to download it from the store page. Instead the game appears with the price greyed out. If he tries to install the game through the phone app, nothing happens when tapping "Install on headset".  He doesn't play a lot of VR, but I've never had an issue with gifting a game before.

This has happening to me for awhile but whenever I try to buy a game it tells me that it noticed something unusual and for safety my request could not be completed

I watched the Coldplay immersive concert on Meta Quest and found the experience extraordinary. I would love to see more live music events like this on Quest, possibly with a dedicated catalog or subscription plan. For people who can't travel often or spend a lot to attend concerts in person, this kind of immersive experience is incredibly valuable.

TV App seems to be broken on Quest Pro when launching 180* immersive experiences. Headset just sits or dims to black after clicking Play.Clicking Menu opens Navigator but I can't quit the TV app. If I click Menu again to close Navigator the experience loads up super choppy and I can't summon the play controls or quit out of it.Clicking A or trigger loads up a pink panel that reads "This can’t be accessed on your android-3 at this time. Try on your phone instead." I couldn't get a screen cap of that because it seems Meta is putting this content on a layer that the Camera can't capture, in neither still nor recording mode.The 3D Iheartradio (Zara Larson) videos load up fine, but the 180* immersive stuff (Goo Goo Dolls, Sabrina Carpenter, Tiesto, etc) cause the app to freak out.Anyone else having this experience? 

My son who recently got a Meta quest almost exclusively for gorilla tag was very excited to find out about the new fan club subscription plan. Yet there is no way to purchase the subscription for him or gift it to him after speaking to several Meta employees. It makes no sense that I could monitor his account, purchased things for him, share them with him, even purchase, shiny rocks, but not approve a subscription on my own personal card for him. Similarly, it could be possible to purchase shiny rocks each month, which could be used to pay for the subscription, but that isn’t allowed either. I think this is a huge oversight and should be fixed.

hi,I have a challenge with buying software (Virtual Desktop Inc.) after a refund in stores, First I bought it in the Meta store on the PC, but that one was not working/installed in the "Oculus Quest 3", that's why I bought it also in the Quest 3 store (that one worked operfectly) and asked for a refund of the software which I bought on the PC. But I received from both purchases the refund (Mine compliments for that and very fast). But now I cannot buy it again in the Quest 3 store. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue? Tried to sign into one of my games today, and I got this error: Unable to travelWe were unable to take you to your destinationand I get the same error with any game I try to play and I also noticed that games that have numerous people playing them are now marked with zero players. A scan few games seem to have one or two players, so I tried signing in with my mobile device and sure enough I was able to play the game on my mobile.Horizon worlds is fully nonfunctional if you're trying to play on your quest headset. Talked to numerous people who are having the exact same issue and tried to sign in on two different headsets. Have they finally just killed our ability to play any games in horizon worlds with our quest headset?

I updated my meta quest 3s to the new firmware and after that Gorilla Tag started writing: UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE WITH MOTHERSHIP. REASON Failed to get a device attestation token for Meta auth with Mothership: java.lang.NullPointerException: Attestation request failed (ExecutionException after 139ms The same problem occurs with the game Scary Baboon. Please help me with this question

I am playing UG on a Meta Quest 2. When I launch the game, the screen turns black and returns me to the Quest menu. I also received the message: “DISCONNECTED – Unable to connect to game session.” My Wi-Fi is working. I restarted my Quest 2 and uninstalled and reinstalled UG, but the problem continues.

I recently purchased Vail ($30), but the game is severely glitchy, broken, and unplayable for me. I am well within the standard refund window (under 2 hours of playtime and bought within 14 days). ​When I reached out to chat support, my refund was repeatedly denied due to an automated flag on my account regarding previous refund history. ​Thank you for your help.

I bought I am cat using Quest Cash. I have played less than 2 hours and owned it for more than 14 days, meeting all requirements. The automated refund button gives an error because of the Quest Cash payment method. Email and chat support bots have repeatedly failed to help. I need an agent to manually pull the license and credit the Quest Cash back to my wallet balance is there anyway I can refund because when I go to the support page, it says I already made. They already made two exceptions and now they won’t make any anymore.

When I try to join a server for any multi-player game  it says connecting for a few minutes, then says disconnected and I get booted. We have done a factory reset on the VR, reset internet connection, tried a hotspot and checked that the 3s is fully updated. I am also getting an error when I try to contact support now, both on a computer and my phone.  

The quest app is persistently launching on startup. I have checked the apps settings and followed steps here:I have set all them to not launch on startup. Why is there no setting in the app to just disable this. I absoloutely do not want this app launching on startup.Meta Horizon Link Version 83.0.0.333.349 (83.0.0.333.349)

I have noticed that the Oculus Tray Tool website is no longer in operation (google oculus tray tool download). https://apollyonvr.com This is a real pity imho since I used this free app for +6yrs, starting with my Rift cv1. My current version 0.87.8.0 still seems to work fine. I use it to help finetune games/sims SS and ASW setting, plus turn on/off oculus runtime because I also still use a native SteamVR Vive Pro1. I think there may be an older version available here, but I don't know if it works or not, and it seems to be an older version; https://www.guru3d.com/download/oculus-traytool-download/ It's a real pity that Meta hasn't incorporated OTT into their ODT, or at least included game profiles by now imho. If anyone knows if the current version of OTT is available elsewhere, please let us know.  Thanks.
