I am trying to log in to the Oculus App on my PC, I have plugged in my headset, I clicked  'Continue with Facebook', then the next screen tells me to: 'Continue in Your Browser.  To confirm your Facebook login, please switch to your default web browser now.  The confirmation process may take a few seconds to complete'.I have opened every web browser on my computer, logged into my facebook account on each browser, turned firewalls off, and nothing happens / no confirmation occurs.  And the 'Help Centre' button at the bottom of the screen doesn't link to anything either.Any idea what I should try next?

Hi, I’m having a persistent login issue with Meta Horizon Link on Windows. When I click “Log in / Create account” in the Horizon Link desktop app, it opens my browser but I am always redirected to https://auth.meta.com/language. Even if I log out and sign in again successfully in the browser, Horizon Link stays on “Continue in your browser” and never finishes the login. I only see the language settings page again and again. What I have tried so far:– Synced my PC system clock and time zone (UTC+08:00, China)– Cleared cache and cookies, and tried Incognito/Private windows– Disabled all browser extensions, including ad-blockers and security extensions– Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)– Repaired and reinstalled Meta Horizon Link– I’m using a VPN, and I can log in normally on my Quest headset, the mobile app, and Meta Developer Hub with the same account. However, Meta Horizon Link still cannot log in and always redirects me to the language settings page.

Hi, I'm using the Quest 2 running 2.4.1034. I'm unable to switch scenery in the Loft, as the Switch Scenery buttons make a sound when I click on them, but don't do anything.My environment is currently a blank cloudy area, however in the Loft settings, Horizon Central is ticked (checked). I know I definitely am not in Horizon Central, as it used to load me into that area, so I know what it looks like. There are no buildings, only mist.I was able to download new scenes, but cannot switch to them either. I have restarted the headset, but the issue still occurs.Please let me know if I can reset it somehow. Thanks,Hulio

So my son bought a Meta Quest 3 last year. He’s 13 and all was well until I realised I needed to supervise the account as there are a lot of apps and games available that put simply, just aren't appropriate for the mind of a 13 year old.This was all good and I was able to approve, block etc things I didnt think were right, after speaking with him as to my reasons why. Fast forward to today and I get a message on my Meta App saying that now he is 18 I no longer supervise him!Confusing as he’s very much still a 13 year old. Now either there’s been a glitch in the system or more likely, he’s changed his DOB to - as it turns out - 1989.I cannot change it back as he no longer appears in my app as a supervised person, and when you try via his app, it asks you for proof of age. We uploaded his passport and apparently now have to wait 48 hours.Not quite sure what happens next. There is no human help desk for Meta Quest. Any chat room I’ve tried sends me into an infinite look of AI directed FAQ

On my headset Quest 3 After turning on or putting the helmet on my head, a message appears: “Press the power button to turn on the cameras and microphone” or just a black screen with a backlight until I press the power button a couple of times. After removing the headset, it reacts to the removal, but instead of going into sleep mode, the image simply disappears and the backlight remains on. 

I am being locked out of the map I made 116 when I try to load map it says unable to travel preview just reverts to an older version of the map with the updates I made missing this is very annoying please give my map back!!!

My child installed the Meta Quest 3. I installed the Meta Horizon app. I had to give permission installing it since he is not 13 years old yet. They asked to install a parental control which I wanted to do but the question disappeared before I could do anything. On the Meta Horizon app, I want to change the time limit but it looks grey and I can not push any limit. Not when I choose the settings of my child nor when I choose for the name of myself. I can not do anything to change it.

Within all the games I play (Gorilla tag related) all the players (even NPCs oromsters that chase the players) have a tiny, but annoying stutter that happens. Ive restarted my vr but that did nothing. Would like help.

I don't know why this started, but all off a sudden my headset started experiencing random times where the tracking would just "turn off", like no head movements or anything, and when the tracking menu appeared, the background was just pure black, like if the cameras were off or something, this was just something that would happen once every battery life it seemed, so I brushed it off. But not long ago it started happening more and more often. Now it's to the point where it never turns on, except once every couple headset boots, but it just goes back to its state after a couple of seconds. Currently I have it on the account select screen (since I have two accounts on my headset), and it's just stuck, I mean there's my accounts, and the white dot that points where your head is when no controllers are connected, and my controllers randomly just blink their little light to then vibrate a couple of seconds later. I’ve been a Quest user for a while now, and I need to voice my frustration because the software on the Quest 3 is starting to feel completely horrid compared to the flawless system we used to have. It feels like ever since Meta shifted all their excitement and engineering resources toward AI, the actual VR gaming experience has been left in the dust.Here are the specific, glaring issues making the headset incredibly frustrating to use right now:The Texting Menu Freeze: Whenever I am in a game and open a text chat to message a friend, the white Meta bar gets permanently stuck on the screen. It completely locks up the inputs. I’m stuck staring at the game but I can't access the in-game menus or play until I force-refresh the system. Its starting to get silly now. Almost as if Meta doesnt want you getting free stuff.A few days ago, you couldnt open Mobile meta games (ones required to play to complete certain quests), a day later i couldnt even access the quests and rewards option, always getting an error, and now for 4 days in a row, when i complete the requirements for a quest, the quest disappears from the list but doesnt pay out the relevant amount of meta points.Feels almost intentional. As before, this issue is not resolved by clearing cache, deleting data, re-installing mobile app, using a different device, etc.Please fix this its very disheartening.

I order a replacement controller on warranty over a month ago and did advanced replacement. It says should be delivered by April 28th still when I check it and the email support hasn't been much help! I just need my controller because I do this daily. I also ask for any more information they can give but they say they will and tell me nothing. I just wanna use my vr.

I was messing around in the accessibility main menu on quest three and I’m pressed on voice command or something and now I can’t use my controller or my hands to navigate on my headset and it gave me a list of words to say so I can use the voice command thing or whatever to navigate, and I didn’t look at it and now I don’t know what words to say to turn off the setting,  can someone please help me. 

We're seeing an issue on Meta v2.5 (205.0.0.3.1674) where holding the Meta button to recenter the view stops working a few seconds after launching an app or dismissing the DUI. It affects both Quest 3 and Quest 3S in controller mode.The only workaround we've found is bringing up the DUI and dismissing it. This restores recentering briefly before it stops working again. This does not repro on 85.0.0.200.1707, so it appears to be a regression in v2.5.

After the recent update, my cursor constantly flashes the working in the background circle. In task manager 'Meta Quest Remote Desktop.exe flashes then suspends followed by a windows problem reporting and repeat. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it from the website and the issue started up again as soon as the install was complete. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

About a year or two ago my quest account was deleted because I was under the age of thirteen by a couple weeks. On that account I had hundreds of dollars worth of games, which were all lost when my account was deleted. At the time I somehow didn’t think to seek an appeal of some kind, but I have now! I’m not sure if I could get my account back but I would certainly love to! I do have an idea of the account username and the Facebook used to make it if that helps!

My Son's account was disabled.  We'd been having trouble logging him into GorillaTag and today we got a popup his headset that said to login to auth.meta.com to fix this issue.  All we saw the disabled message.  I have no idea why this happened and don't believe my son violated the terms.  How can I remedy this?  I'd like to have my son's account re-enabled.😡

I went to play on my meta quest 2 and was stuck on the loading icon I tried factory reseting but wouldn’t work and showed the no command and I followed tips and tricks but wouldn’t still get stuck on the loading icon if anyone can help pls let me know

When I start the oculus quest 2 the volume button keep going up and down non stop it doesn’t stop please help me to fix this issue 

I've been looking everywhere on the internet, tried every solution found on reddit and whatsoever, even tried to use software to bypass meta software...Looks like Facebook killed the Oculus Rift S.I cannot contact support because my serial is not recognized, it's ridiculous. I was so disappointed and sad when I saw Facebook taking over Oculus, and I was right, it's become awful, and now after the last update, the Rift S worked only once and now never anymore. Sensor, remotes and everything works, except that the screen stays black. Nothing changed and now i have a nice piece of technology that does not workThis is extremely disrespectful, pushing people to buy new products by killing the old ones. Hi all, We have several Unity projects (built with the legacy OVR hand skeleton) that broke after the Hand Tracking 2.3 OS update. Hand tracking is no longer functioning on affected headsets. Our setup:- Unity with Meta XR SDK (legacy OVRHand / OVRSkeleton components)- Multiple projects and experiments affected- Some headsets have already updated, others we are keeping frozen From my research it looks like the legacy OVR hand skeleton was deprecated as of SDK v78 and the fix is migrating to the OpenXR hand skeleton, but I wanted to confirm this is the right path before we commit to migrating several projects. A few questions:1. Is the OVR → OpenXR skeleton migration the correct fix for breakage caused by the 2.3 update?2. Is there a minimal-change workaround for projects that can't be fully migrated right now?3. Are there any known issues or threads about this specific breakage we should be aware of? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
