I can't eject empty clip from the pistol you start with in the beginning. I can pick up ammo and put it in my belt and can even grab a loaded clip, but I can't get the empty clip out of the pistol to replace it with a new clip. I have been trying for a whole month. It's beyond ridiculous. Please help. Thank you.

I was playing Hard Bullet and guns started falling out of my hands.I also encountered this problem in Arizona Sunshine.The buttons on the controllers are clamped to hold the item.Maybe this is due to the fact that by that time the headset has a low charge, I did not pay attention to it.(Meta Quest 3s)

Can I change the version of my meta quest 3 from 79 to 78? 

Hi all,Since nearly two weeks, it's impossible to run whatever application in my Meta Quest 3S.Only the messages/calls are working.I select app/games and doesn't start.i select icons such parameters in the down bar and no one is starting. No one in task bar is unning after click on.in research bar, if selected, the keyboard shows but then i click in buttoms but no one is writing.Can you please help me?Best regards

Hi. I recieved an original Meta Quest (made in 2020) via secondhand. I updated it to the recent verison before I had to factory reset it. After a factory reset I cannot get past the update part of the beginning steps of setup. It just says "Update 1 of 2 complete. Continue in the Meta Quest app." I know it wants me to watch a safety video but it gets stuck on this part specifically. Ive factory reset it three times now in hopes of getting unstuck but to no avail.After some research I've learned im not the only person with this problem and one of the few ways to get past this issue is by having an iPad for some reason that devices verison of the meta horizon app isnt broken.I dunno what to do, im starting to consider this thing is bricked now and theres no other use for it if Meta refuses to acknowledge a problem thats been going on for over a year. 

After about 2 minutes of stable gameplay, network latency starts to spike, causing the image to freeze for split seconds. I've tried multiple Wi-Fi networks, but it hasn't helped, even setting the bitrate to 10mbps still gives me the same spikes. If I completely turn off Wi-Fi on the Quest 3 and turn it back on, the network stabilizes for a short while, but after a few minutes, the spikes return. Is there any way to fix this ? This never happened on my Quest 2, which I used just a week ago.If I turn off the 802.1ax band, it's a bit better and by that I mean it doesn't freeze everytime I move my head, but again, after some minutes it becomes worse, even with a turned off ax band, I can use 200mbps but after that, stutters begin and I have to turn it down to around 80 and it still freezes, tho a lot less rarely and could be tolarsted in low intensity games. TldrAx band on: stable first 2 min of gameplay, after that it stutters heavily even at 10mbps Ax band off: 200mbps fine fo

I want to change the background environment. The software tells me to use a 360 PNG or JPG file. Where can I find some free ones. How do I upload it to my Quest 3? I see where I and change the image. It shows 3 examples, but I'm not sure how to add/upload one that I find.

I already tried the cell phone and the browser from the glasses and it still won't let me. If anyone knows the solution, it would be very helpful

This all started when I factory reset my headset because certain apps and games stopped working by and updating for me, so I factory reset. But now I’m not able to connect my oculus to my app no matter what account I use, It always says the same thing; “Not able to pair your headset” and then it talks about trying to factory reset. I’ve factory reset a couple times no and I have tried sideline update and boot device but it’s still not working. Someone please help🙏

I'm unable to access Horizon Worlds. On the phone companion app when I try to access a world it says I'm suspended and to check my email for details. There is no email. What would the sender address be or the email title? I don't see anything in my mail when I search Horizon Worlds. I've been suspended for a long time already. I feel like I deserve an explanation. I don't know what I did that was against community standards.

I've run loops with the support team with no help so thought I would come to the forums I have a quest 2 and I have the meta pro controllers after the recent software update they've refused to update I've tried resetting them unpairing and repairing charging them and when nothing worked I contacted meta support which the guy told to me factory reset and guess what it didn't work so now I'm stuck with a factory reset headset that I can't start the set up on because I don't got working controllers because they still say they need to update I don't know how to fix it I don't got a computer that I can use and I don't have another headset that I can pair the controllers to is there anyway to fix this? since Meta support did not help at all

Do i need it to connect to my quest3s to charge up thr backup battery or do i not need to cause whenever i tired to charge it without connecting to my wuest it dors not charge

I recently received a meta quest 2 from someone using it through their school and keep getting told to connect through the account given by the organization even after factory reset. Is there any fix to this?

No matter what I try, I can not get any game audio when using the Meta Quest Link to cast to my PC.I want to stream my VR Gameplay from my goggles to Twitch using OBS.    The Meta Quest Link program can view my VR Video just fine, but no matter what I do I can not get any audio to come thru the PC.There has to be some sort of solution to this problem.

Been playing Into the Radius 2, and I've been having to play via the (Meta) link cable as using a wireless connection is another problem in of itself. I'll be playing the game and without warning I'll just get the most ridiculous screen tearing, I'm talking horizontal, pixelated square lines that fluctuate and change position, cutting off vision while straining my eyes. When its really bad a whole portion of the screen will become pixelated, imagine the kinda lines you got on the old block TVs from back in the day, but horizontal. It stops the moment I stop streaming, which is fine if I want to play a game natively on the Oculus, but the vast majority of my games are on Steam, and so it's basically making the headset useless for me, as I can't actually play any of the games I want.I've checked the cable, it's absolutely fine and a cable test told me it's working as it should, my PC is more than capable of running these games (and was doing so without issue until the last coup

Yesterday I was playing with my controller just fine not turning off on me but today when I move my arm to fast or just move then the wrong way they disconnect and its only been happening to the left but then the right started doing it and now they just suddenly start working like why are my controllers acting up because they are going to do it again I need solutions 

I am really struggling over here to resolve my meta link quest situation. I connect my headset to my pc and it shows 3 dots with a black screen. I repaired twice and clean installed once, I reset firewall settings and made sure oculus wasn’t blocked, I set the oculus programs to high performance, I tried all my USB ports, I tried air link, I also opted in to the public beta updated and restarted, and opting out and updating and restarting, I tried deleting the dash folder. Oculus mirror shows that there is a black screen with nothing on it. The cable test reports good with 2.1 Gbps.Trying to start a game doesn’t change the black screen. I tried contacting support but they said there’s no device registered, I tried another method to verify and it asked for the serial number, I checked settings and there’s no serial number. I have a quest 1, and windows 10. I have previously been able to use meta quest link. Would anyone be able to offer advice or help here?Thx 

With v77 on my Quest 2 seemingly at random a popup graphic with two eyes with lines running down from the pupils to a number (63) shows up. It's only visible briefly, too fast for me to react and get a screen shot.Why is it showing up? And other than moving the eyepieces manually on the headset, where to you set the IPD? How do you disable this annoying popup?

Is there a way to turn the screen reader off without controllers?Turning it on completely disabled both controller and hand tracking, making the quest unusable. Powering off the headset didn’t work and there’s no way to access the settings again to turn it off. 

I've been trying for several days to download Batman. The 2 hrs. Of batteries are not enough for downloading the full game 20GB. I've also, already tried putting the VR to sleep, for ex. It reaches 3GB and reboots (I checked In the app)It Never completes installing completely.How should I fix it? 😭 Thank u in advance. Sol

On my Meta Quest 2 headset, when i factory reset it, it said owned by name, which was me, but on my other phone on a different account, still there, not admin, but on my headset, when i try to repair, it said the device is already owned on my account, but the device is gone, someone help me, and i am pairing the headset to my own account that owned the headset.
