Fov got reducted a lot, now it feels as if im wearing googles or a kind of industrial visor

When i load in gorilla tag and i wanne play this message shows up on the leader bord and the computer and it says unable to authenticate with mother ship reason failed to get a token for meta auth with mothership Java.lang.nullpointerecxe ption:  attestation request failed (executionexeption after 216ms) please help me 

So I noticed something weird today. I have a Quest 3 with v79.1027 software. When I switch on Travel Mode, the Horizon Feed app opens up and displays "no internet connection". I checked the wifi settings in my headset, and wifi is actually connected and working. I was able to browse the internet and watch movies on Prime Video. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this, and what version headset software are you on? 

So My Meta Quest 2 Has Been Fine Up Until Yesterday, I Put On My Vr Ready To Play And All Of My Games Had Disappeared. So I Went To The Store To Download Them Back And The Get Button Was Grey, So I Went On the App To Install And It Was Stuck On Install Queued. If Anyone Can Help, I Would Appreciate It Very Much.

my headset has a purple light and I’m about to start crying cause because I need to factory reset it to fix it but I don’t wanna lose all my data and I never set up cloud back up before the purple light.

Hey there! My daughter and I both have the quest 3s. The issue is with the left controller on her 3s randomly quit working and won’t pair.  Luckily I was able to pair my controller to hers headset. But now I’m down a controller 😞and can’t play with her anymore. This happened about 2 months after purchase. As @GhostBonezQuest pro controller failing to pair​  said, I too have tried all the troubleshooting possible and to no avail, it won’t connect to either headset. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Greetings,This is such an exciting application.I recently created captures of my childhood home. I divided the house into smaller sections to scan. Most of the scans worked out well.The problem - I stared one scan in a small room at the base of a set of stairs. I scanned the stairs, then climbed the stairs to scan the upper floor. I completed each phase of the capture, returned to the base of the stairs, and began the next phase. The result of rendering starts me at the base of the stairs, but it doesn't let me climb them. I am confident the data is there, but I cannot reach the upper floor.Is there a way to change my starting location or teleport to the upper floor?I am thinking my only option is to capture it again. I have a second question.How durable are these scans? It seems we may not be able to rely on captures as a long-term asset. I am interested in any context or plans for preserving these captures.Thank you in advance for your constructive replies.

The power works; I charged for almost a day so it’s definitely fully charged. However, the light displaying that it’s fully charged is stuck on unless it’s powered on. Speaking of which, the power turns on; however, it just gets stuck on the loading screen that says “Meta Horizon OS”. Not sure exactly when this issue started; all I know is it was working 8 days ago, then I went on vacation for 5, came back and it’s not working. Any help is appreciated

I just recently got a new computer and had to reinstall the meta horizon link app and it no longer shows me the privacy, payment, or beta tab in the settings menu. I am still using the same exact account as I did on my old computer. I have turned on the public test channel in app, and everything is updated. I have already checked to confirm that I am still signed up as a developer and that I am verified.Not sure why these settings are no longer available to me, please let me know what I can do to rectify this issue! 

ok so,I know that there are struggling people who regret there pass mistakes in getting a game they don't want, them meta support saying, "your time limit has expired" and its SUCKS, i want other things, gtag bundles vail full, game Pavlov, etc. and yet you still don't have access to the card you bought it with. meta doesn't give enough time for us to realize "**bleep**, I messed up..."  so please meta if you're reading this change it to the same time as a normal headsets warranty1 year and 2 days of play time max. sincerly, perc.

I have been trying to download Asgard's Wrath on Meta Horizon Link for my Rift S, but it starts downloading and after a minute or two it stops and tells me "Sorry, we couldn't install Asgard's Wrath. Visit Meta Quest Support to get help.  It was really hard to get the app installed. I looked up and found a solution. So, I'm trying to pair my quest 3 after a factory reset, and it shows me a code and says "follow the instructions in the app" but there is no instructions and the app that my quest is already paired, I can't set the headset up

I made sure to remove the device from my Meta account. However, the Meta Horizon+ subscription remained active and charged me US$7.99. Worse: the system pulled the credit card linked to my Facebook Ads account via the Accounts Center.I'm trying to contact support for a refund, but I'm completely locked out. The support portal demands a serial number or a Meta Store order number to open a ticket. Since I bought it on Amazon and already returned it, I don't have either. If I click "I don't have a device", it just redirects me to generic FAQ pages and won't let me talk to anyone.I know doing a credit card chargeback might automatically ban my Facebook Ads account, which I absolutely want to avoid over an $8 charge.Is there any alternative way to reach a human in billing support without needing a device serial number? I am trying to mass transfer recorded footage from my Quest headset to my computer. Despite there being hours worth of footage on there, when I plug my Quest into my PC it tells me the folder is empty. This comes after I mass deleted all footage previously in the folder naively thinking that it would delete the footage off the headset also (how silly of me!) as this was before the ability to delete more than one file at once was added. The files no longer show up in the folder on my PC's file explorer - neither does any of the new footage - but they are certainly still on the headset. So yeah, now the whole thing's buggered. No idea how to fix it, I've tried plugging my cable into different USB ports, disabling then re-enabling the USB dialog thing, no dice. My only other alternative now to get this footage onto my computer is to spend 2.5 hours uploading it to Google Drive and hoping to God that no ridiculous glitch happens that stops the upload and forces me to do it again

Hello, I have been experiencing this along with many others. META QUEST 3My hypothesis on the situation is that it could have something to do with two programs installed with meta quest link and a setting (AsynchronousSpacewarp) used by the oculus debug tool for performance.OculusDash.exe and/or OVRservice.exe interaction when connecting to headset with Async Spacewarp disabled through oculus debug tool. (OculusDash.exe seems to be the culprit in this scenario but not ruling out the OVRservice)No registry edit available for async spacewarp through the oculus debug tool software and it reverting back to auto or disabled after changing compromises working link session.I change this a lot for my headset because I have a beefy computer that can run my headset just fine at max settings and don't like the setting at all.Someone said in another solution that they got it to work by disconnecting internet so that OVRservice is no longer connecting to a server which is probably the reason why th

As the title says i just updated my quest 3 to v2.1 and dont have the new features like the new OS or navigatator customizable apps or control media sharing am i missing something?

 Hey everyone,I really need help.My Meta Quest account got reset/lost after the account migration happened. I had around $150 worth of games purchased on that account, and now I can’t access any of them.The problem is:I no longer have access to the email that was linked to the account• It was also connected to an old Facebook account I can’t log into anymore• Because I lost access to the email, I never saw the migration emails or the coupon emails Meta sent out• Now I can’t recover the account through password reset or login Has anyone else dealt with this migration issue and successfully recovered their account?  I'm facing a persistent failure to install the Oculus PC Software (Meta Horizon Link App) for my Oculus Rift S device, which is essential for the device to function at all. The software got corrupted and was unresponsive no matter the method I tried, a couple of days beforehand. Any repair achieved nothing, therefore I used its official uninstaller as well as Revo Uninstaller Pro to erase every remnant of it from my device. The installer (Setup.exe) however, consistently terminates itself during the very end of its installation process, after it has downloaded all of the necessary cached files.I tried downloading it into a variety of different drivers as well as have performed multiple complete manual removals of each plausible file system and registry artifact of the Oculus Software within my system; C:\Program Files\, C:\ProgramData\, C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\,C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\. C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\, Driver, Soft

As title, every time I try to 'Pair Device' on the Meta Horizon app, it prompts me that the email address is associated with an Meta account, please log in or try another email address. BUT, I have already logged in as the email I entered there.

Taiwan, as an official shipping region for Meta Quest products and with a population of over 23 million, does not have support for Chinese Zhuyin input in the Quest system (only chinese display interface is available). When we reached out to customer service, they simply directed us to provide feedback on the forums. Fine, that’s exactly what I’m doing. Not only is there a lack of Chinese Zhuyin input, but in regions like China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, where the product has not been officially launched, there are many Chinese users who primarily use Chinese Pinyin input (of course, there are also Cangjie, Simplified, several input methods). We hope that support for these input methods can be added so that a large number of Chinese / Mandarin enthusiasts can use Quest more smoothly.Supplement: Although I know that other input methods can be installed through Sidequest, this is only limited to use in other Android apps and cannot be enabled in most system built-in apps.&

So I've been part of the PTC on Quest 3 for some time. I have the option enabled in the mobile Meta app, but for some reason the update doesn't seem to be triggering. I've tried disabling, enabling etc, but I'm stuck at v85.1034.Is the 2.1 rollout gradual in the PTC or should anyone enrolled in the PTC get it now?Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question, but last time a PTC update came out, I got it same day. (Based in the UK)

This is an issue that has started right after Meta fixed the link connection issue. I have a GTX 1650, which I know is not officially supported for VR, but it has worked for me up until this point.Previously, the game, (Beat Saber) would only lag at times, and it would occur in lagspikes. I would be really mad when one of these lagspikes happened, but at least I would be able to play normally otherwise. Now, after the update, the game is completely unplayable. I’ve had to turn down quality considerably, but the lagging still persists. So, I’m wondering, is anyone else experiencing this issue? And if so, is there some sort of fix for this? Even before all this started I was planning on getting a new graphics card, most likely an RTX 5060. But I will have to get a new power supply as well, which will for sure be expensive. I’m willing to try (almost) anything to fix this. If you can offer help in any way, please message me.

hi good afternooon, irecnetly updated my son's meta quest 3s and during the update the device crashed and reset, this led to the device being corrupted and now stuck in usb update mode, out of all the options that are available nothing works about from device info, when ever i press factory reset or power off the device or boot device it just flashes screens and reloads the USB Update mode again, even when i plug it into my pc to use the update tool provided on your website, my pc isn't picking it up due to it being stuck iun this boot mode, is there anyway i can fix this issue my self??? i look forward to hearing from you Brad 

so, my phone got logged out of my meta account and my vr is still logged in but i dont have the accounts email or password but i do have my number and credit card which are all connected to the account what shall i do
