how do i pay with money and not meta credits

This game appeared on the horizon+ games catalogue recently. I looked forward to playing it because of the reviews. But can't because when I open it up the intro/menu part is constantly spinning around and my controllers aren't even able to click the spinning menu because there's no functionality.Anyone else getting this or is it just me?I have a slight issue with my right controller so it's possible it's just me. The thumbstick won't rotate left atm. I've tried the "drift" remedies suggested online but nothing's worked so far, so it might need replacing as it's annoying even if it's not stopped me playing other games.

Hi , I’m currently working with both a Meta Quest 3 and a Varjo XR-4, using the same Unreal Engine VR project (UE 5.7.4). I recently ran into an issue where VR Preview would not work with the Meta Quest 3 . When launching VR Preview, the Unreal Editor preview window opened in a non-VR state, the camera remained fixed with no head tracking, and the headset was stuck on a loading screen (on unreal editor). Can we disable Boundary in Quest 3? I know this is possible in Quest/Quest 2. The large contingent of Quest users who Sim race or use flight simulators need our headsets to not be looking for a boundary or doing anything but displaying while we sit in our rigs.

Whenever I login to gorilla tag, the computer is completely blank and there’s two black monkey hands coming out of the entrance of city so if someone could help me like figure it out and how to make it work again I would really appreciate it and I have tried resetting my vr

I am using the official fiber optic link cable and have a very solid pc rig (i9 14900k, rtx 4090, 32 gb ram) and oculus link is unstable and has noticable stutters. I’ve messed around with the debug tool to no avail. I see all these videos recommending ~900mbps for encode bitrate but I have to keep mine at 500 just for oculus link to run “ok” wtf is the problem?? ✌️🫩

Hi, I upgraded my Quest 2 to the Quest 3 last week but most of my apps and games did not transfer. I used my same email from my Quest 2 for my account in Quest 3. However, I did notice my username is just one word in my Quest 2 but although I use the same username in my Quest 3, there is a space in between the name that technically makes it a two word name now. I am not sure if that makes a difference but how do I get help with this? I tried going onto the Meta Horizon site help section but I cannot progress far into it at all. It won't accept my Meta Quest 3 serial number no matter how I type it and it rejects my email name despite the fact that I am logged into the site with the same email. I just want all my apps and games to show up in my new Quest 3 headset.When I go to the Meta Store, it still wants to charge me for the apps and games I already bought on my Quest 3. There is no option to redownload them. I don't want to pay another $25 for Super Hot.

Just a heads-up that Quest v2.4.1034 (build 5216847.4070.520) breaks Prime Video focus mode. I'm using a Quest 3. After this software update (the app itself hasn't had any updates in quite a while), whenever I open Amazon Prime Video app and switch to focus mode, then click any other button such as "Home", "Prime", "Subscriptions", "Search", "Play", etc, the app instantly switches back to window mode. This is a royal pain in the backside. The ONLY way to be able to watch a movie in focus mode after the update, is to play the movie first, then immediately switch to focus mode and do not click on anything else after that as it could cancel the focus mode again. This is NOT how the app used to behave before the update. Before the update, the app would stay in focus mode until you specifically click the "leave focus mode" button or close the app. The best workaround at the moment is to simply use the Browser-based version of Prime Video instead of the dedicated app. I've reported the bug v

I disable auto updates so that I don't have to deal with annoying stuff such as "loft" being turned on and replacing the default passthrough main view. (But of course, this headset auto updates even if I turn off auto updates)I want to imagine that the virtual worlds on the headset don't exist at all- passthrough, until I open an app or game explicitly.Latest update I can go into passthrough, but I can't do anything with it, and there's an annoying unclosable popup saying I can go back to the loft at any time... And clicking the oculus button used to open quick settings (RIP easy access, revert the navigator) but now it GOES BACK TO THE LOFT, WHY.I want to go back to the loft NEVER.WHO ASKED FOR FORCED SOCIAL FEATURES, forced digital environments? I got the quest 2 and 3 for the hardware, and the software is awful and gets worse each update. WHERE'S MOVE WITH YOU WINDOWS??? Window anchors are useless in passthrough, move with you was actually useful!!!!!!!!!! 

I try to use the Quest on my 1h commute by train to get some productive work done in this time.Usually I would use the built in browser to check mails, and messages, but I also got some light software development work done (see https://www.youtube.com/shorts/YicdLwSw2s4)I tried the surface keyboard and it is nice, but I still connect an external keyboard for working most of the time.What would help me to get more productivity out of this setup would be keyboard shortcuts to manage windows (by which I mean floating 2d applications)More specifically, it would help to be able to:- close the current application- move the current application left or right in the 3 panel layout- switch the current application into "fullscreen" modeusing keyboard shortcutsEven more helpful:Have shortcuts to open apps or cycle through browser windows that are minimized.

Hi iv been unable to play my fav game for 2 weeks every time i hit the browser it works ok but when i close it  to return to game it leaves a bot and white bar and an unable to play the game have to restart the quest 2 to clear it it only started happening after it updated 2 weeks ago iv even factory reset quest and reinstalled program on phone but always the same it had me to the point of throwing it in the bin anyone got an idea how to fix it plzzzz 

This game is literally unplayable.This is what i've discovered trying to play it.Pass-Through Enabled: Game Auto Closes in a second of trying to load it.Pass-Through Disabled: Hangs Infinitely on the Boot Screen.Both leads to the game not loading and not being playable.Devs didn't even respond to the issue when i left a Review.Had to refund the game and my Review is now gone.Anyway to Report the game to Meta as it's straight up Broken or do they just not care?

I can't purchase any games or game passes due to a security reason. How do I fix it

I have a Meta Quest 3S and recently when going to Horizon Central to meet my friends I can no longer hear anyone speaking. I can hear environmental sounds and the background music just not when people are speaking. I do not know if anyone can hear me for sure except for the fact that when I try to communicate no one tries to reply. I have tried to mute/unmute my microphone a number of ways with no effect. thinking it was my microphone stuck or glitched out but no luck there. It does seem like some people are talking to each other but no matter what I do I just can't hear them. Can anyone help me? 

Hello,I've been playing with Meta's Hyperscape Capture (beta) and can't find an option to export the file to my PC. Does anyone know if this is a current option, and if not, how can we request it? It would be super useful. Thanks!JD

Dear team members yesterday evening when i was preparing for my gaming live session. I have cast my quest 3 with laptop and quest was putted on table facing towards me. I was seated on chair. Suddenly on laptop i saw that meta quest hand tracking camera mistaking as my feet finger as my hands and trying to enable hand tracking.please let me know if anyone else faces same.i think it’s a bug..attached one video please look into. Sol Protocol has been a sci-fi shooter alpha for at least a month now. They are currently scheduled for for game release in a couple weeks.Their Discord had 109 people in it. Alpha testing was managed there. I was kicked for mentioning that 5 people actively responding and testing this game only 12 hours a month was not great for June. Yes, this alpha is being run on the Dev's rig in the basement, powered up 7a-7p, a weekend a month, and only 5 people responding to those weekend Discord announcements...For those in the back, what im saying is that Sol Protocol is a scam or the Devs just don't know what theyre doing.Thank you for coming to my teddybear talk. o7

Hello.Oculus Quest 1.In the summer of 2024, I installed a trial version of the game "Racket Fury: Table Tennis VR". I played it actively (offline) throughout the second half of 2024 and launched it 5-6 times in 2025.Launched once at the beginning of 2026.Today, April 18, 2026, I started the helmet and discovered that I didn’t have the game, it was gone. Although I didn't delete it.How is this possible, why did she disappear?Has anyone ever had this happen?

Purchased Virtual Desktop from the store using the headset Horizon app.Money paid and the app downloaded. Headset said latest software is required to run the VD which downloaded and the headsetset rebooted and updated controller software as well. But I can't run VD because it doesn't appear in the library and nothing I've tried to sort this has worked. Anyone know how to get the app to appear in the library ? it's the only app so far I've had this error with.

I am creating a game that uses TTS in browser. I just created a version for Web XR that works on Meta Quest, and I am saddened to know TTS won't work. Is there a way to get it to work? Are there plans to implement TTS in browser?
