Over 2 months ago I filed a warranty claim for an advanced replacement of my left controller after only 2 weeks of having owned my quest. However, after 2 months they are still processing my claim and have yet to fulfill my warranty claim.  every time i contact them about why i havent received my controller i am told the same exacct thing over and over; that they are investigating the delay and nothing gets done.does anyone have any recommendations about what to do because it seems like support does not care

Now me and my teammate have been nominated for a nationwide multimedia award and would like to submit our work, but I'm not sure if we're allowed to use the Oculus CI and images for this purpose, as we have no licence.I've already contacted the official Oculus support (media team) a week ago (you know, like in the rap-song), but haven't received any answer yet. Meta should add the old menu from like 2021-2023 back as many people just like it betterthey should add it as an option so you can pick at any timeits just simpler and better  

  i updated to 2.6 and pressed my left menu button to find this instead of the normal potential new homes confirmed? i updated to the 2.7 ptc recently and there were slight chages like me being able to press the download button it says queued shows the buffer circle and goes back to the download picture in the span of about a second And it says home instead of test now 

we should bring back oculus homes(you heard me)unfortunately meta killed homes in 2023 because ol' zuckyburg does not care about rift and it's users anymore (source )as everyone has already stated, we miss rift homes (justice to people who didnt use it but i digress) and we wish we can revisit our homes, but what if........ I used to be an avid reader, but over time I've found it difficult to commit to the literature being released. I figure I just must be missing out on the good stuff. Use this thread to recommend the "best of the best" that you've encountered.I've read all but the last "Game of Thrones" (Ice and Fire) books. However, my favorite series of all time is Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind. Before that, I read a ton of fantasy and horror books, but none worth really recommending. My cousin missed the deadline to verify his age on June 6th and the log in button on the support will just stop him from verifying and just say scheduled account deletion and will only let him download his information and wont let him verify his age and when he tried to use the serial number it says that no support is available

I am submitting feedback regarding age-access policies for immersive social VR platforms, including Meta Horizon Worlds and similar social VR environments. I believe Meta should reconsider allowing very young children to freely access general-purpose social VR spaces. Virtual reality is fundamentally different from traditional social media because it creates an immersive, real-time environment involving voice communication, avatars, spatial interaction, and user-generated communities. General social VR environments should, in my opinion, have a minimum age of at least 15 or 16. This would not prevent younger children from using age-appropriate games, educational experiences, or specifically designed child-friendly VR spaces. What needs to be done for VR to be widely used as a pad or mouse keyboard? I think, above all, it should be cheap. However, it is impossible to reduce the price with existing VR components. So, we are launching a new device that consists of only a basic position recognition sensor + controller, replacing the existing VR headset + controller. SVR, an abbreviation downgraded from VR, has a lower degree of freedom than VR due to the 3D freedom of the controller and force sensor, but is easier to experience than a pad or keyboard mouse. I think that if we create a stair-like device between VR, pad, and keyboard mouse, entry into VR will become easier.

After a long 10-hour workday, one of my favorite ways to reset and recharge was slipping into my Quest home environment. Cascadia was always my favorite — peaceful, open, a place where I could truly unwind and reset my compass. Ryokan Retreat with its koi pond, Desert Terrace with the hot air balloons at sunrise, and Winter Lodge with that cozy vacation warmth… each one gave me space to breathe. Now, with the older home environments gone, I really feel the loss. The new ones feel confined, with boundaries that keep you from exploring. Hello @MetaQuestSupport, I am writing here because standard customer service has left me completely stranded. I sent my defective Quest controller back to the Meta warehouse under warranty in April 2025. Return tracking confirms that Meta successfully received my device months ago. It has now been roughly 90 days, and I still have not received my replacement controller. Every time I contact live chat or reply to emails, I get the exact same automated response: "our team is working on it thank you." No one will give me a shipping date or a tracking number. I have been unable to use my VR headset for three months. Can a community manager please step in, look at my ticket, and manually push this fulfillment through the warehouse Thank you.
