I'm wondering if this is a visual bug or an actual issue because it happens instantlySometimes this doesnt happen so im just confused on what is causing thisI'll unplug it after it says 100% and instantly plug it back in to test it and its just straight to the 20's

I’ve troubleshot every single way it recommends, made sure I’m logged in, all permissions accepted, etc. I STILL CANNOT & NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LAUNCH INTO WORLDS? Can anyone help me figure out why? I’ve only had my MQ for a few months. Bought it brand new & paid for a year of Horizon+ ..I’ve never been able to get into Worlds & this was the whole reason I even wanted this VR specifically..

A few days sgo i got a Gmail from meta and it said "You have to verify your age or Your account Will be suspended and You Will lose access to all your Games" and i said "well no problem i Will verify My age because i'm more than 13" Guess what? YES THE LINK THEY SEND ME DON'T WORK AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING TO CONTACT THE CLIENT SUPPORT WICH YOU CONTACT IF IS NOT A "DEVICE ERROR" LIKE NO, IM GONNA LOSE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THEM. Please someone help MEE i don't want to loose the access to My Games😢

The day the last skins left , the sun/mergirl the reward page has been just a black tab. Clearing cache, uninstall  did nothing. Made some custom shirts back in February when I got the headset  now it looks 6 days until next shirts until it gets back to 6 and goes again. Other accounts on headset can still make shirts, but none have reward access.

Whenever playing a vr game I get a ghost menu and i have to double click my menu button please help me fix this

my meta quest 3s has a broken top strap attachment point. the plastic center top strap anchor snapped during normal use, making it impossible to properly secure the head strap. the headset itself still works perfectly, but because this part is built into the headset and isn’t sold separately, i can’t replace it myself. the headset was purchased in november 2024, and the damage occurred after several months of normal use. 

I have a pair of bluetooth headphones I want to use with the new native discord app, but there isn't any way to disable the speakers or change the audio output, so I can't use them at all. If I use wired headphones on my quest 3s, will they be used instead of the speakers?

A recently introduced audio bug is driving me absolutely nuts, especially as the quest 3 is my favourite device of all time, I use it as a tv, home cinema, browser, virtual monitors for working, pc gaming, etc.  But it's become unusable.The problem is that randomly after exiting VR, or the headset coming out of sleep mode, an endless drone sound begins playing, very similar to the one the pc link environment has (which is why nobody can use it for anything other than quickly launching a game).The drone will dissapear when I enter VR games or apps such as virtual desktop, but it won't dissapear from the main OS's user interface until the headset is restarted.  This means watching watching netflix or prime in the browser has a constant loud droning sound that warbles intrusively over the movies and shows.Even things like remote desktop, or windows app are unusuable because of it.It only began very recently, within the last two updates.I'd be eternally grateful if this could be

I haven't got on my vr for about a month now and I tried to charge it and it wouldn't charge. Even after a couple hours the charging light was green, but it had no battery. what do I do?

I checked the app before purchase and saw that adding Oculus Go devices was still supported (see screenshot)... However when the device arrived and I tried to set it up, the app (version 326.0) on iphone and ipad everything worked fine until the point where it won't play the health and safety video... I don't have access to an android device to do the "old app version" trick... very frustrating as it seems like a great piece of kit, now basically bricked because it can't get past the setup screen 😞DEVS! After Navigator Menu became available, settings and files icons cannot be unhidden.  Unlike with other icons, where several options are available when long-clicked, no options are available with these two.

I returned 4 games for crappy quality, Terrible gameplay, etc. Now my account has a appeal when I go to appeal it just breaks.I have contacted support countless times, Each time they give me the same scripted answers, then proceed to close my ticket out before I can even get a word in on the matter mentioning I already have a case then they leave the chat without even letting me say anything. When I get a chance to say something they repeat the same messages over and over.

So I just got back from three days of not using my Quest 3s. When I get on it, I notice that recent messages aren't loading. I wait a while but they still won't load. I go to type but the message won't send who I typed it to. The meta quest app is perfectly fine when I text the same person on there. I go to support because I'm not sure what to do, and the person tells me to uninstall and reinstall the meta quest app, I do so. That made everything much, much worse. I am now completely unable to contact anyone on either device. I am extremely frustrated by this as there are people who I can only contact via the meta quest app. I want to avoid contacting support again because I am worried of making it worse.TL;DR: Messages on vr wouldn't load, contacted support who told me to uninstall and reinstall meta quest app on phone. Phone app is now the same way.

Hi everyone,  On June 22, I opted for an Advanced Replacement for my faulty Meta Quest 3 and paid $222.38 so a replacement would ship out right away. Meta took my money immediately, but it has been 7 days and nothing has shipped, nor have I received a return shipping label for my broken unit.  Every time I contact standard chat support, they tell me they have no information and are just "working on it." I am incredibly frustrated as my funds are gone but my replacement is completely stuck.

When I power on my headset I am stuck on a long meta loading screen but after a bit it turns black. My controllers vibrate like it would work but it always turns black.Basically this happened when I was playing Pavlov. I was on a custom server with a lot of stuff going on (basically frame drops and low frames lag spikes whatever) and I decided I was gonna restart my game and when I pressed the button to open up the menu and quit the game it lagged out and shut off jy headset. I tried turning it back on but it was loading then went into nothingness.I tried to do the boot menu thing. I pressed the power and volume button and pressed boot device. Nothing worked, then I did power off using the boot menu and powered it back on. Nothing. I drained the battery and recherged it, nothing. I changed the the boot to B and doesnt work. I changed back to A nothing. I sideloaded a update nothing. I really don't feel like doing a factory reset.

I'm having issue connect airlink, it was work fine last week, but this week when I try to start, it says I need to pair it again, not a big deal yet, have that before, so I tried to pair them as usual.But when pair code shown in my Quest3, there is no dialog box pop up in Meta Horizon Link on PC as usual, but as soon as the code expired message shown in my headset the Paring Code Expired dialog also poped up in my MHLink.Restarted Link APP/ Quest3 and my PC few times and still this issue, USB connection link working  fine though.

Só my wallet got somehow “restricted”? and told to appeal by verifying my identity with my ID só I did that but 3-4 days later I still have no response from meta and meta didnt answer when I contacted them through meta forums.

Hii I've been trying to deactivate my account for past an hour however no matter what browser I try not anything I'm unable to do it. I don't have the access to my Oculus 2 headset anymore and I don't want my account to be signed there so I want to deactivate it until I get a newer model. I also don't want to delete the whole account especially since I had some games/apps purchased on it already.Translation Error:Not supported type FXCALFXCAL doesn't support selected type 

I want to remove my meta account. I have to create a password for this account because i logged with FaceBook. i have to enter a code who is sending in my email but i never receive it.  it's the right email and if i click on "send again", i still don't receive code. can you help me please ?
