Hi!I'm regularly getting an issue that leaves all my assets in Horizon Worlds missing, showing up as exclamation marks. This will happen and be present for a couples days, even after restarting my computer. The same thing will even show up in other worlds on my headset while this is going on, and seems like it's maybe linked to my account. Is there a workaround anyone has found for this issue, perhaps a way to clear the cache or avoid apparently requesting missing assets? The issue from my application logs:2025-04-30 13:45:26Z 46336 I [standaloneassetmanager::fetchassetsutility] Request 1546188227331 for asset versions: 9140429309385770, 93351164798677252025-04-30 13:45:26Z 46346 W [settings] AssetGraphQL: Failed to retrieve assets. Hey everyone! Very new to all this so excuse my inexperience, but is it possible to hand testers a build of your game without submitting a store page? For example, I uploaded a build of my game on the developer dashboard, and my game is now in my library and has a little orange template logo. Is it possible to have testers also receive this? It would help a lot, as I'm not at all prepared for a release / store page yet as I don't entirely meet the requirements, but my app relies on Meta authentication and my build distribution process is very slow without it (I'm just sending APKs out for the testers to install themselves, but this has also lead to me needing to bypass my own authentication as Meta cannot verify the authenticity of an unknown source). Thanks in advance!

With the launch of v213, when I try to open my world to edit, I am now met with this errorIs this just a matter of waiting? Or is there something I can do to fix this?

is it possible to rename a NPC agent using typescript?

How do you change the name of a spawned entity at runtime?  incidentally after hours of spinning, chatgpt deep research couldn't figure it out!

Suppose I save the same Gen AI Model to Assets, will it have the same Asset ID or a different one? I'm trying to de-dupe a lot of horizon generated models that look similar or might be the same.

How does one increase world limit?

I am trying to organizing what's becoming dozens of .ts files into their own folders, but it seems that this makes them un-findable in Desktop Editor? How do we organize file structures for projects with lots of .ts?

How do you take a screenshot on web (for sharing in the photo board gizmo)?

im trying to delete all of the quest software files off of my computer, and i looked through the local disc section in the files explorer. in local discs it says i have a bunch of quest files, but when i try to delete them it says that theyre in a different location? like it wont let me delete any of the quest files because "theyre no longer in this location" it said that they were in appdata, so i looked and theres nothing there so idk what to do

I was recently banned on Gorilla Tag and now it's letting me go in but it says there's zero players online. I've looked everywhere online to find out what's going on and I've found some suggestions like restarting my router, closing the game and reopening and something about a meta update. I've tried everything except the update and it hasn't worked. I clicked the meta update link from the Gorilla Tag website but it just took me to my account where I was unable to find anything regarding an update. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'd like to.avoid Uninstalling and reinstalling if at all possible. Thank you!

Hi, I’ve seen in some Horizon games that creators have included what looks like a photo gallery gizmo that people can use to upload content from those worlds. I also saw it in Horizon Central during the winter update. I’d like to know where it is in the editor, since I can’t find it under Gizmos. I'm attaching a photo from one of the games where I saw this entity.

If Second Life is SL for short, for Horizon Worlds is it Hz or HW?

Hello! Is it possible to remove the default grey floor?I cannot find how to do it in the Desktop Editor 😞

Hi!,I'm developing a quest system and I would like to know if there is any way to create editable array properties (for example, a list of IDs or objects) directly in the Horizon Worlds script editor. So far, I've only been able to use comma-separated strings and then split them in the script, or create several individual properties (quest1, quest2, quest3, etc.), which is not very scalable or convenient. Is there any official way or trick to expose editable arrays in the properties panel? Or any recommended practice to manage lists more efficiently and cleanly in scripts? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or experiences!

I'm trying to have a loop on a spawned object.  When it's spawned it's sent and receives:const spawnAssetEvent = new CodeBlockEvent<[player: Player]>('setup', [PropTypes.Player]); I've connected it and stored the player:this.connectCodeBlockEvent(this.entity, spawnAssetEvent, (player: Player) => { this.player = player; console.log(`Player ${this.player.name.get()} received spawnAssetEvent`); this.initialize(); }); My issue is as follows:this.async.setInterval(() => { this.worldtick(); }, 3000);I have several methods using this.player.  The setInterval loop when placed in start() will do the loop but because the player isn't yet assigned by the spawnAssetEvent it errors out with:Error Executing Async Callback:TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined placing the setInterval inside the connectCodeBlockEvent to assure the player is assigned before the loop starts doesn't fire because it's "not part of the lifecycle".I've checked out the ot

I made an apk in Unreal Engine 5.4.4.  Without any changes to quest 2 or quest 3 they both are laggy. But if I change Quest 2 in Sidequest to use cpu/gpu level 4 and set the refresh rate to 60 Hz the Quest 2 won't display the lag.  Quest 2 runs great. I can't do the same on Quest 3. 60 Hz will not display correctly (graphical errors).  Turning it up to 120 Hz looks the best but still shows a lot of ghosting. Anything other than 120Hz displays as lag. This is a multiplayer game but even running as a single player it still shows lag.  Just moving the VR hands around is laggy.  I have tried changing my code (at first I thought my code did this but now I'm not sure about that) and changing just about all settings in Unreal Engine Edit Project settings/rendering and nothing fixed it.  I changed pixel density to 1 and the Quest 2 liked that.  Without PD 1 it's laggy.  I tried rebooting the Quest 3. I tried factory reset on Quest 3. Still nothi

Hello!I have a pool of Drones that I spawn at the beginning of the game using object pooling. I've set its Navigation Profile to "Drones" as you see in the image. This is used for "level1".This is working great in level1, however when I go to level2 I'm using the same drones from my pool. They don't follow me anymore because the Navigation profile for that area is set to Level 2_1 My question is:- Is it possible to change the drone's navigation profile on runtime? If NOTwhat are the other options? The easiest and hackiest way I can think of is create a different asset for that drone and manually set its navigation profile and spawn those in level 2. But since there's no Unity prefab variant equivalent in Horizon world, that could be challenging since we have many navigation areas, and if we change one thing on a drone, we have to change it for all. Thanks!

I have some non-interactive CUIs prefabs (instances) running the same script and am swapping an image from an array.  It was working fine until I had to make the bindings private.Array:const imagesarray = [ ImageSource.fromTextureAsset(new TextureAsset(BigInt(1341929837137421))), ImageSource.fromTextureAsset(new TextureAsset(BigInt(1021032403421524))), ImageSource.fromTextureAsset(new TextureAsset(BigInt(1013325437401914))), ]; index Binding: myindex = new Binding(0) imageBinding(fromArray)let myindex = 0 const myimageBinding = new Binding(imagesarray[myindex]); onupdateHUDmyindex = (persistentStorage.getPlayerVariable<number>(player, "MYPPID")); The issues mainly arise in the imageBinding(fromArray) line of code when I set everything to private.1) can't use a binding for an index2) can't use a BigInt for an index (thought I could just adjust the imagesource in my UI Image3) unable to import/use "derive" or "derivebinding"Been trying some things but

Hello, after upgrading Horizon Desktop Editor to version 210.0.0.3.670, the editor crashes for me several times within an hour. The application just closes unexpectedly. This never happened before the upgrade.I’ve tested this under the following conditions:On two separate networksOn two different computersWith a fresh new worldSteps to reproduce:Create a new worldCreate a grabbable shapeRepeatedly grab and release itThe app will crash after some time.Is anyone else experiencing this?Logs: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1BBh-krttV537MBi0S1tq45q3t9fIX4dr?usp=sharing

Let's say I have an async interval call like so:this.async.setInterval(()=>{ console.log(player.name.get()) },1000)This code works as intended within the TypeScript environment. However, the moment I add a variable to capture the timeout ID as mentioned in the documentation: /** * Sets a timer which executes a function or specified piece of code once the timer expires. * @param callback - A function to be compiled and executed after the timer expires. * @param timeout - The time, in milliseconds that the timer should wait before the specified function or code is executed. * If this parameter is omitted, a value of 0 is used, meaning execute "immediately", or more accurately, the next event cycle. * @param args - Additional arguments which are passed through to the function specified by callback. * @returns The timer created by the call to `setTimeout()`. * This value can be passed to `clearTimeout()` to

Another basic question - I have a locked door, After I use a Custom UI to unlock it, I want to remove it. Changing the visibility works, but I cannot set the collidability or even move it.I get "Unable to manipulate static entity". So how can I implement this?

Would anyone know why the Public Visibility and Members only are grayed out?
