Hello,I am looking to setup my VR app (apk + obb) to be hosted publicly and distributed to enterprise headsets via Meta Quest for Business. Unfortunately it looks like Meta Quest for Business does not provide a way to upload my apk and obb like I can for the Meta Quest store/app lab. Has anyone found a good solution that allows for automatic download like Meta Quest for Business requires to host their large apk and obb's that meets Meta's requirements? In some of their documentation they showed folks using https://rawgit.com/ but it looks like that service is being shut down and I'm not sure looking at the alternatives rawgit.com recommends if they will work for Meta.I have my apk and obb backed up on a public github with LFS (that autodownloads for me and is not SHA encrypted). But no matter what hosting solution I try Meta Quest for business scans the app and says there was an error:An error occurred when scanning the app file for AceDouble-check the app file link and try aga

There are two option for OpenXR API in UE's Project Settings. One is Oculus OpenXR and another one is Epic OpenXR.I use VRE plugin and if I use Oculus OpenXR, I completely lose hand tracking functionality provided by VRE (which is amazing btw). If I use Epic OpenXR, I get everything I can wish for, except for some reason game's colors are washed out and who knows what else I miss out on (whatever special sauce Oculus OpenXR has over Epic's OpenXR).So, I am wondering what do I lose by going with Epic OpenXR over Oculus OpenXR ?

It appears as of v65 the nodes LoadSceneFromDeviceAsync and LoadSceneFromDevice both automatically trigger SpawnActors (SpawnInterior in v64). Does anyone know if there is any way to disable this? I'm getting some glitches and would rather continue to control both tasks separately (Load the scene data and then spawn the scene actors later).   I'm running UE5.3.2 with the v65 plugins for MetaXR and MRUK - I'm testing on a Quest2.

Hi, I played Oculus Dreamdeck, which is a showcase app for Quest capabilities. It was developedby Meta if I understood everything correctly. I liked the Alien scene and would like to check its project file. Is it available on internet? I am asking because another scene is available (the one with animals and green hills - GraphicsShowcase) https://github.com/oculus-samples/Unreal-GraphicsShowcaseIt is also available in the UE branch of Oculus.  So, is this Alien scene also available somewhere? I cannot find it on internet.

I've implemented a native Android plugin that I call from Unity C# script to start another application using an intent like so:Intent launchIntent = context.getPackageManager().getLaunchIntentForPackage(packageName);if (launchIntent != null) { Log.d(TAG, "Launching package: " + packageName); context.startActivity(launchIntent);} else { Log.e(TAG, "Package not found: " + packageName);}Regardless of package name, it is never found (I can verify that the package indeed is installed and is listed using 'pm list packages' using adb shell. This makes me believe Meta has restricted the use of intents to start other installed applications? Seeing the developer documentation is pretty much toilet in general I wonder if anyone knows if this is even possible? I do find some posts suggesting it at least has worked in the past but I cannot get this to work. Anyone knows?

Hello I'm a bit lost on where to start for developing a game that is mainly run on pc but played over airlink on the quest 3. The game needs to be able to have multimodal hand and controller tracking. I'm also unsure how to launch I the unity play window onto the quest 3 noe that some things have been depreciated. Thank you!

I have a game that I would like to give to a friend who just got his first oculas. I see a way to buy a game as a gift but I just don't want mine and want to transfer the game to him. Kinda like what you used to do when you wanted to play a game back when, just give the cartridge/disc to your buddy and they were good to go. With this being digital I know it more complicated than that. However I don't want him paying for something I could just give him and be done with myself....

Hi Team, I am trying to make VR app that can detect object in the scene and do segmentation using the build in camera of the Meta Quest Pro, the platform I am using is Unity and trying to using a TensorFlow Lite model incorporated with the app do the above task. But I am not able to get the deep learning model incorporated with the Unity App for Meta Quest Pro. Can you please give some advice on how to go about this please.

It's just like my audio completely disappeared. I was playing games with the audio just fine like a week ago and searched all about this when it stopped working, and nothing works. My audio for my computer is Headphones (Oculus Virtual Audio Device) and it's at half volume and "Hear computer audio in VR" is on. I tried going to the control sound panel thing on my computer and nothing seems to work, idk whats happening but this needs to be fixed

First of all, why are the release notes still in the unity asset store still linked to the deprecated old version? Meta really needs to get their act together. It is so amazingly hard to find the release notes for the current version and even then, they are separated by each of the smaller SDKs, which makes no sense. Now for the main issue:I can not integrate / add any of the multiplayer-blocks into my existing unity-application. Any idea why?Haven't tried out a clean install yet.System.Linq.Lookup`2[TKey,TElement].Create (System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable`1[T] source, System.Func`2[T,TResult] keySelector, System.Collections.Generic.IEqualityComparer`1[T] comparer) (at <bb4b38eec2634f5887af2d644ab0aceb>:0)System.Linq.GroupedEnumerable`2[TSource,TKey].GetEnumerator () (at <bb4b38eec2634f5887af2d644ab0aceb>:0)System.Linq.Enumerable+SelectEnumerableIterator`2[TSource,TResult].ToArray () (at <bb4b38eec2634f5887af2d644ab0aceb>:0)System.Linq.Enumerable.ToArray[TSource]

just a question

Hello,I am working on a game for Quest 2 via UE5.1.  I have to add a feature similar to infrared-vision. Initially, I followed standard post-process tutorials, but then came into following conclusion:- For post-process to work I need to enable MobileHDR option, which will decrease performance- Even if I accept it and enable MobileHDR, it leads to rendering issues: effect works on Quest 2, but one eye is completely black.  In the end I decided that it is better to stick to Tone Mapping Guide: https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unreal/unreal-tonemapping/I am using UE VR template, and have MetaXR plugin enabled.  Vulkan is enabled there by default. Also, I execute following command:  r.Mobile.TonemapSubpass=1  When I build apk and run it on Quest 2, nothing happens. But if I test in UE Editor Preview, the effect works and modifies the screen colors. These are the post-process settings that I apply to my camera (for test purposes):&

Hello, after 2 full days of trying solutions, I need help. Making a project now in Unity 2023.2.19f, OpenXR Plugin version 1.10.0 (tried 1.11.0-exp.1), XR Interaction Toolkit 3.0.3, XR Plugin Management 4.4.0 so it's all up to date. In the package manager, it says I have Oculus XR Plugin 4.2.0 installed, but I only installed the Oculus LipSync package (Oculus Lipsync for Unity Development: Unity | Oculus Developers) and the one VR editor tool to help with building a store-ready androidmanifest.xml file.My plan is to make a game using OpenXR from Unity to publish a cross-platform multiplayer game. I have an alpha channel set up on Meta Quest Developer Hub and published one stable scene a few months ago, but the game has grown and updates have taken place. I've been developing and testing just fine for the past few months for Windows and making regular builds that work great. A week ago I tried building for Android, and built successfully, but wouldn't open on either Meta Quest I own (2/

I'm getting a console error upon installing Meta XR Core SDK on my Unity 2021.3.36f1 project:[Package Manager Window] Error while getting access token: invalid configuration from Unity Connect UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClient:Done (UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClient/State,int)Additionally I'm seeing an error icon with a message "Error while getting access token: invalid configuration from Unity Connect" next to all of the Meta SDK related packages. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package as well as updating it to V63 but the error persists. This also happens accross three different Unity projects on all computers in my organization. No other package displays this error.I've also confirmed that my Unity services are all running correctly and that I'm logged in the Unity hub with the same account as my asset store.

Hi Everyone,Any help with this would be great.Using Unity 2022.3.10f1 and Meta All-In-One SDK, I build my app and run it on my Quest 3.The home scene loads with hand tracking fine. When I pick up the controllers, the game freezes and crashes.I have the following settings applied to the OVR camera rig:

Hello. I am new to Quest and XR development.I have the OpenXR mobile sdk v 64 on my Windows machine, and I can run a sample such as XrBodyFaceEyeSocial as a way to see the body tracking. However, it does not seem to be using IOBT. The only other discussions and samples I can find are using Unity, and I am not planning on using Unity for my intended purpose. Is there a way to sample this feature (and therefore build my own app) without relying on the Unity engine?I checked the troubleshooting and it looks like iobt is not active when I run this sample:adb shell dumpsys activity service com.oculus.bodyapiservice.BodyAPIService\\ SERVICE com.oculus.bodyapiservice/.BodyApiService 83a0fac pid=3858 user=0 Client: <Begin_BodyApiService> { "averageHz" : 72.10499841030007, "clients" : { "com.oculus.xrsamples.xrbodyfaceeyesocial" : null }, "expectedHz" : 72.005460382112958, "fbs" : false, "iobt" : false, "num_updates_counter" : 35389

I can't seem to open the system keyboard on Quest 2. I open it like this: keyboard = TouchScreenKeyboard.Open("Hello", TouchScreenKeyboardType.Default); keyboard.active = true; TouchScreenKeyboard.hideInput = false; TouchScreenKeyboard.Android.consumesOutsideTouches = true; TouchScreenKeyboard.Android.closeKeyboardOnOutsideTap = false;but it seems to close straightaway. When I check the status with keyboard.status its always returning done. In the OVRManager I set requires system keyboard to true.

Hello people, I need help. I recently got a Quest 2 and I'm trying to connect it to my PC with the link cable. For some reason, Windows thinks the oculus is a phone, so it's automatically trying to import photos and videos from the headset, which interrupts and disconnects Link, then it connects link again, and windows does the same again. When I connect the headset to my PC, the headset asks if I allow the PC to acces the files on the oculus. If i allow, it starts doing what I wrote earlier. If i deny, it does a loop of disconnecting and connecting and asking to access the files again every second. How can I make it work? Has anyone had this issue? Please help.

Configuration:Meta Quest 3UE5.3.2 (Windows x64)Mixed Reality Utility Kit Plugin 63.0MetaXR Plugin 63.0I just started using the MR Utility Kit and am having some problems with the sample project.  The demo attempts to load the Scene description stored on the headset, and if that fails, it loads a random room from a JSON data table asset.  The headset has a Scene already setup, and I found that while playing VR in the UE Editor, I could get the Scene to load after enabling "Spatial Data over Meta Quest Link" in the Oculus desktop app.  At this point my room would load properly, but would soon start slowly "floating away" uncontrollably.  So I turned off the World Locking feature in the MR Utility Kit plugin, and now the room stays in place (this drifting is probably a separate issue?).  I packaged the project for Windows and played in PCVR, and the Scene loads correctly.  But the main problem is when I package the APK and deploy to the headset, the Scene doe

I've been trying to get multimodal working and haven't had any luck. The documentation I found seems to be for an older version of the SDK and the example scene doesn't work. Hands work, controllers work, switching freezes hand tracking and gives me one controller and one frozen hand. When I stop the scene the console prints an error "Concurrent Hands and controllers not supported." True 'nuf, console.Any ideas what I might be missing and why the example scene wouldn't be working on a fresh install?

I made added my organization and verified my account but im still unable to turn on debug mode. I've also tried connecting to the developer hub wired and wireless, I am unable to connect through it. The phone app connects fine to the headset and everything works except for the debug option - where it throws an error "We're having problem loading this. Please try again."
