Salve sono in possesso del Rift s ha sempre funzionato perfettamente, ma da quando cè stato ultimo aggiornamento dei driver non viene più rilevato, mi dice che il display port non è connesso ho fatto mille prove disistallando app togliendo i driver cambiando tutte le mie porte usb dove tra l altro il rift s ha sempre funzionato bene

Hello, I've been an on and off user of VR stuff for a few years now, and my headset of choice is a Rift S made... I believe not long before Oculus got folded into Meta. I do have the Meta Quest Link app but I mostly go through Steam's VR system as I mostly game on that platform. As a result I have never set up a payment method on the MQL app. Periodically (perhaps when it seems to close and re-open itself every so often?) it prompts me to add a payment method of some kind. I do not want to add a payment method through there. Is there any way that I can disable this periodic prompt from appearing?

Like the title says I can’t even redeem Batman my dad bought me the game and there is NO parental link I tried to find the redeem in Batman and I don’t see it I have no redeem thing in my email cause he bought on Amazon and he don’t see it.

I tried to contact support directly to clarify this, but support seems clueless about the topic and my ticket got closed without proper response.So basically, some time ago I watched a 2 year old video on youtube and got exceptionally excited about possibility of having budget night vision so I ordered a Quest 3 along with kkcobvr IR emitter, only to discover that this feature, the infra red view, which I thought would automatically turn on if environment is dark enough, does not seem to exist. I did not fully understand whether a guy in video accessed it through some experimental early access app or anything of that sort, but the other person in this video comments section says that infra red view got patched out because it was against specific laws in the United States.So, could someone please clarify current situation with the feature? Did it actually exist and whether it was only available through specific software? Can it still be accessed in any way? And if not, doe

Hello there,   First, I hope you had a great weekend. I would like to unlock the bootloader of my Oculus/Meta Quest 2 for rooting and debloating purposes. According to the Oculus Terms of Service, I would need special permissions from someone at Oculus/Meta to do this ("You will not use, copy, adapt, modify... except as expressly permitted by us or as permitted under applicable law".) Also, I would need a bootloader-unlocking code. Where am I able to get those permissions and where can I get the unlocking code?   By the way, yes, I am aware that unlocking the Quest 2's bootloader isn't recommended and I am probably going to lose my warranty.     Thank you very much for your time and have a nice day. I’ve tried playing some downloaded VR videos on my Meta Quest 3 after the newest update, but instead of playing in VR (like they used to) they only play in a web based 3D format. Is there any way to change them back to VR without uninstalling and reinstalling the videos?

Everything should work great. I have my email. I can access my account in Meta. I have received emails with promotions of products for year using that same email. The issue is that when I turn on my occulus headset, the system gives me an error message that the email is incorrect and that email is not associated with Meta. Everything works up to that point.  I can see some information, but can't do anything to access the library or games. It shows that I have 6 games, but I can't access them. The codes to pair my headset to my phone doesn't work because the system won't recognize my email. And it states that there are no devices associated with my account and email. It has been 2 years since I used this device. I have all my information, but I guess it appears that Meta deleted my information on their part.  

When I go to the support page, it cannot find my device. Tried factory reset and everything else I can think of. Meta Horizon sees my device and I can play so I obviously have a device. Anyone have a way to contact them via email or chat. It’s getting very frustrating. Thanks in advance.

I have Charged My Meta quest 2 For a 27 or more hours and the amount of charge was 15% And I don’t know what to do I have a 10 watt charge or a 20 i don't remember and i have  tried other areas in my house please help

Title and I hope I asked the quest right. I want to be able to play a game I got on the meta quest store while useing something akin to VD or other "connect pc to quest headset via wifi/bluetooth" software to use my sound headset and mic through my pc when my pc is running. (No cable or air link used)

Hi, can't seem to find anything recent regarding this issue.Used my Rift S until about 6 months ago. Always worked fine. Did a clean win 11 install on my PC since then and recently decided to hook up the Rift S again. Now i can't get through setup because it fails the sensor check. I have tried every solution i was able to find online (powered USB hub, plugging in DP port after USB, Camera access, reinstalling Rift S drivers through Device manager, etc) and nothing has worked. Meta won't let me open a ticket with them because it doesn't recognize my serial number, I have a feeling the older hardware isnt listed . Some of the public tickets relating to those issues pop up during google searches but trying to open up those ends up on meta's support home page with an error saying the content either doesn't exist or is restricted to me.Most of what I could find online pertains to issues people where having when certain patches where released back in 2019 or 2020. Hi, I started on my new metaquest VR, it doesn’t finish the update and it stays stuck on it. It doesn’t pair to the app. What should I do? Thanks

I turned on my headset and came so a screen saying I was logged out. It then told me to pull up meta.com/device on my phone and type in a code. After typing in that code, I was then told to put my email in. I put the email in- It told me there was no account associated with my email. I’ve logged into the app with the email I typed in, i’ve checked for spelling errors, etc. I’m not sure what to do, I can’t find a way to fix it— :’(

I’ve gone through every discussion here that I can find. I just upgraded from a oculus 2, and my 3 won’t pair with the app. It’s connected to the Wi-Fi here, same as my iPhone and iPad. App is updated as of September 10. I have a code in the headset, which does not work. It just keeps asking to retry or quit. Locations and permissions set to allow. Any ideas?

Hey so I had factory reset my vr because it was stuck on the loading screen and now I can’t pair it because it’s already set as a device on my app but I can’t remove it as a device so I can’t play my vr at all anymore. Do you have any advice on what I should do? If you could get back to me that’d really help me out. I’m not sure what to do and I really want to play vr. Thanks!

Hello,I just bought Beat Saber on Oculus 2, authorized the payment on my phone, then went back to headset. I was prompted to type the pin to authrize the purchase, so I did, money were transfered from my account, but then it showed me an error while verifying the purchase.The Beat Saber is not in my library and in the app store it still looks like ready to buy, so I did it again and the whole process was the same. So now I have no game, yet I paid for two and don't know what to do. There is no purchase under my account that I can try to track with some ID, so what now? Anyone experienced a similar problem?Thanks in advance. 

My right controller recently stopped working (wouldn't power on), so I got a replacement that does power on, but now it won't pair to the headset. I have tried removing the battery, restarting the headset... still nothing.Google says to use the app to pair the controllers, but when I select Headset Settings nothing shows up. I have tried reinstalling the app, but same issue.I tried to reach out to Support through the Help Center, but it says my account does not have a device associated with it and I cannot search through my headsets serial number.Is there a way to pair the contoller? If I can't pair the new controller, is there a way to fix the original one?

Make an option to disable the phone calls from the meta horizon mobile app since they are annoying and I have over 150 friends on my friends list so I get called like every minute or 2. I was even kicked out of class because these phone calls were disruptive 

A while ago, I set up 2FA and put on the authenticator app, but it never worked and I’ve been locked out of my account. What can I do to remove the authenticator app? Can I be helped by meta support to take it off my account?
