Hi, We're adding in-app purchase and DLC support to our Applab app. In-app purchase is approved in data use checkup. We've uploaded an asset and associated it with an add-on and it's visible in the developer portal correctly associated with the SKU. The asset has purchased fine via the APIs and the other IAP APIs are working - such as  ovr_IAP_GetProductsBySKU. However,  ovr_AssetFile_GetList() always returns an empty list on completion when using ovr_Message_GetAssetDetailsArray and ovr_AssetDetailsArray_GetSize . It reports success/no errors. Even though the asset has been uploaded. Is this a bug or known issue? Without this we can't get at the asset ID to initiate downloads.  Details:Latest Oculus SDKs (v50) using UE 5.1.1. Example code:OculusSubsystem->AddRequestDelegate(        ovr_AssetFile_GetList(),        FOculusMessageOnCompleteDelegate::CreateLambda([this, De

All builds submitted to my release channels in the last 24 hours have no vulnerability test results and are therefore not published to the release channel. Examining the test results of these builds shows this: "No test runs were found to be associated with this build."Is this a system-wide issue or just related to my app?

As mentioned in the subject, I'm using UE5.1 with the Meta XR plugin released Feb 7, 2023 (In Unreal, the plugin's version is shown as v1.81.0, but on the download page it is called v49?).In Unreal's VR Template project, the left controller menu button brings up a Widget with a few buttons on it.  With just the default OpenXR plugin enabled, this Widget menu works as expected.  After enabling the Meta XR plugin, this menu will open, but as soon as it is "clicked" via either controller trigger, all subsequent input is lost as if all input mappings have been removed.  In other words, after you click one of the menu buttons, the menu cursor freezes and you can no longer interact with the menu or even close it.This behavior happens in both VR Preview and with an installed stand-alone APK.  Disabling the Meta XR plugin causes the menu to behave as expected again.

I'm having trouble successfully connecting an Arduino to my Quest 2 using Bluetooth. In the Bluetooth devices section I can see the Arduino, but sometimes I can't even pair with it for apparently no reason. Whenever I do pair with the Arduino (by repeatedly forgetting and restarting both devices), it usually just stays paired, but pressing "+ connect" does nothing and the keyboard functionality doesn't work. Then I have to repeat forgetting and re-pairing the Arduino until after multiple tries it finally does pair and seems to be connected. At this point the devices function well and it is possible to use Arduino to send key-presses to Quest 2. However at any point the connection might silently drop for seemingly no reason and I have to start the entire process from the beginning.Is the unstable connection to Bluetooth devices a known issue? Are there any tips or suggestions to things I could try to stabilize them and help them connect first try?

I'm unable to upload the first release build of my game in Oculus Developer Hub. There's a generic error with no further user feedback on why and what I can do about it. These are the steps I followed:1. Download most recent version of ODH (2.7.0)2. Correctly set up the manifest (as explained on https://developer.oculus.com/resources/publish-mobile-manifest/)3. Create build of my game in the game engine I use (Godot).4. Upload build in ODH (or via the OVR platform utility, see my reply on TonyVT).

Hello everyone !I'm trying to use translucent material on object with a OVR passthrough layer component on my VRPawn and setted in Underlay mode.When my shader is opaque or masked, no problem but when it's an actor with a translucent material, I can just see them through other opaque objects behind. It seems relative to the fact that translucent material are not rendered in the Scene Depth pass.Is it possible to manage this ? How can we achieve that ?Thanks in advance for your helpUnreal 4.27.2 - Custom build from Oculus GitHub repo

  the code, Oculus XRAsync create Spatial Anchor ,the results of this code is not a Success and Failure.what did i do wrong?

I'm really sad because I need to update my software and after recent updates I'm no longer developer and I can't even run my builds on my Quest2 and Meta Quest Pro devices.I've managed to get into developer mode by enable 2FA in the past but now I'm not sure if that's enough?I can't get any SMS-authentication codes because it seems to be broken.Everywhere in this forum I can see there are more problems related to this but unfortunately no answers.Should I just give up?I'm really happy to get all the forum-badges! (https://youtu.be/uEvWg_Yikxs) I got 5 today! 😂

Have tried many things for two days and am still unable to get the splash screen to display when running on Quest 2. It's black with 3 loading dots.  Would like to have the OS Splash Screen run as described in the following document. Does this work in Unreal 5.1.1 or broken?https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unreal/unreal-loading-screens/Unreal 5.1.1Oculus VR plugin V 1.59.0 (from Oculus)Open XR plugin V1.0 (from Epic) Tried using MetaXR-5.1-v49_20230131-144410 plugin (its the latest and thought that might make it work) instead of Oculus VR V 1.59.0 but that causes my Unreal 5.1.1 to crash when opening. Tried putting MetaXR plugin in these two directories with same result:\UE_5.1\Engine\Plugins[project]\Plugins Overall I'm looking for a method of displaying a splash screen in less than 4 seconds after app launch as required by Oculus store. What is the current standard way of doing this? Thanks!

Followed this document that says to use Meta XR plugin for Unreal 5.https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unreal/unreal-quick-start-guide-quest/ Unreal 5.1.1 crashes on startup when I enable MetaXR-5.1-v49_20230131-144410 plugin. Have tried copying the plugin to the following directories with same result:[project]\Plugins\UE_5.1\Engine\Plugins Does MetaXR-5.1-v49_20230131-144410 work with Unreal 5.1.1?

Hello devs, have you ever experienced this issue...how to solve this offset when you move the OVR Synthetic game object, it creates an offset between, the ovrCameraRig and the handshere is a video of what i am talking about:https://youtu.be/xf6lqBBbUL4

I installed the Meta Quest Developer Hub to test a few personal projects of mine on different settings, but it seems to show a blank (black) screen. Reinstalling whether by running the installation file again, or by completely removing all data of the Developer Hub and the installation file for a new one, no difference. I am on the latest version of the Meta Quest Developer Hub and Windows 10. Restarting my computer before and after installation does nothing.

I'm running into an issue working with Quest 2 headsets where the "Allow connected device to access files" pop up is now blocking us from running automation of our game on the headset. If I go to the device we use for automation and manually hit "Allow" on that prompt, the automation runs fine, but because we reboot the headset during automation runs, this is blocking us. Is there a way for me to:- Permanently allow this for a development machine?- Accept this dialog via adb / in some other automatable way?

Hi, I am experiencing an intermittent problem with an Oculus Quest game that I am developing. When I encounter this problem, I am unable to do any development in the editor. I am using Oculus Link to quickly iterate. Essentially, when I launch the game, sometimes my game will only load into a black screen instead of showing my level. Previously, this problem would happen about 30% of the time, and I would somehow be able to work around the problem by rebooting my Quest, restarting Unity, unplugging and replugging in my Quest, rebooting my computer, etc. Usually, I can eventually get around this issue, but lately, it is happening more and more and I am having a much harder time getting past this issue. Sometimes I will try for 30 minutes and not be able to get past this. I'm currently using Unity 2021.1.5f1, though I have been encountering this issue with the last several versions of Unity, going back probably about a year. Initially, I was using a Quest 1. I just purchas

Trying to share spatial anchors to other local players.The anchor is created without problem and getting a Uuid. Can save the anchor locally without problem.But changing to StorageLocation.Cloud results in error.saveOptions.Storage = OVRSpace.StorageLocation.Cloud;oVRSpatialAnchor.Save(saveOptions, (anchor, success) =>{Debug.Log($"WaitForAnchorInit save cloud success={success}");});Always results in success=false with a "Save failed" in log - no other info. Activated "Share point cloud data" under "Device Permissions" in Settings on HMD without any success.

I am trying to develop a VR app with Unity for Oculus Quest 2. Is there a way to perform force release of currently grabbed objects?I've tried with interactor's Unselect() method but after that grab becomes imposible sometimes, i.e. I can't grab objects with current hand anymore.

It looks like a recent update to the Oculus Browser may have broken getting input for the A and B buttons with WebXR/THREE.js. Has anyone seen a similar issue or can confirm? I tested on Both a Quest 2 and a Quest Pro and both reproduce the issue.Here's some example code which used to work:https://github.com/fbriggs/lifecast_public/blob/main/web/lifecast_res/LifecastVideoPlayer8.js#L571The most important parts of the code are:renderer = new THREE.WebGLRenderer({antialias: false,powerPreference: "high-performance",depth: true});...vr_controller0 = renderer.xr.getController(0);vr_controller1 = renderer.xr.getController(1);...vr_controller.button_A = vr_controller.gamepad.buttons[4].value > 0;vr_controller.button_B = vr_controller.gamepad.buttons[5].value > 0;

I'm testing Shared Spatial Anchors on Meta Quest Pro. The codes below.using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine; public class SpatialAnchorSender : MonoBehaviour { [SerializeField] ulong partnerUserID; void Start() { StartCoroutine(Share()); } IEnumerator Share() { var anchor = gameObject.AddComponent<OVRSpatialAnchor>(); yield return new WaitUntil(() => anchor.Created); var anchors = new HashSet<OVRSpatialAnchor> { anchor }; var user = new OVRSpaceUser(partnerUserID); var users = new HashSet<OVRSpaceUser> { user }; OVRSpatialAnchor.Share(anchors, users, (collection, result) => { if (result is OVRSpatialAnchor.OperationResult.Success) { Debug.Log($"Success sharing {collection.Count} anchor(s)."); } else { Debug.LogError(result);

HiI am attempting to migrate my Oculus VR project from UE 5.0.2 to 5.0.3 using oculus-5.0-v47 from ac4728013d6b95e3aecde14984bac4af77fdf732After updating my VR project from UE 5.0.2 to 5.0.3 the editor no longer boots, it crashes after GetD3DRHI returns null in FD3D12RenderBridge::GetGraphicsBinding.I have a 2070 Super, DXDiag says feature levels 12_1, 12_0, 11_1 and 11_0 are all available.In case there was a problem with my project, I have tried using an example project from a popular VR plugin, and when the problem reproduced with that project as well, I tried creating a blank game project and a new project based on the VR template.The editor starts up okay with new non-VR project. The VR template project has the same problem.I am unsure how to proceed. As far as I can tell a new VR project made using the latest release of the oculus fork of unreal just doesn't work. Can you suggest next-steps? Thanks

Hi, I'm trying to access some developer settings I have created in c++ which handles some variables that Id like to be able to change overwriting/saving a new defaultgame.ini file. However, I cant seem to find where it exists. Note: Im using Unreal Engine 5.0.3The file path I go to after connecting my quest to my pc and allowing debugging, play the project then quit it is:This PC\Quest 2\Internal shared storage\Android\data\mycompany.myProject\files\UnrealGame\myProject\myProject\Saved\Config\AndroidAll I can see is GameUserSettings.ini in that folder. I have also looked in all of the other files and cant find the file itself or where I should put it. Ive tried to add in my defaultGame.ini in the similar places where windows contains it, typically saved/config/windows, but nothing changes. (I have literally just a fstring setup in my dev settings which is output on beginplay to show me what the current setting is set to, I want to be able to change this string on the hea
