Dear Facebook Support Team, I would like to request assistance to regain access to my Facebook account which is currently locked due to a session lock. The problem is that the phone number linked to my account is no longer active, so I cannot receive the verification code to log in. How do I change the option to email? 0 Kudos Reply 

im trying to delete all of the quest software files off of my computer, and i looked through the local disc section in the files explorer. in local discs it says i have a bunch of quest files, but when i try to delete them it says that theyre in a different location? like it wont let me delete any of the quest files because "theyre no longer in this location" it said that they were in appdata, so i looked and theres nothing there so idk what to do

I was recently banned on Gorilla Tag and now it's letting me go in but it says there's zero players online. I've looked everywhere online to find out what's going on and I've found some suggestions like restarting my router, closing the game and reopening and something about a meta update. I've tried everything except the update and it hasn't worked. I clicked the meta update link from the Gorilla Tag website but it just took me to my account where I was unable to find anything regarding an update. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'd like to.avoid Uninstalling and reinstalling if at all possible. Thank you!

I was playing nock with a buddy of mine switched to app chat from our party chat and it completely broke my mic. I have tried to fix it since by:1. checking all my settings making sure it wasn't muted2. Factory Resetting3. testing on both air link and voice commands both output literally zero sound4. Recording video to test it out 5. booting from the hidden menu you get to by holding down the power and - volume button 6. Enabling every permission on everything it allowedNone of these fixed the problem and I'm losing my **bleep** not being able to talk in game. If anyone has anything I haven't tried please let me know this does seem to be some weird software lock but I'm not sure what is causing it i think the party chat is what broke it but I need help with this because it's driving me insane

Anyone else?Exact same setup as was working a few days ago. (using USBA-USBC cable). Updated to v76.  Now it just keeps rapidly connecting and disconnecting, and hand tracking starts and stops working.I did a factory reset for any Meta support staff that would like to ask. 

In real life I play to a scratch, sometimes better sometimes a little worse.  I cannot seem to aim with Golf+ (quest2).  Drives slice every time although I can keep in fairways about 60% of the time, so it’s more of a fade.  Even adding draw to it.  Little wedge shots pull to left as well.  Is there something I’m doing wrong?  Any way to tweak it?  I know it’s not real and it’s for fun, just wondering.

Hi got a used oculus quest one it was factory reset and when I set it up with new account it set update 1 of 2 will restart now its been 4 hours still saying the same thing help

Hey everyone,I'm hoping there's someone that can help me.I bought a meta quest 3 a couple of days ago and it's okay I guess but there's something that's really doing my head in EVERY single time I turn on my meta quest; the horizon feeds app and the connections app auto launches. Is there a way to disable this? I find both apps absolutely useless and all they are are just apps trying to persuade me to download games that I have NO interest in whatsoever or trying to persuade me to add friends or find contacts by adding my Instagram account. NO. I DON'T WANT TO. It's really annoying me now because I have to close both apps (THAT ARE ALSO PERMANENTLY STUCK ON THE UNIVERSAL MENU) before I start doing what I want to do. If there's no solution to this I think I'm just going to return it because I don't want to spend nearly £500 on a device that's just basically a VR advertisement system. Might as well be an Amazon tablet with the bombardment of adverts 

Hi    Ive just bought a new meta quest 2 and have set everything up verified my email.  Then when I go to work.meta.com/device as instructed with the headset.  I enter the code and enter my email then I get this error it looks like there isn't an account associated with that email address. You entered: **************@gmail.com. Please check your details and try again.   I have set up 3 accounts now at this stage with 3 different emails and still get the same message can someone help me get this set up I don't know what im doing wrong.

When will this be implemented to help people with learning difficulties and use of AI could be really beneficial for UK applicants under the UK law? I would like to see same features as what Americans have is there any way of implementing several features that the Americans have like sharing photos in messenger and having the same access to features why is it Americans get features in the UK? People don’t, if you wanna make your product better, you need to implement the same ideas around the world so it’s not just releasing features in one area of the world

Could you please provide support and purchase made available from India. I believe we have a huge market to be tapped into. There could be many people who would like to buy  but are skeptical due to support not being available in my country. I also saw that Meta was in talk with the Ministry of Education for providing AI and VR to some of our universities. Clearly Meta sees a potential in India so I hope you are able to provide support to India in the near future.  Thanks

it’s hard to explain, but when i turn on pass through the ar windows become double to my eyes. it’s quite uncomfortable and i’m not sure why it’s happening. from what ive gathered, the problem has to do with the cameras not creating an image my eyes understand because my brain will merge the two images at the wrong place which then screws up the ar windows. i’ve already tried adjusting the lenses. please help me!

I've been using my Oculus for almost a year and a half now and I've had to troubleshoot it about every time I've had to connect it to my PC. Eventually, it works and I can hop on and play whatever PC game I want through SteamVR. Today, however, my headset is stuck in the loading void animation before it connects to the Oculus app on my desktop. This was normal. Usually, I could unplug and replug the USB-C cable into my PC and it would work again. This time, it would keep loading. I tried:- Unplugging and replugging the cable on both ends- Restarting my PC- Restarting my Headset- Restarting both- Using Air Link instead- Using a faster internet- Using and not using Ethernet- Deleting and reinstalling the Oculus Application- Deleting and reinstalling SteamVR and VR games, just in case- Updating Drivers- Checking for an Update on the Headset and ApplicationAlmost everything short of getting a new headset I have attempted. I got log diagnostics if those can be looked at to locate a problem.

Also DLSS4 does not work with AMD's video cards thereby limiting adoption.  No doubt the RTX 5090 will be faster in plain vanilla 2D or VR games than the 4090, but right now it's unknown how much. Also costing $2k, the 5090 is the most expensive card ever produced by Nvidia and targeted ordinary-ish consumers. The RTX 5080 at $1k may be the sweeter spot for many enthusiasts.  RTX 5090 has 600 watts of power consumption,

i got a quest 2 for Christmas, along with a third party link cable with a usb 2 on one end along with a usb 3 on the other. when i go to use the oculus pc app to connect my quest 2, it wont detect a connection. on the actual quest, it brings up a prompt to share data with the device, but no matter if i choose allow or deny nothing changes. help would be greatly appreciated, and i hope all of you had a good Christmas here are some pictures for referencehttps://imgur.com/a/t2cqC4v

I just updated my Nvidia driver to the most recent version (537.58), and now Quest link just isn't working at all. Tried uplugging and replugging the link cable, nope. Tried restarting the headset, nope. Anyone else having this problem?

I also emailed support but thought I would try this as well. I have a meta quest 3 (7ish weeks old).I worked out yesterday morning with Supernatural and it was fine. Plugged it in after I was done. A couple hours later, went to put it back on and had a few things happen. I got the SIM card symbol with the arrow and the green loading bar. Then I got the spinning meta sign just constantly spinning. Then the spinning meta going to black then coming back on and spinning (repeating). I have also gotten the image of a little robot lying on his back looking dead.We have tried a few things:1. Hold power down for 30 seconds to restart - doesn’t work2. Power and volume down, did a hard reboot - doesn’t work3. Did everything on that menu including a factory reset - doesn’t work What next? Please help!

The sound on my Meta Quest 3 doesn’t work at all. When I first got it I was setting it up and the sound didn’t work. When I put it above my head (like rested it above my head) the sound worked. Then the sound stopped working completely. I tried casting it and the sound worked there but now it doesn’t anymore. I restarted it, tried Bluetooth, factory reseted it and there is still no sound at all.

I’m so dissapointed that the 3 portals I bought late 2020 are no longer supported and as such they are not fit for use End of life devices within 2 years of purchase - total rip off
