When I power on my headset I am stuck on a long meta loading screen but after a bit it turns black. My controllers vibrate like it would work but it always turns black.Basically this happened when I was playing Pavlov. I was on a custom server with a lot of stuff going on (basically frame drops and low frames lag spikes whatever) and I decided I was gonna restart my game and when I pressed the button to open up the menu and quit the game it lagged out and shut off jy headset. I tried turning it back on but it was loading then went into nothingness.I tried to do the boot menu thing. I pressed the power and volume button and pressed boot device. Nothing worked, then I did power off using the boot menu and powered it back on. Nothing. I drained the battery and recherged it, nothing. I changed the the boot to B and doesnt work. I changed back to A nothing. I sideloaded a update nothing. I really don't feel like doing a factory reset.

I'm having issue connect airlink, it was work fine last week, but this week when I try to start, it says I need to pair it again, not a big deal yet, have that before, so I tried to pair them as usual.But when pair code shown in my Quest3, there is no dialog box pop up in Meta Horizon Link on PC as usual, but as soon as the code expired message shown in my headset the Paring Code Expired dialog also poped up in my MHLink.Restarted Link APP/ Quest3 and my PC few times and still this issue, USB connection link working  fine though.

Só my wallet got somehow “restricted”? and told to appeal by verifying my identity with my ID só I did that but 3-4 days later I still have no response from meta and meta didnt answer when I contacted them through meta forums.

Hii I've been trying to deactivate my account for past an hour however no matter what browser I try not anything I'm unable to do it. I don't have the access to my Oculus 2 headset anymore and I don't want my account to be signed there so I want to deactivate it until I get a newer model. I also don't want to delete the whole account especially since I had some games/apps purchased on it already.Translation Error:Not supported type FXCALFXCAL doesn't support selected type 

I want to remove my meta account. I have to create a password for this account because i logged with FaceBook. i have to enter a code who is sending in my email but i never receive it.  it's the right email and if i click on "send again", i still don't receive code. can you help me please ?

Our oculus has been stuck on the spinning Meta logo for about two weeks now. We have looked up youtube videos, tried the soft reset, logged in to meta account online, and made sure it was charged. It was stuck on red, then stuck on orange 'while charging', and now it is stuck on white and the meta symbol is still stuck spinning. Where should I go from here? @

The trigger button when I hold it pulls up the right click option however, the second I move my cursor to select an option it disappears immediately. Does anybody know how to fix that or had the same problem?

I just bought a new Oculus 3S for my son from Amazon during Prime days, and it is supposed to come with a Gorilla Tag Cardboard Monkenaut Bundle. I set up the Oculus, installed the game, but can't find the items that come with the bundle and the extra shiny rocks haven't been added to my account. My son played this game a ton on the Oculus 2, so he knows where to go to look for things, and he can't find any of these items in the game. I havent gotten any notification or email saying these items were added to my account. Does anyone know how I am supposed to activate this bundle?

I had no issues with developer mode on my Quest 2.I am trying to activate it through the mobile app on my Quest 3. Everything is up to date. The Quest 3 is recognized. I can even cast no problem.I've restarted everything 3-4 times.I'm at a loss. This was so much easier on my Quest 2.

Hey everyone, I wanted to report (and ask for a solution to) some problems I'm facing in my Meta Quest 3s. For the past few days, I've noticed the system is a bit "buggy," for example, apps keep disappearing from the app list, the system is missing things here and there, some buttons disappear, in short, I don't know what's going on. But the real problem started yesterday. I was playing Onward as usual, everything was fine, until after a while of gameplay, I started to notice some strange details. My hands were closer to my body than normal, I only noticed because I was aiming with a sniper rifle, and basically the scope was going inside my head (literally). I couldn't rest the weapon on my shoulder properly; the stock was inside my shoulder. Man, this started to bother me immensely because it's really affecting the gameplay. Another thing, the weapons are more "angled" than normal. Please develop a more comfortable almost helmet type device.  I enjoy watching prime but the straps get uncomfortable after a while as well as nose pice.  Couldn’t an adaptable motorcycle type helmet with fans and maybe open mouth area work better? I’d pay more if it’s a cost issue. Looking for comfort and full enclosed around the back of the head.

I've noticed that this has been happening for a minute now when I'm recording my VR videos. When I replay my video I see a black border on the left side of the screen and it just goes in and out. I have the latest V-2.5 Update but this has been happening throughout the last few updates so does anyone know what's going on??👍 Thanks, Robert.

Good evening,After recently deciding to foray into the world of VR (as a 60+yr old), I am having real problems with setting up my Quest 2.I have tried to follow YouTube tutorial pages, in which several show a "Quick Settings page, which I cannot pin down. All I am getting on my headset is a page that advertises various games and Icons for Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Settings, Browsers etc .I have ensured that the Quest is current with updatesIf anyone can advise, I'd appreciate it.  Also, I am not very IT literate, I tend to use my PC for only the basics; e-mails, Amazon etc, so please provide any guidance in basic terms.Thank you in anticipation.    

So when I sent a referral link to my brother he accepted it and then someone passed down their quest 2 to us they factory reset it and gave it to my brother he logged in with the account he created that was also linked to the referral link but when we did it we never got the money after so long which was like 20-30 days then we realized that was a problem because we never got the referral money even though we did all of the steps that where required 

Hi. I have two profiles on my Quest 3. One is for myself (profile 1) and the other my partner. She wanted to buy some new music packs for Beat Saber. She wasn't able to purchase them using my account info so I went into my profile, purchased the 3 new music packs thinking this would upgrade Beat Saber in her profile. But it hasn't so she has to use my profile to access the new music packs. She can access all the apps I have in my profile using her profile so one would presume that any changes made to the apps in my profile would change the apps in hers. Am I wrong or is there a setting change that is required.

I sent my friend a referral link which she used when she purchased Quests for herself and her son. So far neither of us have received the $30 store credit. How long does it take to show? It’s been about 2 weeks. 

Hi!I have a child that has been using my account. Or rather we have used it together as we have shared the Quest 2 together. I have bought a new headset so we can each have one. The thing is, hes 12yo and my question is, is it possible to change the account so that it can be the childs account instead. Like changing email and birthdate. And then link the account to me as a parent? Because the games that are bought is games he uses daily, like gorillatag for example. And i just have beat sabers. So no loss for me. And I would not want to spend money to buy all the games for him again..I have tried to find documentation for this and navigate through the horizon app, but without success..Best regards.

Hello, I am operating an educational program for students at an institution in Korea using Meta Quest devices.We currently manage approximately 90 Meta Quest devices, and our program is mainly for students aged 13 and older. Recently, some devices or accounts have started showing prompts requiring age verification through a credit card or ID verification.At first, we were able to resolve the issue by completing verification with a credit card. However, at some point, the verification process started showing the message “Unable to save payment method”, and we have not been able to complete the verification since then. As a result, normal use is being restricted on multiple devices, which is causing disruptions to our educational operations. I would like to ask the following: 1. So when you get a black screen and no software update works and out of warranty. That’s it! The headset is garbage?  I think there should be some type of fix!!!  These units are expensive. Crazy how tech support is no help.
