So i have a personal account and i was notified that it was restricted from running any ads because of some issue i dont remember last 2018. But im just a student back then so i didnt bother fixing it.Now, im working as VA Marketing in a company and i cant even run Ads! Whenever i click Ads Manager it delivers me to the link but all i see is WHITE SCREEN. No buttons, no anything!Im desperate, i tried everything, click everything, check every videos, and talk to a lot of AI but all the links are White Screen. Anything related to Ads Manager is WHITE BLANK SCREEN. Except for Meta Business Suite, it works well.Can you help me huhu. I tried creating a second account, it works for almost 6 months now, but it got flagged by meta. and now im not able to use anything. I set my account up as Business for LLC but immediately realized it should be Individual, although I have the business registered as ZOSU Studios LLC, it is sole proprietor.I cannot change this because its grayed out everywhere in the settings.I have had a case ticket for 5 months and there is still no way that I know of how to make this happen or receive the payments that are just sitting there ...  Anyone who has any ideas how to get this working or escalate it would be extremely helpful.  I am now just getting what appear to be automatic responses from the ticket so I am at a loss for what to do.

Good afternoon!I've been trying for weeks to update my payout account info to fix a typo in the address, but every single time I end up with this error: "Something went wrong when securely transmitting your data. Please try again." This has been going on for weeks (4-6), I've tried with different browsers, many times. I've even opened a ticket in the Meta Portal Support, and after many messages they closed it because "We cannot assist you with your Changing payout address situation because we provide support for Meta Store products and services only.". I can't add my tax info because it's automatically using the wrong address. Has anyone run into a similar problem? Any advice will be appreciated.Thanks

How long are creators supposed to put up with Desktop Editor crashing and making our Worlds inaccessible?I can create a World, open it, and everything works fine. The minute I add larger TypeScript scripts, Desktop Editor crashes. After that, I can't even reopen the World.And it's not just me. Multiple creators I know are experiencing the exact same problem on different computers.We spend countless hours building Worlds, only to have updates and software problems prevent us from accessing our own work.Instead of constantly pushing changes, how about fixing the problems that are preventing creators from creating?Meta, are you aware of this specific scripting issue? Is anyone actually working on it? And when can we expect a fix?Creators deserve answers, not silence.

I design and sell avatar clothing, and I'm writing about the one thing that governs everything any of us can offer: the avatar-item template gallery. A creator can only finish the outfits the gallery gives us the forms for — and some of the forms players ask for most simply aren't there. I'm new to this work — I've been creating avatar clothing for less than a month. I don’t know why — but I know what it cost. The mirror was the one place I could stand in my own home and see my whole avatar, head to toe, in what I had just changed into. For a clothing creator, that isn’t decoration. It’s how we preview our work the way a customer will see it: does the dress sit right, does the design read, would I be proud for someone to wear this? Without it, the only way to see my own outfit full-length is to ask another player to look at me, or study a photograph — and Quest photographs come out soft, so the fine detail of a design can’t be judged from them. Hi I am brand new at meta world developing. I’ve got the Meta world creation software on my gaming laptop and I’ve been experimenting with it but it’s far more complex than I’ve realized it would be. I often times can see how I want things to look but just can’t place things in the exact way I’d like them to be. Any advice on meta world developing would be much appreciated I’d love to get to a point where I can feel like one of my worlds is good enough to publish.  So far most of them are just a splattering of different items and symbols all spewed around. 

I've just moved from the states to the UK. I need to update my region as well as my payout account but I can't find where or how to do so.

On Oct 9, 2026 I was removed from the Meta Horizon Creator Program for not meeting eligibility criteria. I respectfully request a review. I am over 18, live and run my business in the US, and know of no issue with my Meta account. Please tell me which criterion I missed and how to fix it, such as verification, or when I may reapply. I have also opened developer support case #86690. I was greatly looking forward to creating on Horizon. Through Purpose To Function LLC I built an AI game, Wildlands: Last Village, and web apps that sharpened my game making skills, and I hoped to build something great with Meta. I would be a committed, quality focused creator and an asset to the program. While I’m really excited about the tool and its potential, I also have a few concerns and questions about how it will fit into my current development workflow. I’d love to get some insights from the dev team or hear if anyone else shares these thoughts!Custom Workflows (Code & Models) My biggest worry right now is whether I’ll be able to maintain my current workflow. Will we still be able to easily import our own custom code and 3D models directly into the game? Worlds Desktop Editor, upon launching, opens a blank window and then the title changes to "Worlds Desktop Editor (Not Responding)" waiting 5 or 10 minutes later there is no change. It's not busy, it's hung. I don't recognize anything in the logs that seems relevant. This happens on v236.0.0.5.304 and several of the previous versions. I can dev for other platforms just fine, but Meta doesn't seem to be capable of an install. Rebooting, repairing, uninstalling, installing the next new version, updating video drivers, updating Windows. Nothing has made a difference.Any recommendations?

I was following one of the tutorials about building a world and I got to the step about publishing it, only to be met with a message that explains that there will be no publishing after June 15th, 2026. If my goal was to build a world in VR, is that idea done for now? I eventually wanted to design my own game, but I was trying to tackle world building first.   

Hi everyone,I’m an enrolled MHCP creator and have several published avatar apparel items. My items currently display “By TGC_Grr8Franzini,” which is my personal Meta Horizon username. I need the seller/creator attribution to display my business name, Shorejack Threads, instead.When I originally joined MHCP, I left the separate Studio name field blank accidentally. I believe the apparel storefront may therefore be using my Horizon username as the fallback creator name.I contacted support and was given two suggestions:Change my Meta Horizon username to Shorejack Threads.Reapply to MHCP and enter Shorejack Threads as the Studio name.Changing my username is not a practical solution because TGC_Grr8Franzini is my established VR identity and is also used in several games I play. I followed the second suggestion and submitted another MHCP application with Shorejack Threads entered as the Studio name, but I never received confirmation or any information about whether it would update my existin

Hi, after the latest Worlds Desktop Editor update, I can open Creation Home normally, but I cannot enter any world.When I click a world, it looks like it is going to load, then it quickly sends me back to Creation Home.I tested:My existing worldsA Mobile/Web worldA brand-new empty worldA freshly remixed sample worldThey all do the same thing.I also tried running Desktop Editor as Administrator and clearing the local Horizon Worlds cache, but the problem remains.On my Quest headset, I’m also getting “Unable to take you to your destination” when trying to enter a world.This started right after the latest update. Is anyone else having the same problem, or is there a known issue with the current Desktop Editor version?

every month for the past 3 months or so i have been having issues with signing up for the bonuses, it always says unavailable so august says unavailable but then says september coming soon, and its that way for like i said 3 months, why does it keep doing that

So when I launch after an update this morning I NOW get the il2cpp fatal error. I have updatedvideo driversvisual c++ x64 and x86windows updatesI have rebooted reinstalled deleted this program at least 5 times today. I STILL get this error. I have disable antivirus and firewalls..NO GONow WHAT???

horizon is not available to me on headset or mobile app and also my creator portal is not showing any of my bonuses or worlds I try to join a world it says horizon is not available for everyone yet ? how do I fix this

Hi,For over a week at least (perhaps much longer), I have been getting an error message whenever I try to click to manage collaborators for my one world "ZOSU Zoo (Tower Update)"https://horizon.meta.com/world/10107112905467418/Is there anyway to fix this?I need to update Moderators in my world and it appears I can only do this through the VR collage management options?Note that if I click into the collaborators button with this error and then click on the pink coin purchase option by my profile and then back out (to try to return to the collab screen) that instead of taking me back to this error it just shows a loading screen that never loads.Thanks

Have they stopped allowing us to create clothing? Why I ask is that every one of my clothing creations has been denied due to an incomplete listing of information after I have gone back several times, making sure all information fields have been filled. Then I click OK after all the information is in, to publish it, which shows my design in the inventory, but says it cannot be published at this time, to try again later. I then go back to try again, and the name is gone, but the description is there, the price set is there, but it won't publish.
