My Meta Quest 3 will not link to my PC via any cable (occulus or kuject). I cannot get support for this issue because my account according to Meta has no device registered to it.But my account does in fact have a Meta Quest 3 registered to it. When I forget trying to log in and instead use the option to key in the serial number I get a message saying that support isn't available [for the Meta Quest 3] When I choose the third option and say I do not own a device, I get this message: I am then presented with the question: Still need help? which returns me back to square one and the cycle of frustration begins again. This is one of the worst experiences of customer care I have ever experienced. Meta does not seem at all interested in its cusomters getting value out of their products and only in cost saving.
My left controller for my Oculus Quest broke, and I have been coming to the Oculus store for 6 months looking to see when you might have one in stock. How do I get a replacement?
Since the 22nd, my 3s keeps going black every time I turn it on. The meta os startup works but then after it just goes black and my controllers keep making beeping noises. On the 22nd, I kept having to find different solutions but next time I turn it on, it stops working again. As of today it just keeps going black OR saying finding position. I tried cleaning it, resetting it, rebooting it, and nothing works. Any ideas on how to fix it? (Note: I only got this back in April 2025, hasn't even been a year yet which is very disappointing.) As far as I can tell, I might have to go back to playing on my 2 if this persists.
my front meta quest 3S in the outside is not working I did a lot of stuff to fix it but it’s not working I did a YouTube tutorial didn’t work
I'm having a login problem, and the Meta account center ALMOST resolves it but the last step is them asking me to enter a code that it sent to an email account I no longer have access to. Even the page to delete that account and let another existing one take over. I need some real person help to update my email address, but can't find a chat or phone number anywhere
I noticed the other day whenever my quest 3 is plugged in and charging while off, the screen will start to flicker. I've tried multiple cords, blocks, and outlets all with the same result. I've also noticed it no longer charges while on and sometimes it won't charge even while off.
I can't purchase anything on the Meta Store anymore. It used to work just fine. My last successful purchase was on January 11. But then it just stopped working and whenever I try to buy anything, I get an error message: "Feature unavailableYour request could not be completed. This feature is currently not available to you. Please try again later."I already contacted support and have an open case, but I've been having back and forth with them for a week now and nothing they do seems to help. It's the same on all devices: headset, phone, pc. The same with three different payment methods. No restarting, clearing cash, fresh logins, incognito mode, vpns. Nothing works. Support said they had made some changes to my account and now it should work, like three times. And to make sure changes apply to wait 24 hours. Again I did that and nothing helped. I found threads on reddit and here with the same issue, and nothing seems to work, and support couldn't help in any cas
now it says i need to up grade to use it and i just want to play some pc vr with my 3s but i cant from that please help
Oculus Quest 2 without remotes. How do I play video from a PC via cable?
Of course with the stock quest 3 wall adapter, but with a syntech 16ft cable. Though what I am more concerned about is wether it is damaging to the device to be charged while playing, short term or long term.
Hello, As the title says, My quest 3 appears to not charge or charges slowly. Some Back StoryI ordered my headset from Currys which is a UK Tech store and have their care and repair; I have had this device for about 9-10 months. As I use the headset for long periods of time, it is connected to a charger a majority of the time, except when I use it to walk between the room with my pc and the room where I use VR.I recently had to get a better, Higher wattage charger; Namely 35W; The cable I use can support up to 60W of power. The reason for a different charger is simple, the Quest 3 one is short and lacks the proper power output for when I need to charge and game at the same time due to the headset reporting slow charging. For reference, I was playing VRChat through Steam link to my PC, I ended up falling asleep due to how exhausted I was due to the flu (Rare this happens), The cable was still plugged in to the port. However, When I checked the battery percentage it was at 5% and had power
Hi, I bought a used Meta Quest2 on eBay. The headset is stuck on the Meta logo and won’t boot. I have already tried restarting it and using Android recovery, but it still freezes on the logo. I created a Meta account, but I can’t contact Meta support because I don’t have the headset’s serial number or the original order number. The headset didn’t come with the original retail box, and I can’t find a serial number on the device. Could a Meta moderator please help me contact support or tell me what I should do next. Thank you.
**Setup:**- Quest 3, tethered via USB-C to a Mac Mini- Developing with Meta Spatial SDK (meta-spatial-sdk version 0.11.1)- Horizon OS v2.6 (current as of this posting)- MQDH 6.3.0**Original issue:**Input forwarding worked initially — I could see the mouse and keyboard icons in the Cast toolbar, enable the mouse icon, and get WASD movement working in my app (after fixing an unrelated BuildConfig.DEBUG bug in my own code). However, the mouse cursor itself never appeared in-headset (just a red dot, the default gaze cursor) and clicks/mouse-look never worked, even with WASD functioning.**What I tried for the mouse-specific issue:**- Confirmed Cast resolution set to Original (1:1)- Confirmed only the mouse/headset icon was active (not the keyboard icon, which I understand disables WASD movement per the docs)- Tested clicking and Ctrl+drag-to-rotate — neither worked- Suspected macOS permission gating (Accessibility vs Input Monitoring being separate on macOS)**What broke things further:**Aft

Hello,I need help from a Meta moderator.I am from Mexico and I would appreciate assistance in Spanish if possible. My Meta Quest 3S is correctly registered to my Meta account. I also have the original purchase invoice. However, whenever I try to contact Meta Support, the support portal says:“No support available for this device.”I have already verified that:The headset is linked to my Meta account. The serial number matches exactly.I am signed in with the correct Meta account.I have tried different browsers.Because of this error, I cannot even create a support case.I am not asking for a warranty decision here. I am only asking for a Meta moderator to help me open a support case or manually review my device, because the support portal will not recognize it.If possible, I would appreciate assistance in Spanish, since I am from Mexico.Thank you very much.
I started my headset this morning and suddenly all my apps (including pre-installed ones) were in the unknown tab, and when I attempted to start Ancient Dungeon, the game simply didn't start and sent me back to the homescreen with no error message. I tried starting Rec Room, and it did start, but when it tried to connect to servers, it said I didn't have permission to play the game. I restarted my headset and nothing changed. I looked at my account in the options menu and it didn't load my profile page. However, when I switched profiles to another account, all the apps were there and the profile loaded perfectly fine.
My left controller was approved for a warranty repair back in May and I was provided an RMA number. Shipped it back, have proof of delivery, Meta canceled my original RMA number, created a new RMA number and it says replaced. However, it was never shipped out to me. Meta has basically stolen my remote. I’ve been stuck in this horrible circle of AI chat and email replies from Meta getting nowhere. Any suggestion of what I should do next?
Just got the update and it saysYou can now use Meta Quest Touch controllers to emulate an XBOX gamepad. This feature is compatible with XBOX and Steam Link. Enable the feature in Settings > Devices > Controllers. Once enabled, press the Meta and Menu buttons together to switch into Gamepad mode, then press the Meta button to exit. Available on Quest 3, 3S.I don't see an option to enable it and pushing both buttons don't work anyone know how to do this I'm on a quest 3

Hi all,I have been experiencing loss of performance and crashes on my Quest Pro. After certain amount of time, it goes from picture perfect to heavy pixelation / posterization (looks like the image has dropped to a very low colour depth, almost "4-bit").Help is much appreciatedSymptoms:The Oculus Mirror window on the PC remains perfectly normal while the headset image is corrupted. The issue occurs in both Falcon BMS and DCS World. The games eventually crash after the display corruption starts.Windows Event Viewer logs an NVIDIA nvlddmkm Event ID 153 around the time of the crash.I've upgraded to the latest PTC update and the issue still occurs.Temperature on the GPU is high when this occurs, but well within limits (GPU Core at 70 - 75degC and hotspot between 90 - 95degC ) Tested:Latest NVIDIA driverLatest Quest firmwareLatest Meta Link softwareMeta Link wired with fast USB cable (tested in Meta) and Virtual DesktopFixed bitrate (300 Mbps) and variable bitrateLowered bitrate to 100Mb
Once again I'm having to come here because the terrible in app support chat bot forces me to go in circles! I swear this platform is the worst developed I've ever used. I appreciate this is a community help but the development team (or bots because King Zuckerberg fires humans in favour of AI) need to see how badly they are doing hence the rant above.I am the parent for my son's account, on the 7th of August 2025 but purchased a game, he tried to play it yesterday and he needs to request it again but it now has a cost of £8.99! Why am I having to pay £8.99 for a game I already paid for last year? The game in question is Kaiju Battle Simulator, screenshot of the store history attached.Honestly I can't wait for him to grow out of this VR phase and get bored of it, I hate it. Genuinely hate it. The parent child management side of it is ridiculous, it's obvious no one ever consulted an actual parent to test it along the way, gifting is hit and miss, purchases disappear, only 1 parent can m
Need advice on what to do Facts: I bought a Meta Quest 3 headset, and the right controller was faulty After going through all the troubleshooting steps, Meta support raised an Advanced Return Replacement on 19 APRIL 2026 Meta asked me to return the faulty right controller even though they had not sent a replacement, so I did, following all Meta instructions - resulting in FedEx delivery tracking confirmation on 24 APRIL 2026 (I have proof-of-delivery for the tracking number) When I did not receive any replacement, I contacted Meta support chat on 4 MAY 2026 - and have been in a frustrating doom loop of Meta chat support staff (some 20 different people) - with frustratingly non committal reassurances / updates that my case is being "investigated" by a "specialist team" Meanwhile, I have not received any replacement, and I keep getting Meta emails asking me to return the device and threatening to charge me for the REPLACEMENT WHICH WAS NEVER SENT - the last email dated y
Sent my Quest 3S back at the beginning of March and expected my replacement within 5 days. Still not received it and keep getting fobbed off. Won’t even escalate it. I am so fed up. Any advice how to get my replacement.

After a factory reset, it gets permanently stuck at the safety video screen during setup.I’ve tried:Factory reset multiple timesBoot menu optionsUsing the Meta Quest app to pair (both old and new versions)But the headset:Won’t move past the safety screenWon’t pair successfullyAnd Meta’s site doesn’t recognize my serial number anymoreThis device worked fine before, and now it’s completely bricked with no clear support path. I need urgent help restoring basic functionality, as I can’t use the headset at all in its current state.
