Hello, my glasses are saying there is not a viable email however it has my account on them and I cannot get logged into use your glasses. Looks like this is a common issue please help.
Hey everyone,I’m completely stuck and running out of options. Hoping someone from the Meta team or the community can point me in the right direction.I bought a Meta Quest 3 512 GB second-hand. The device was originally purchased new from Amazon.de. The previous owner used it exclusively for personal gaming — no business use, no enterprise account, nothing work-related whatsoever. After I received it, I tried to set it up. Instead of the normal consumer setup, the device goes straight to a Work Email sign-in screen. Every single time. I have performed multiple factory resets — nothing changes. The Enterprise Enrollment is clearly server-side and there is nothing I can do locally to fix this. Here’s where it gets really frustrating:I tried to open a support ticket through meta.com/help/quest. It’s impossible. The site keeps sending me in circles. It asks me to verify my device or select which headset I need help with — but the Quest isn’t registered to my account because I literally cannot
I haven't played with my meta quest 2 in months when I turned it on the left controller wasn't working so I changed the batteries and the controller still won't work so I tried alot of other methods which was holding the menu and y button to factory reset and then it didn't work so I tried to unpair and it pair it again and it still doesn't work any suggestions
Don't find a solution
my left controller flashes slowly 5x after inserting new battery. will not connect.any help is appreciated
I’ve had my quest 3 for a little over a year now. A few months ago the right controller stopped working. After following through all the troubleshooting steps and speaking with support, the replaced both controllers under warranty. Now it’s only been a couple months and I’m having the same issue again with the new controllers. Support says they will only replace them once, so now my only solution is to buy new or refurbished controllers. Is there any fix other than buying new controllers? I can’t really justify spending $100s every few months if this is an ongoing issue.
Hi I've set up a account turn on my brand new pair of Meta quest 3 vr head set and get to the set up WiFi put in the password it says download update then jumps straight to saying applying software update then just restarts and repeats over and over I've tried restarting factory reset and it keeps doing the same thing and I've tried plugging into 2 different PC's to manually install the updates going into side load mode and yes used the cord it came with it seems to see the quest3 but soon as i hit connect it says your device is not supported and the whole process over again never getting to the 5 digit pairing code to pair with the app I've search the whole internet for solution never finding one
Hello, I bought VR glasses META Quest 3S, 128GB, registered an account in Meta Horizon, but when I go to work.meta,com/device and enter the code and then the e-mail with which I registered, I get: it looks like there isn’t account associated with my e-mail and the process stops: I can’t pair the VR glasses with either a laptop or a phone! On the phone registered on META HORIZON – Pair a new headset Allow permissions - Allow access to precise location and nearby , You can change these permissions any time in your mobile device settings. What should I do?
I got a quest 3s recently, and it’s been working great. Yesterday, I was using it and it was working completely fine. Later last night, I got back on again, and the Meta/home button wasn’t working. The light indicator on the controller shows that it recognizes the button press, but it isn’t doing anything.
My right controller went out. I ordered one on line and have been trying to to pair it with my headset. I have done everything meta support has told me. I guess the headset is paired in a different account but I can’t find that account. When I choose my quest 2 headset it never goes to the controller option. Anyone have any ideas?
Dear Meta Support,I recently purchased a brand-new Meta Quest 3S from Amazon.es. The headset arrived in its original sealed packaging.During the initial setup, the headset asks me to go to meta.com/device and enter the activation code. After entering the code and signing in with my personal Meta account, I receive the following message:"An organization manages this device. Go to work.meta.com/device to continue setup."Because of this message, I cannot complete the activation of the headset. The headset was purchased new from Amazon.es and the original Meta security seals were intact. My Meta account works correctly and I can sign in without any problems.Could you please check whether the serial number of my headset has been mistakenly registered as an organization-managed device? If possible, please remove the organization management so that I can activate the headset with my personal Meta account. If this is not possible, please let me know so that I can request a replacement from Amazon.I
The Quest Pro Controllers are not currently compatible with the Quest 3s and the Quest 3s only. Is there any plans to make them compatible?
have an option to use 2.4 and 5 ghz instead of forcing users to 5 ghz only
When a controller is connected to my PC while using (wired) Oculus Link and I am viewing my monitors from within the headset, there will be a dot on the screen that follows my head movements. If I press 'A' on my Xbox Elite 2 Controller, it will act as if I left-clicked where that dot is, 'B' brings up the In-Headset keyboard context menu, left-trigger moves my in headset window, and right-trigger seems to snap my cursor back to the dot. The thing is, I don't want my controller interacting with my headset at all. I want to use my headset, with my computer viewing my monitors in headset and play a game with my controller without those inputs that were meant for the game, also interact with the headset. Another example is that if I'm playing something like Elite Dangerous, which is (very!) VR capable, but needs more input capability like the mouse and keyboard or bunches and bunches of mapped buttons on a controller. To be honest, the controller is easier for games like Eli
Hey everyone, I'm having a really weird Quest 3 PCVR issue and I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. System: - Meta Quest 3- Lenovo Legion 7i- RTX 5060 Laptop GPU- Windows 11 25H2 Problem:Every PCVR method eventually freezes: - Meta Link (USB)- Air Link- Steam Link- Virtual Desktop It happens in every VR app I've tried, including SteamVR Home, BONELAB, and SpaceEngine. Symptoms: - The headset suddenly freezes on the last frame.- If I move my head, I sometimes see weird black/abstract stretched patterns around the frozen image.- The game is STILL running perfectly on my PC monitor.- SteamVR still says the game is running.- Meta Horizon Link still says the headset is active.- GPU 3D usage stays active, but Video Encode drops to 0%.- "vrserver.exe", "vrcompositor.exe", and "OVRServer_x64.exe" are all still running.- The headset never recovers by itself and stays frozen until I restart the VR session. What's weird is that flat-sc
I bought the pro controllers for my son for his Oculus 3, and its still not updating the controllers. There holding steady at 0% for a day and a half. I could understand if this was an off brand controller from a different company, but these controllers are from your company, which are supposed to pair and update with your VR headset. I seen tons of topics on the same issue. If i can shell out a couple hundred dollars for your controllers, as least you can do is make sure your IT team has a solid product leaving the warehouse. I looked everywhere, and i did everything from factory resetting the head set and controllers to deleting and re downloading the app to make sure the current app version is being used. This issue has been going on for over a year, why isnt there a firmware fix?? Im about to return these bricked controllers.
I've gone everywhere else, meta support, reddit, discord servers and I don't know why I can't connect to meta quest link with my quest 2 no matter what I've tried.I've bought this expensive usb 3 5gbps c cable for my meta quest 2, that worked for like a month, then something broke, and now no matter what I do, the meta Horizon app completely refuses to let me use a cable to connect to my quest.Meta support has been completely unhelpful and I'm looking for some real support. The issue I'm experiencing has varied outcomes but all don't let me connect to my quest.1:The quest allows me to connect, quest link is detected on both sides, and brings up on my quest 2 the popup that allows me to connect with pc-vr. When I click enable, the environment seems to start loading, but then just stays forever in the quest app opening screen.2: As soon as I press enable the meta horizon link on my pc crashes immediatly, and reopens immediately, then when I try to connect to my pc again, it detects the co
I am experiencing a severe issue where my Right Quest Pro Controller completely refuses to pair. Through various troubleshooting methods, I managed to bypass the initial 5-digit code screen and successfully connected the headset to the Meta Horizon app. However, the controller pairing still fails. There is absolutely zero physical damage to the controller or headset. This happened after an official firmware update bug. Here are the detailed symptoms and the exhaustive list of troubleshooting steps I have already performed: 1. The Symptoms The controller LED endlessly loops: White (standby) → Blue → Green → Blue. When attempting a firmware update, it flashes Purple/White but abruptly crashes and returns to White. Hardware vibration works, indicating a software-level block. 2. Basic & Hardware Resets (Failed) App pairing results in a Timeout error. Manual pairing (Meta + B) vibrates but fails to connect. 15-second hard reset (until Amber light) &
All my sons games were showing locked and when I would cast to see what he was seeing it only would show black boxes. After doing some research it said to do a factory reset. So that is what I did. We got the headset paired but then we got to the controller pairing screen where it shows to remove the pull tags on the controllers. We don’t have the pull tabs anymore as we have already pulled them when we first sat up the headset. I saw a post on here to let the screen sit for 5-10 minutes then it would go to the next screen. After 10 minutes it was still on the pairing controller screen with the pull tabs. I even took out the batteries and put them back in. Right now his left controller is the only controller that works. We are in the process of getting him a new right controller. How can we get past this screen so he can play again. He is very not happy with me right now. Lol (Even though he was all for doing the reset to play, but we didn’t know this issue was going to arise) any help
I am trying to play some of my games using the Meta/Oculus Horizon Link. I have had a Link Cable for a lot of years and the software has given me issues here and there yet nothing massive. Recently I have run into a massive problem.Whenever I begin to play my games, my headset will freeze with a still frame as my vision. This happens a minute or two have passed by. I can still hear the in game audio. When I look to my pc to see if it's the same thing as my headset, it shows that I am completely fine. My hands and headset are still being tracked and I can still interact with the vr world itself.I am all up to date on my drivers and windows updates as well as the Meta/Oculus Software itself. I am completely lost as to what is happening and how to fix it myself. If someone can help me, then I would be grateful.
My meta quest pro controller was completely fine 2 days ago, but when I took it off of the charger today there were no lights on or anything, I tried pressing the trigger, nothing, the menu button, nothing, I messaged suppport and they said that i could get a replacement for $134.99. Could it be battery failure? Because I am desperate and I do not want to pay the price
what adapter is are people using to go from USB-C to HDMI to a TV to see what's happening in the headset? Also is there one people are using with power to charge the headset at the same time?
Do to the issues these past few days in the beginning turning on and off the internet worked for me, but as of yesterdays update I had more problems. I decided to click fix connection or repair I forget but then the whole app deleted itself because there was a failure during upload and now I'm in this infinite loop of the app never downloading because there is a problem. no matter how many times I restart my computer like it tells me too.
