Solved

Good afternoon!I've been trying for weeks to update my payout account info to fix a typo in the address, but every single time I end up with this error: "Something went wrong when securely transmitting your data. Please try again." This has been going on for weeks (4-6), I've tried with different browsers, many times. I've even opened a ticket in the Meta Portal Support, and after many messages they closed it because "We cannot assist you with your Changing payout address situation because we provide support for Meta Store products and services only.". I can't add my tax info because it's automatically using the wrong address. Has anyone run into a similar problem? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Ive been trying to login to my headset but it keeps telling me the login to www.meta.com/device and I tried logging in but it's telling me my email is wrong, or it's not connected to any accounts which is a lie because it's connected to the account ik messaging on, I just need help with this it's making me mad

My Quest 3 can only manage 300Mbps on Speedtest.net with a 1Gbps USB-C hub (powered). The same hub, if plugged into my PC reaches over 900Mbps. I have a 1Gbps connection to Plusnet.Has Meta nerfed the Ethernet connection in the Q3 in a recent update? I used to get full speed. I have tried multiple USB-C Ethernet cables/hubs, and they're all restricted to 300Mbps.

Hi !I recently bought a Garmin Fenix 9 PRO and an Oakley Vanguard. I need to install the Meta AI app into the Garmin Connect IQ Store and it´s currently not available for the Fenix 9 PRO model (it seems Fenix 9 is available).I know this is a quite new model launched weeks ago. Is there any estimation about when Fenix 9 PRO will be available in the compatible devices ?

Quick eligibility question for the team or admins regarding Venezuelan participants/founders in Meta VR Start Developer Competition 2026 hackaton Venezuela isn't explicitly listed under the non-eligible regions in Section 2(b) of the official rules (unlike Brazil, Quebec, Cuba, Iran, etc.). However, given OFAC compliance standards, I want to be 100% sure before putting in the dev work. If a Venezuelan developer participates: Are Venezuelan individual residents eligible to enter and claim cash prizes directly? If not as an individual, is a Venezuelan founder participating through a US-registered LLC (with a US business bank account) fully eligible to submit and receive prize payouts? Would appreciate any clarification on this. Thanks!

My app (Warden of the Isles) was scheduled to release on Oct 6 at 12:01 AM, with the submission approved on Oct 5. Since the scheduled time it has been stuck in a half-released state, and several things are still inconsistent today. What happened at launch:The dashboard showed the release as "Released", but the binary stayed on "Pending release".Every action in the "..." menu on the distribution row (Publish submission / Unschedule / Delete) was greyed out, so nothing could be done from my side. The store page lost its price/Buy button in every region, and the app disappeared from store search.Workaround (about 12 hours later): I created a new submission for the same build, got it re-approved, and manually released it. The store page became purchasable again. What is still broken:The app overview shows "Release status: Scheduled" even though the app is live and selling. The same card shows "Production (Store) Build: 1.0.15" in green. The Release Channels page shows no Production (Store) /

Hi! I'm really hoping that I'll get the help I need the help I need and been searching for weeks now. Here's the issue: I installed Meta Quest Link in order to use my Oculus Rift S, followed every instructions needed and I've been able to make it work without any issues. The actual interface once with the headset worked properly, I was using it like normal until when I tried to launch the ''First Steps'' experience for the first time, I ended in a loading screen on the headset and this screen above this text appeared on my PC within the Meta Quest Link app, it seems like I'm stuck in an eternal loading screen. I tried to close it and restart the app, nothing. I've even uninstall the app to reinstall it after, still nothing, repaired the app with ''OculusSetup'', also nothing. I can't make it past this loading screen and be able to use my headset like normal. I don't know what to do, I tried everything in my power. PLEASE HELP ME!

There seems to be an issue with applying to the meta horizon start program. A few of my creators are seeing this error screen when click apply. I tested and have the same result (not sure if it’s because I’m already in the program).

I have a problem with my Quest 2 when I am trying to record a video. When the video capture is turned on, the view lags and stutters as I move my head around. The lag is very noticeable and makes whatever app I am in unplayable. The problem stops once I stop recording. What is strange is the lag and stutter does not show up when I playback the recording. This problem occurs whether the headset is standalone or cabled to my PC. I am at a loss on how to resolve this issue.

Hello,We have encountered an issue with the keyboard overlay since updating to version 2.7.Our application is published on the Meta Horizon Store. The exact same application build works correctly on another headset that is still running version 2.6: when the user selects an input field, the keyboard overlay appears normally. However, on the headset updated to version 2.7, the keyboard overlay no longer appears, so users cannot enter text.Has anyone else experienced this issue since the update?Meta team, could you please confirm whether this is a known bug introduced in version 2.7 and keep us informed about a possible fix or workaround?Thank you.

right quest 3 controller paired and tracking, but no inputs work. Controller moves around when viewed through headset. but if you pull the trigger, grip , thumbstick, a, b, or meta button. they don't work, or move like there even getting a signal when viewed through headset. Left hand is fine.  Charged every thing up, left batteries out over night, paired controllers through app. tried factory reset but cant continue since it wants me to press the meta button on the right controller and it wont do it

Hi!I am creating a VR game build for Quest 3 (Android standalone), using Unreal Engine 5.7.4 and the MetaXR plugin (version 1.205.0).It works perfectly on PC, but the Android build for Quest 3 appears dark and shows artifacts: the game runs (sounds play and objects are partially visible, but dark), but the screen is filled with pixelated vertical black lines (jagged edges/aliasing) and artifacts. However, a text widget displays correctly.AFAIK, I´m using all recomended settings for Quest 3 build. Made a dozen changes and test builds, always with the same result. Any hint? Thanks in advance!!!

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with the Meta AI app on Android when trying to pair my glasses. Issue: When I navigate to AI Glasses > Add AI Glasses > Meta Glasses, the app screen goes completely black and gets stuck there. Details: Glasses Model: Meta Glasses (Not the Ray-Ban model)Devices Tested: Android 14 and Android 16 (Same issue on both)Tested on iOS: The pairing flow works normally on an iPhone, so this does not appear to be a hardware issue with the glasses. Troubleshooting already attempted (none of these resolved the issue): Uninstalling and reinstalling the Meta AI appChecking and granting all app permissionsPerforming a factory reset on the glasses Has anyone else encountered this issue on Android, or is there a known fix/workaround for this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone,Since updating my Meta Quest 3 to v2.7, I have encountered a controller connection bug that occurs with 100% consistency. Setup & Usage Context:I primarily use my Quest 3 for media viewing and desktop tasks (e.g., YouTube, Virtual Desktop). During these sessions, the controllers remain untouched on my desk for hours.Symptom Details:Unresponsive After Sleep: After leaving the controllers untouched for a few hours, they go into sleep mode as expected. However, touching them or pressing buttons no longer wakes them up. They remain completely unresponsive.Battery Reset Fails: Removing and re-inserting the batteries does not restore the connection. The only way to recover controller functionality is to restart the headset.Forced Hand Tracking: When the controllers freeze in this disconnected state, Hand Tracking automatically turns ON—even though I have explicitly toggled Hand Tracking OFF in the system settings. (I am currently using this auto-enabled hand trackin

I'm finding an intermittent bug appearing on startup where the headset cannot find your position in the room stopping the headset from opening.. If it happens to you, don't panic just tap the side button and the headset will start normally.. I've reported it as a bug,. If it happens to you it's a good idea to report.. It's more of a minor annoyance than anything else., but just letting people know.

Hi everyone, I am looking for help with a persistent cloud backup issue. My Meta Quest headset is working completely fine, but I cannot restore any of my game or application backups because the end-to-end encryption PIN is completely out of sync. The core issue is that the headset simply refuses to recognize the PIN: I have reset the encryption PIN multiple times using the Meta Horizon mobile app on my phone. I even tried setting very basic codes (like 111111) in the app to make sure there was no typing mistake, but the headset still rejects it every single time I try to restore my data. I have already gone to secure.oculus.com/my/cloud-backup/ on a web browser and deleted the backup data to try to clear the glitch, but when I try to sync on the headset, it still prompts me for the PIN and fails. The headset itself is accessible, but this synchronization failure is preventing me from getting my saved game progress back. Has anyone experienced this specific

Hey there!I wanted to take the dust off my Quest 3S today. After booting it up, it forced an update onto the system. After that update, nothing is working any more.It boots up normally at first, but first thing asks me if I want to enable wifi debugging. If I cancel, the request comes up again 1s later. Even if I say yes, it comes back up 1s later. The whole visuals of the hub are also extremelly unresponsive with the screen not updating for seconds at a time and my input not going through. The only option to advance is clicking "always enable wifi debugging on this network"But a few seconds after that, the whole system is completely unresponsive. It doesn't detect any input from me any more, sometimes the head tracking turns off. I can see the store window in front of me, and it updates and is animated like normal. But after that there's nothing I can do anymore besides restarting the system and going through it all again. Is my Quest 3S completely useless now? Did the update just brick

There is a user that joins the Puzzle Paradise world and somehow has the ability to run on the top of the buildings.  Once that user is on the top of the building, he resets the puzzle on everyone.  If you get him booted somehow from the game by looking up the user - he blocks you so that you can't boot him a second time. The user starts with Funny1y....something yet the name is under Sunshine. You can't report the user for anything because it's not against the community standards - yet - is disruptive and annoying..and odd that the user has found a back door to jump on the top of the buildings.

Hi, I'm the rightful owner of a Meta account (email: diw**@gmail.com) that got permanently disabled after the age-verification deadline on June 6. I received the "permanently disabled" email, which seems to be part of a batch enforcement, and I'd like to request a manual review.First things first: I'm well over the required age. I'm an adult and a recent university graduate, and I'm happy to send a government-issued ID right away to confirm my age and get the verification process reopened. The main problem is that I can't reach any appeal option at all. Whenever I try to log in (web, incognito mode, different browsers, a different device, even the Meta Horizon / Quest app), I just get bounced back to the login screen. There's no "account disabled" message and no appeal or age-verification prompt anywhere. And every standard support path assumes I can log into the account first, which I can't. Two things that show the account is genuinely mine and still recoverable:-  When I re

I have a Meta Quest 3S purchased legitimately on Amazon, and there is an issue with the left controller's analog stick.I tried recalibrating it, but the process fails.I tried contacting support...The device shows up in the Horizon app, but the app cannot connect to support due to "technical issues".I went directly to the Meta website and logged in with the same account I use for Horizon and Meta Quest (the only Meta account I own), but it doesn't show any devices linked to this account.I followed the form and manually entered the codes for both the controller and the headset, but the website doesn't recognize the code (I even used a QR code scanner to make sure I didn't miscopy it).I submitted feedback through the Horizon app requesting to be contacted by support, but I never received a reply. It feels like the system is designed to prevent users from receiving support.

Brand new quest 3 just arrived, configured an everything was doing pretty well. Was just logging into a game when all tracking just stopped working, a window saying "Tracking lost" showed up, but I couldn't click anything since the controllers stopped working too, hand tracking also wasnt working. I tried cleaning up the cameras with a very soft towel, tried rebooting, resetting to factory settings, everything I could. The screen is either completely black, black with a dot or on the starting screen asking to turn on the controllers, but the screen just moves randomly and isn't following the headset movements at all. There is a white dot blinking on the left controller and they keep vibrating every few seconds.

I factory reset my quest 1 on the device. In the meta app it says my headset is still connect but it is not.The headset wants to pair and the app doesn't recognize the headset since it thinks it is still connected. My serial number is: [redacted]It is printed on the headset and the QR code gives the same number.I can't set up my headset again.   [edited for privacy - this is a public forum]

So, after I start up- all I see is pastel clouds- I click on the left menu button to choose a Loft immersion- (Which I've always loved) and nothing- just floating nothingness. Sigh. No living space, no portals- just pink/ blues skies floating. It's rather unsettling.PS I know the difference from the legacy spaces from before. It's only been 3 weeks since I was on.

I have a need to allow my Shared Mode headsets access to the Browser app.  Support told me this was currently not an option.  Please allow this app to be added to the managed apps page on the work.meta.com site > Apps & content page.  It should be up to me (the admin) whether that app is secure or not for my use.I'd also really like it if I can set the starting page of the Browser app to a specific URL in this scenario. My use case for this is...We're a construction MEP engineering firm where we're primarily using the headsets with the Autodesk Workshop XR app, BUT we have a need to also access Matterport's website to view 3D scans in VR.  I would however prefer to setup our headsets in Shared Mode so that many different users can simply hop on a shared headset and more easily get right into these specific workflows.

My headsets displays turn off. Every 10 to 15 Seconds. I have (automatic wake) enabled The screens do not come back on. In less I hit the power button. I have tried. Setting my (display off) and (sleep mode) To their maximum time limit of 4 hours. I have tried cleaning my face sensor. automatic wake still works. Just only when I've actually taken the headset off of my head. And then put it back on.  This problem even occurs with obvious head movement. But weirdly always occurs when my controllers are not moving. And it does not occur when my controllers are moving. I want to be able to keep my hands/controllers  still for more than 15 seconds. This issue may not seem like a big deal to some but to me and the way I use my headset. it is seriously impacting my enjoyment of a product that I bought with my own money.
