How do I find my store pin?

just got my oculus meta 3 and trying to set up using my computer as i have no smartphone the screen is on pair your headset with 3 commands and a 5 digit code. can't get any farther. any suggestions 

Ok so I quit vr for 2 moths and when i try to log in in its says log in with email and phone number on  computer and when i put my phone number to send me a code it does't send me a code so i tryed many time but still dont work can you guys help me for my VR 

When i was bored and wanted to buy some paid apps but the payment didnt go through with my card and it said i need to appeal it and i did but didnt work for the 5th time so ive contacted meta store support and waiting for 10 days but my issue havent get fixed yet so can someone tell me whats the problem? Also when i checked my wallet it said my wallet got restricted for doing unusual activity

Hi, I bought BONELAB on July 11 using $40 Quest Cash and $2.53 on my Mastercard. The $2.53 payment was refunded, and now BONELAB has disappeared from my library and the store says I have to buy it again. It's still in my purchase history. Is there any way to restore my license or repay the $2.53 instead of buying the game again?

🚨 Quest 3S Gray Screen/Boot Issue — Out of Warranty, Need Help 🚨My Meta Quest 3S is stuck on a gray screen and I’ve tried almost everything.Issues I’ve had:Lost tracking during VRChatHeadset freezing/pausingFactory reset multiple timesTried rebooting from the boot menuTried ADB/Sideload updateMeta logo appears, then it goes back to a blank gray screenNo controller setup screen appearsBluetooth connects, but the Horizon app can’t finish setupSideload mode got stuck with a purple lightAfter another factory reset, it now sometimes shows the Meta logo and loading screen, but then returns to the gray screen.My headset is also out of warranty, so Meta support isn’t able to replace it. Updated everything. Nvidia 610.74. Latest meta software. screen keeps freezing after 10/ 20 minutes of playing. Game continues, sound continues. just a fully frozen headset. really annoying I mainly use the headset for racing games. Just cant use it like this. It worked fine for a long period. and now meta broke it again...  

I've factory reset my headset after this bug started happening last night, and no matter how I persist with it, I can never get my headset to play nice with my internet.Tried everything, made sure it's WPA2 and all that jazz, no results. I heard someone mention this happened on the beta release of the update, my headset is on build 5222268.2390.150, dating 20th July '26 if that helps.The strangest thing is that my mobile hotspot works just fine, it's only with my proper WiFi it struggles which is less than ideal considering I use virtual desktop to play on my main PC. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

So I bought quest pro controllers to use with my quest 3 last October. They haven't had any problems whatsoever until now. I wasn't using my pro controllers for like 2 days because steam link was making them act up, so I was using my quest 3 controllers. I had the pros charging last night, so I know they're not dead. The left one turned on and re-paired without any problems, but the right one isn't doing anything. I held the meta button and the a button, the meta button and the b button, for like 10 minutes in total (I held them down a few times) and it just isn't doing anything. No lights, no vibrations and it won't turn on, the only time it does anything is when I put it on the dock, the light turns green because the battery is full. It had no problems last time I used it, and it's not like it's not holding a charge because then the light would be orange, but it's green when I put it on the dock.

Subject: Request to Restore the "Horizon Central" Virtual Environment Dear Meta Support Team, After installing the latest system update on my Meta Quest 3, I noticed that the virtual environment "Horizon Central" is no longer available. This environment, with its beautiful blue sky and the floating building, was my favorite virtual space. I really enjoyed spending time there, and it made using my headset a much more immersive and relaxing experience. I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to restore this environment or make it available again as an optional download. If it was removed unintentionally, I would appreciate any information on how I can reinstall it. If it was removed intentionally, I would be very grateful if you could pass my feedback on to the development team and consider bringing it back in a future update. I bought a Meta Quest 3 a few days ago. The graphics are bad; it is blurry at a distance, and it's like I am watching something with 800x600 144p resolution. I thought this was 4 K at the very start, not on me to search what I should do. Can someone help, please?

Since the last update does not work passthrough. From the start on, which has a grey screen and need tap two times the on/off to see not only dark grey, there is horizon ambient. If I choose Passthrough it appears a small window which say, that I can go every time back to horizon ambiental. If I close this window appear again horizon, if I only use the occulus button to go to menue, as well I am back in horizon. I really like to navigate through menue in Passthrough, but it is not possible since the last update. I have a Quest 2

I am unable to connect my Quest 2 with Horizon Link.Everything else on the system is setup correctly but when I try to connect with Meta Horizon  Link as Administrator it gets to very nearly the end of the Setting Up Meta Horizon  Link install and then fails with an error message that "Sorry we encountered an error during installation. Please restart your computer and try running Link setup again"I have tried this at least three times including removing all previous software according to information I gathered from YouTube videos on the subject.According to the YouTube videos, there is a simple solution, but so far, I haven't found it. 

Hi, I usually don't have issues that I can't resolve with using the internet but this has got me.I play flight sims like IL2 or VTOL VR on SteamVR using Meta Horizon Link on my Quest 3.I start playing, about 5-10 mins go by, and then randomly the app freezes in my headset, and if I look around, I just see gridlines, like a weird geometric pattern all around my field of vision. Then I usually take my headset off and look at my screen, and the game is still tracking my head movement and controller movement. I put the headset back on, and it just shows passthrough, it wont go back into the game, even if I go back to the menu and click on Link again. It will just show passthrough and I can see my head and vision moving on the computer screen.I have tried a ton of fixes, beta mode, updating all software, GPU drivers, cooling my CPU more, changing resolution, closing apps when I play, waiting for more META updates, new link cable. One fix that works but sucks is I can use Air Link, but

The headset commonly doesnt open any ui after login, you can recenter, open the power menu, click the meta button and hear the menu sounds, but it wont appear. Also, the area where you enter your PIN freezes all the time, then unfreezes after 2-3 seconds. Its already been factory reset once and i am not willing to do it again.

We're coming up on a year and we still don't have an official way to view and sort the Quest Achievements that we put forth effort unlocking in our massive VR libraries.Developers continue to include them in games as they know it yields extended play sessions and even users revisiting their games to experience every ounce of the hard work they put into their projects. Currently we can only view them in a recently unlocked list in the Meta Horizon Mobile App, and external websites created by Quest users (which are the most useful way at the moment). People didn't even realize Achievements existed because it was hidden in the Scoreboards App, and users hoped for integration into the Profile itself, similar to Steam, Xbox, and PS. Instead, we were left with a misunderstanding of how important Achievements are to the Quest ecosystem. At the very least, could we please get a way to filter by game/in-progress/completed in the Horizon Mobile App? Teen vr Headset stuck on a break and disconnected from wifi. How do I reset this? 

So I toggled the battery saver mode 3 days ago and ofc it lowered resolution. I wanted to test the feature. So I toggled it on, saw the change, and then toggled it off. When I turned it off, the resolution stayed the same, the fovetated size stayed the same. Everything was the same as if I was still on battery saver mode (with full charge on the headset).   I ignored this issue until today as I cannot deal with it anymore. I restarted the device, resolution is still low, text is pixelated, FOV is terrible, everything warped. The headset thinks I'm in battery saver mode still. Tried toggling it on and off and there is literally no change when turning it on, and of course no change when going back to off.     Please help.    I'm on v60

So i am getting an error yelling my my hardware is incompatible. Hello, my left quest 2 controller has tracking problems where if I remove it from my vision, it loses tracking and gets disconnected. I tried showing it on my vision and moving it upwards and then leftwards and then behind me and all instances it disconnects when I remove it from my vision and only connects when I get it into my vision again.I have tried:- removing the batteries from the controller, waiting for a few minutes (sometimes even holding buttons with no batteries so it drains better), then putting it back in.- unpairing it and pairing it- ensured that my headset OS is updated to the latest versioncan anyone help me if this is a software or a hardware problem,

My Rift S serial number is not recognized by the support website, so I cannot create a support ticket. Could a Meta support agent please help me open a support case?

Hi, I recently purchased a used Meta Quest 2. The seller disclosed that the right controller doesn't stay on and the left controller has severe stick drift. I understand it may be out of warranty, but I was wondering if Meta offers any discounted replacement or trade-in program for both controllers

Okay, so.. UNFORTUNATELY.. huge emphasis on the unfortunately.. I had to switch back to my Meta Quest 2 because I no longer have my Valve Index. So I'm now using the PC app which now updated to the "Meta Quest Link" app or whatever. It makes my computer run slower and even when I end all the service tasks and everything OVR related in the task manager, it still makes my PC run slower and especially ROBLOX. Whenever I open a ROBLOX game now sometimes it doesn't even work "Failed to connect to game", or it takes like a minute to open. This is very frustrating as I've had these problems with the app before. I miss my Index.. anyways, help me out.
