Hi team , newbie here . Headset was fine but will now not load first encounters for the grandkids . Game opens and i get to screen that says set boundary , takes me to room and i have options of not now or update , i have tried both but it then takes me back to the opening screen of the game with the only option of set playing area and i go around the same loop . I have gone into settings and deleted data from app , tried to restart game from app on phone , deleted app from headset and re loaded and i keep coming back to same issue ? any help welcome  Chris 

The Meta Horizon Link app installer 'setup.exe' currently checks the C: volume for available storage, when making its initial check prior to beginning the selection process for the install directory. As a result, a full C: drive closes out the installer, regardless of whether other drives are available (D:, for instance). 

Title.Heard from people that the old User Interface was much better and simpler.Maybe bring it back?The grey bar going from left to right, with a button to see all our apps, a button for settings, etc.

I have the Meta quest 3, I haven't had it very long and it's having issues. It's not wanting to load games. The main ones it won't load are Pavlov and ghosts of Tabor. Pavlov will load then go black screen and nothing else. Ghost of Tabor will have the sign for it like it's loading but it won't do anything else. I've restarted the headset, I've uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. I've done everything short of factory resetting the headset and it still won't load the games. I really don't want to have to factory reset the headset and lose all my games save data.

Hello, I’m using the Virtual Display app on my Quest 3 and I’ve noticed that the app currently does not expose any microphone input device to Windows. The Mixed Reality Link Audio Device appears for playback/output and works correctly, but the corresponding input device (“Mixed Reality Link Audio Device – Headset Microphone”) remains grayed out and marked as “Not plugged in.”The Oculus Virtual Audio Device shows a constant ~50% input level, but it does not capture any real audio when using Virtual Display. Microphone input only works when using Air Link (OVAD) or Steam Link (Steam Streaming Microphone). This suggests that Virtual Display does not yet implement microphone routing in the Mixed Reality Link pipeline.Virtual Display is my preferred way to use my PC in VR because of its mixed reality panels and hand‑tracking controls, which are much more convenient than Air Link or SteamVR. Adding microphone input support would make Virtual Display fully usable for voice chat, calls, and PC

Wondered if anyone on here could help, I've spent half an hour getting increasingly angry with the Meta "customer support".My son has a Quest 3S.  He wants to buy a bundle/add-on for one of his games.He starts the process on his headset.  It then says in the game "continue in the mobile app and follow the instructions to complete the purchase".I open the mobile app.  There is a notifcation saying "tap to verify purchase".  When I tap it, a white screen pops up and I receive a text message from my bank with a pin number to enter to approve the purchase.  However, the relevant page on the app with the input box for the code will not load.  There is no way for me to enter the pin number to complete the purchase.I tried going on the meta horizon store website via my PC and searching for the add-on via the website - this has got me around this issue the last time it happened, but this time, I can't find the relevant item on the webstore.I tried to contact Meta

It's a work in progress, but looks very promising: Note that this has been shown before: I have not tried to get it working yet, but I do have access to Home 1.0 - which still is an awesome place to experience - brings back the old memories: You do need to have the old files to get it working, but these can be found with a little digging on the internet. 

I give a last try to ask for help here.I need the method to turn off spacewarp and other frame repeating techs.Its really annoying that you made the wireless rendering pipeline this vulnarable.Succesfully lowers the quality of even 4090mobile which was 3300euros.Can I get a solution or I need to flash out headset for that for sure?I have videos that you made from a smooth reprojectionless 2080ti a stuttery 4090 lel.Even my mobile equals with a 3080 just lower consumption.Even asus abandoned its laptops as I see and they ruined these models to make ppl buy the 5k-7k models.Still believe that I can fix it without piracy and for everyone.Can I get answers or shall i make?

cant log in to a game , just 1 i have alot but its poker vr and it says there is already a account with my name and wont let me , i made another account with another email and it logs in fine , but i want my original account to sign in 

Can someone please tell me how I activate Arcade2TV-XR mode in Pinball FX Classic VR?  I can activate this mode easily in Pinball FX VR, but not in Pinball FX Classic VR.  Please advise.

Hello, the Meta Horizon Link app I downloaded to my PC works perfectly, but for some reason, the app launches automatically every time I turn on or restart my PC.Is there a setting to disable this feature?Thanks a lot.😅

I’m on iPhone. My Horizon Worlds account is server-locked to a private Pets Park instance. I deleted/reinstalled the app, offloaded, updated, restarted phone. Still auto-loads “private park” with “The stream will begin shortly” screen. I cannot access any menu or leave. Please reset my active world to Home. 

AppLoftProblemWhen you press the Left Menu button, it brings up the Loft editor panel. Pressing it a second time (or hitting the small close crosshair) is currently designed by Meta to return you to the "Universal Menu" (the apps menu) rather than completely dismissing the UI, forcing an annoying extra button press to clear your screen.Suggestion- When Loft editor panel is open, Left Menu button closes it, dismissing all UI- If closing the panel with the small crosshair, likewise dismiss the UI, don't open another panel!It's not just that it takes two button presses to dismiss the UI from the Loft editor panel, it is really confusing because you form a memory of what button brings up what. Left Menu button brings editor panel, Right  Menu button brings the apps menu. But now when you press Left Menu button again to try dismiss the panel, it opens the one that normally comes up with the Right Menu button.If I want the apps menu, I can just press the Right Menu button!Super fru

I really don't like Dark Mode apps in general.For some apps it works but for the browser it looks terrible. I dont want to read white text over dark background in Google search on the browser. Makes me not want to use it.Also imho it looks kinda bad from within the Loft. White background panel would look way better.

Hello Meta Support Team I am contacting you here because the web support portal is completely looping me through device registration and serial number checks, preventing me from opening a standard ticket. I purchased a digital game gift but made a typo in the recipient's email address. Because the gift is unredeemed and sent to a wrong email, the standard 'Orders and Returns' portal blocks automated refunds. Could you please manually open a billing ticket for me, cancel the unredeemed 25-digit code, and process a refund to my original payment method? As of 3 months ago, i have been unable to update any of my quest games, or install new ones or reinstall the old ones.At this time, i haven't saved enough to upgrade my headset. I am very upset, and have stopped enjoying my quest. I already tried the usual stuff, restarting my headset, etc.I have even gone to lengths, such as waiting 40 minutes on my home menu, doing nothing.Now, this is what I mean by it won't update and stuff. My games always do one of these things, go to 100% then halt or fail, go to 100% or 90% and then skip back to halfway and crash, go to only a few mb and then stop or fail.I am on a quest 2. Is this the problem?Someone please help me out. This is very frustrating.

Hi i am trying to reset my store pin, i am getting reset link and when i type new pin and click save i have error message at bottom: Link is not working or it was not copied properly

Quest 3 pausing and going to menu during Beat Saber. My thumbs are nowhere near the buttons. It happens randomly during songs and boots me from a match if I'm playing online. It destroys any immersion and kinda ruins the song. Anyone had this issue?

This happened in this afternoon.  My son were playing  in worlds, and suddenly , the app crushed like usual. And I had to restart my meta quest 3. And bad things happened.  My worlds application  just totally gone! Vanished in the menu. And I can't even get it back cus the application page of worlds tells "not available".  And this app works in my region, I've checked it twice from the meta center.And by now I can still see people are playing on the worlds by checking the follower list.  My account is in good condition. No anything bad record. I need help please.  My son is suuuuuuuper disappointed right now. Please help me , please. 

Dear meta team,As i have tried many games on quest 3.but I have played two masterpieces Asgard wrath 1 and 2. I have played many games in ps5 and pc. God of war halo gta etc. but vr gaming experience is awesome. And there is no comparison of normal ps5 gaming with vr gaming. Not only me but whole world like to play Asgard wrath 3. With the story of Norse mythology with Hindu mythology like Mahabharat and Ramayana. But i listen one **bleep**ing news as meta closed Sanzaru game and twisted pixel. I don’t know whose idea is this and why? Literally why?why such bad ideas coming when everyone is liking the masterpiece games of these studios.this is my humble request to meta team, don’t do this. Request to markzukerberg sir don’t ruin the future of vr gamers. 

After updating our Meta Quest 3 headsets from Meta Horizon OS v2.6 to v2.7, the Hero Zone Waiting Room immediately closes when launched. The same headsets worked correctly on v2.6 with Hero Zone Launcher v2.25.0 and Games v2.13.2. We confirmed this on a working headset: it entered the Waiting Room normally before the OS update, but stopped working immediately after updating to v2.7. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We have several times tried to buy a bundle for Scary Baboon or other games through Meta Quest 3 headset, but when I receive the notification in the Meta Horizon app and try to verify purchase - nothing happens.First it says: Etablerer forbindelse til din enhed... (connecting to your unit). Unit is of course connected.Then it says: Indlæser godkendelses data...(loading approvement data). Credit card is of course connected to the app.Otherwise the page in the app is blank except for Verificer køb (Verify purchase) in the top right corner.Whats wrong? What to do?
