I've been trying to register a Facebook developer account for 2-3 weeks now, waiting 48+ hours in between attempts. I've tried multiple strategies listed online, like adding a payment method, adding 2-factor auth, downloading the business suite, and the ads manager, etc. Im assuming my account is flagged for some sort of security reason. Is there any way to get support from the meta staff with this issue? Im really getting frustrated and have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue.  Please help!

Hello there,I'm developing a game for the Q3 in Unity 6.2.  I have OpenXR 1.16.1.  After installing Meta SDK 205.0.0 (I need it to use the AppSW feature) my controllers appear flipped 180 deg. (in the Z direction, I believe).  So, palms now face outwards instead of inwards like before the change.  I've read other forums, this is a known issue but I'm not able to find a solution.  Unity declined a fix since it says it's a third-party problem.  Please help, I've been stuck for weeks. Thanks!

Hello Meta Developer Community, I’m troubleshooting an existing read-only Instagram analytics integration for a small business. The Instagram professional account is linked to its Facebook Page and remains visible in the business portfolio. An existing Meta Business app previously accessed account-level Instagram Insights for a scheduled analytics collector. That collector worked through early August 2026. The stored authorization later became invalid, and the collector began returning an invalid-session response. In Meta’s current developer/business interface, the linked Instagram account is visible in the business portfolio, but the existing app/connection is not available as a reauthorization option. The interface offers only ‘Add Instagram account’ or ‘Generate access token.’ I am deliberately not creating a second app, portfolio, Instagram account, or replacement authorization because I need to preserve the existing setup and avoid duplicate connections. T

Hello Meta Support and Community Team, I am unable to complete registration for a Meta for Developers account. I have been stuck on this for 7 days with no success despite extensive troubleshooting. After entering the email OTP, filling Contact Info and About You, and clicking "Complete Registration," the page loops back to the OTP entry step instead of finishing. This appears to be a known platform bug affecting other users too. Please escalate, I need developer access urgently for a client project. Account email: arhamorangzeb432@gmail.com Facebook account: active, in good standing Thank you,Arham Orangzeb

Hi, I'm requesting help or a manual review escalation for my Business Verification, which has been stuck in "In Review" status for over 30 days, well beyond the stated ~2 business day SLA. Business Portfolio ID: 1363941532568501Business name: Lines Of Codes Technologies LimitedWebsite: lines-of-code.com.ng I've checked Business Support Home and the Help Center and can't find any option to escalate or request manual review. Could someone from the team please take a look, or point me to the correct escalation channel? Thank you.

Hello Meta Horizon Developer Support,   I am trying to apply for the Meta Horizon Start program through the current official Meta Horizon Start page: https://developers.meta.com/horizon/discover/programs/start/ When I click "Apply today," the application flow redirects me to: https://developers.meta.com/horizon/start/member/ That page displays: "This page isn't available. This page may have been removed, or you may not have access." I have attached a screenshot showing the error. Could you please check whether the Start application flow is currently broken or whether there is an account or permission issue associated with my Meta developer account? I am trying to apply to Meta Horizon Start for my VR development work. Could you please either provide the current working application URL or route this issue to the team responsible for Meta Horizon Start applications? Thank you. [Mod Edit - Post moved]

I am making a quest3/3s app that uses QR codes for alignment, I was able to get the system working but suddenly this week I am now getting an 'MRUK Shared: queryCompleteEvent->result returned error code: -2', and QR tracking has stopped completely. The headset has stopped asking for me to confirm the environment setup before launching. I was able to confirm its broken on an old push and fresh project.I have spent most of a day trying to troubleshoot, but my best guess is something on the headset changed, and I have done all the troubleshooting steps on the headset and unity project as possible. Any ideas here would be extremely helpful.Ideally all i need is tracking, in fact, id love to remove the scene setup step, since the app is boundaryless and only uses the scene for QR code tracking supportMRUK/Meta XR core/Meta Interaction/SDK Essentials all V85.0.0Quest3 OS V2.1

Hello, I am unable to complete Meta for Developers account registration. The registration flow never finalizes and keeps looping back to the beginning. Steps to reproduce: Step one. Open developers.facebook.com/apps and sign in with my Facebook account. This succeeds.Step two. Enter the confirmation code sent to my email. It is accepted.Step three. Land on the "About you" page and select my role.Step four. Submit the form. Expected result: registration completes and the App Dashboard opens. Actual result: the page reloads, registration is not completed, and a new confirmation code is sent to my email again. Repeating the steps produces the same result every time. I have repeated the whole flow several times over the last days with no change in behaviour. Environment. Country: Kazakhstan. Operating system: Windows 11. Browser: Chrome on desktop. Several other developers have reported the same behaviour in this forum within the last week, so this d

I cannot complete Meta for Developers registration. The email verification code is accepted. I complete the Contact Info step, select my role on the About You step, and click Complete Registration. Then the flow returns to Contact Info and asks for the email code again. This has continued for more than 48 hours. I tested the same account on a normal browser and familiar device. The page sometimes shows a message about using an unfamiliar device. Flow:Register → Verify account → Contact info → About you → Complete Registration → Contact info again. Country: Ukraine. Please check whether there is an account-side registration block or a backend issue with the developer registration wizard. I will not share passwords or verification codes.

I am trying to create a Developer account and it asked for a phone number verification, but I receive no verification code at all. The same phone number is linked to my personal Facebook profile. Of course I tried waiting to resend it. Receiving from other platforms works fine. My phone number is in Denmark (+45).Please help!

I'm trying to create a Meta for Developers account. I received the SMS verification code successfully on my first attempt, but since then no further codes are being delivered to my phone number, 914 413 722 (Portugal). I'm currently stuck on the "Verify account" step and can't proceed with registration. Troubleshooting already tried:Waited well beyond the 30 second resend window before requesting a new codeConfirmed the phone number can receive SMS from other servicesThe number is a standard Portuguese mobile carrier number, not VoIPRequest: Please investigate why SMS delivery has stopped for this number, and if possible provide an alternative verification method (email, WhatsApp, etc.) or manually unblock delivery so I can finish registration.

Why, when I want to log in to meta account to use Muse code and API, it says something went wrong?

Hi everyone,I’ve been developing a VR game in Unity using the XR Interaction Toolkit (XRIT) with the standard XR Origin (XR Rig) setup.I now want to add Passthrough to the project using the Meta MR Utility Kit / Building Blocks. However, I’m unsure how to properly integrate the Passthrough Building Block with the XRIT XR Origin without breaking my existing setup or conflicting with Meta’s OVRCameraRig.Has anyone successfully integrated Meta Passthrough with XR Origin? Any tips, steps, or best practices would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi, The Unity com.meta.xr.sdk.core version 203.0 fails installing onto non Quest devicesIt appears this version added an .aar under"com.meta.xr.sdk.core@/Plugins/Android/RuntimeOptimizer_Plugin.aar"which has the line"<uses-native-library android:name="libossdk.oculus.so" android:required="true"/>"Attempting to install on non Quest android device will result in an error:"... requires unavailable native shared library libossdk.oculus.so; failing!"Reverting back to version 201.0 fixes it as it doesn't have that .aar file.Any fix or workaround would be appreciated.

Hi Meta Team,I am unable to complete my Meta for Developers account registration. After completing the Contact Info step and selecting my developer role, I click “Complete Registration”, but instead of completing the registration, the page redirects me back to the Contact Info / verification step.I have been experiencing this issue for 4 days.I have already tried:- Different browsers- Incognito/private browsing- Clearing cache and cookies- Different devices- Different networks- Verified email and phone number- Waiting 24 hours between attemptsThe issue still persists.I need the Meta Developer account specifically to create an app for the WhatsApp Cloud API.Could you please check whether there is an account-side registration block or backend issue and help me complete the developer registration?I have attached screenshots showing the registration loop.Thank you.

I have multiple problems after the 2.7 update.  Can't make or accept calls in headset, library icons don't display correctly, must reboot 2 or 3 times before it loads up.  Tried doing several reboots from the internal menu and now unit is completely frozen.  Can not do anything.  Any ideas how to fix?

I finally got accepted and i have registered my Developer Account. I started building my app and i came to the part where i need to add Testers to my app. Turns out adding testers has been disabled from 2023. So the only way to add a tester is through App Roles>Roles>Instagram Testers. But guess what? I can't add my self as a tester because i am required to be an Admin. And the only way to add a second tester is and i quote  "A Facebook Developer Account is required to be added to an app" This means that i actually need to make another Facebook account, register it AGAIN as a Developer Account and use that second account to test my app.Well guess what? I did it. I bought a new SIM card, i made a new Email, i made a new account, i added a new credit card i did everything right. AND THEN FACEBOOK BANS ME ! I am so frustrated right now... and i don't know what to do, i can't continue to develop my app.Who are the developers that actually created this lo

I cannot complete Meta for Developers registration. The wizard fails silently at the last step and loops back to phone verification, across multiple days, browsers, and attempts. Steps: open the app-creation page logged in; wizard opens (Register / Verify account / Contact info / About you); SMS code to my +886 number arrives and is accepted; I fill Contact info, pick Developer, click Complete registration; the wizard silently returns to Verify account. No error shown, no developer account created, no Create App option on the Apps page. Notes: reproduced 2026-09-01 and 09-02, normal and incognito Chrome, extensions off. The phone is already on my Facebook profile in Accounts Center. Some days the SMS is never delivered at all (looks rate-limited after 2 sends/day); when it arrives and is accepted, the final submit still loops. Goal: create an app with the Threads API use case (threads_basic + threads_keyword_search). What is blocking registration on this account and how
