Hi MetaStoreHelp, My Meta account has an incorrect birthday. I have tried all the forms and they are locked. It will not let me upload my ID. It has me as a minor and I am an adult so, I am missing content across my accounts and losing access. Please verify my birthday. I am able to provide my ID.

Hi team, I'm getting micro lags and stutter in Airlink on my Quest 3 (EU/UK), esp. when moving my head. In the Oculus debug overlay this causes brief spikes in transmit/decode, fps drops and visible stuttering. The issue is not present on my Quest Pro with otherwise identical settings - see below screenshots to illustrate. Few more details:- Issue is not present on Quest Pro with same settings on HMD, router and PC (using same res)- Issue is worse at higher bitrates, esp. >200mbps, but still present <200mbps- Issue is unrelated to PC/game latencies (CPU, GPU, Queue each <5ms)- Stutters/lags are intermittent (every 10-20 seconds) when not moving but happen immediately and reproducibly when moving the head to either side or especially looking downwards (i.e. on any bigger headset movements)- Wifi 6E router (TP Link AXE75 EU/UK)- EDIT: exact same issue with Asus RT-AXE7800 (EU/UK) wifi 6e router- Connection shows as 2,400mbps- Airlink codec H264 (but same on other codecs)- I

Hey everyoneI’ve been looking for some cozy or slow-paced VR games something relaxing to unwind with instead of all the high-action stuff. So far I’ve enjoyed Walkabout Mini Golf and Vacation Simulator, but would love more suggestions!I even shared few cozy VR experiences just personal notes if anyone’s curious. What’s your go-to “comfort” game in VR?

Wouldn’t it be a great idea to add a feature on the meta horizon app where you can just click a button and it makes a noise in our controllers so we can find our missing controllers like me and I’m sure, many other people would be happy to spend extra money for a controller that can be found by sound. (I don’t know where else to say this so I said it here)

Any prompt results in the response, "It seems like I can't do generations right now, please try again later." I have probably asked about 20 requests, however documentation says 1000 requests a day. It has been over 24 hours and but still will not generate anything. Thank you.

I see lots of similar posts about things surrounding this issue but they usually get brushed off, I am hoping that making this post and outlining what I have done so far it may finally prompt a fix. Essentially the issue is that when connecting with a USB 2.0 connection, the link is completely stable, it reliably connects for several hours and even if the headset is removed and left to "sleep", it reawakens and is still successfully connected (team events in iRacing if you're asking). When using USB 3.0 however, the exact opposite is true, generally speaking in the best case scenario, when keeping the headset awake the whole time, I can sometimes get an hour before a disconnect, however, nearly every time it goes to sleep, it disconnects and sometimes the connection will be lost within minutes of launching with no explanation. For a bit of history, over the course of trying to find a solution to this issue I have: Used a USB A-C 3.0 cable, 2x USB C-C 3.0 cables (including Ocu

Anyone else having an issue with the full body suit making the the uploaded texture darker ? Just as an example the photo below. It looks like a shadow is being cast which makes the texture dull and not what is being uploaded. Any fix for this?

Have used Puzzling places for a year.  Over 50 completed puzzles.  Opened tonight and have 0 completion of puzzles!  Downloaded reboot from Cloud.  Nothing.  Reloaded app.  Nothing.  Any help out there?

Hey everyoneI ran into a recurring shader issue while working with Meta materials in Unity, especially when adding objects like a Cube from Meta Building Blocks. The material was read-only, so I couldn’t change its shader manually. Because of that, I kept getting a shader keyword mismatch betweenMeta/Lit and Universal Render Pipeline/Lit.Here’s how I fixed it ✅ I created a new material, then copied the material properties from the Meta material (so it had the same properties and color)and pasted them into the new one. Then, I assigned the new material as the parent in a Material Variantby clicking the three dots next to the shader material and selecting “Create Variant for Renderer.”Once I did that, the shader automatically switched to Universal Render Pipeline/Lit, and the error disappeared It worked perfectly, but I’m curious if this is considered a good practice or just a workaround?Sharing this here in case someone else faces the same problem while working with Meta Buildin

Hi,I’m building a world with a side-scrolling camera perspective, but I’m running into an issue with player input reorienting the camera. When testing on desktop, any mouse movement or drag rotates the camera away from the fixed side view. On mobile, dragging a finger across the screen similarly changes the camera’s yaw/orientation, instead of maintaining the intended locked profile. I’ve already tried: Using a Local camera attach script (setCameraModeAttach with a lateral offset and fixed rotation) Reapplying the attach on an interval to fight drift Adjusting input settings like Pan, Follow, and Third Person, but the camera still responds to user input  What’s the best way to disable or remap mouse/touch rotation so the player’s perspective remains strictly locked in side view?Would this require modifying PlayerControls input mapping, or is there a supported method for locking orientation or redirecting input (e.g. binding mouse drag to jump) within

Setting a game up for the competition and trying to use the  Auto Matchmaking block for example. These Network Blocks seem to want NGO 1.7.1 which older then the current version of 2.7.0.As a work around I uninstalled 2.7.0 and installed 1.14.1 (oldest one available to me in Unity6.2). This allowed me to install the Auto Matchmaking block. I then upgraded back to 2.7.0. After that I had the same issue again with trying to drop in the Networked Avatar block. Is there a way to override these pre-requiste versions?

Hi all, this has been bugging me, happens a lot. Here's an example, two photos, one taken right after the other, using the shutter button. Why different aspect ratios? Thanks! This looks 1:1This looks 4:5

My Instagram account has been disabled without any mistake. Please return it. I had very important chats in that account.

Is there a reason bouns hours are not updating at ?and have been stuck at the same thing for days.

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum, and went through the discussions to try to figure out my problem. But to no avail, so here I start a new thread as it seems sligthly different to the problems that others have (or more similar than I thing, but we will see). I'm trying to make a basic VR application run in Unreal on the Meta Quest 3. I followed this link to setup everything, and I think that I have everything set up correctly. For sure, starting this the VRTemplateMap provided in Unreal, I am able to compile the project as an apk for the Quest 3, copy it on the device, and run it directly from here. I'm however running into problem as I also want to be able to run the application on the PC, and display it through the Link (tethered). This is necessary, as I'm working on a heavy application that will require to run on a desktop computer, not directly on the HMD.However, as soon as I hit the VR Preview button, a static window opens, with a fixed view, and nothing i

(Also posted on Noesis forum)Meta's documentation for using a Noesis Gizmo and driving UI changes via typescript are pretty sparse. I managed to get the basics set up, and I can make and see the UI in the World, but that's about it, no interaction. I got to that point by following this video: https://youtu.be/cu-u8cTYomg?si=Zr-JKNH5hJAt3WD5Meta's documentation only has snippets of code here and there and I'm not able to follow it. I have got my player interacting with the Gizmo, which brings up the focused interaction mode and I can click buttons on the Noesis UI panel, but I'm stuck where I don't know how to drive UI data from the typescript nor respond in the typescript from UI events. I'm trying to get tab navigation going and buttons that affect game state/various meters, and I want buttons that need to be held down for a specified duration before their command is executed, so I'll need to intercept button click/down/up events.I learn better from videos but this documentation here

I started looking into the Noesis UI Tutorial World, and noticed off the back the project files is missing. When I go to download the Tutorial Project File, it only downloads the .fbx file.

Our game's Quest performance has always hovered around 36 fps while in development, which I've come to find out was due to high batch counts and complex lit material shaders on every object. But now that I'm back to testing optimization on Android, I've noticed terrible frame rates (10-18) no matter what I disable in the scene. I've even opened up the DemoScene from XR Interaction Toolkit, and it experiences the same unknown GPU-bound issue. Context about my project:Unity 6.0.59f2 running on a Windows 11 PC.Open XR project targeting a Quest 2 and SteamVR release.I have a ton of packages from the Unity Asset Store that I'm using to build the rig, environment, or mini games. I've kept them up to date, checked that they were Unity 6 compatible, and removed any unused packages. Things I've checked:I've used the What If analysis from the Quest Runtime Optimizer tool to find out that the one blank scene I was testing in had a total GPU Frame Time of 0.342 ms. Maybe you can help iden

Hello everyone, I have a question about the last competition that Horizon Worlds held,  Meta Horizon “Creator Competition: Mobile Genre Showdown - Reloaded.”I’ve been looking through people’s projects to decide which one to vote for, and I noticed that some of them were created before the competition even started.I’ve even seen some partners who have submitted games that they had already made or started beforehand, which I don’t quite understand,  especially considering they’re partners.I’d like to know if it was allowed to submit games that we had already started before the competition was launched? I assume that shouldn’t be allowed, but since I’ve seen Partners and Members submit games that were created months earlier, I need to know if those games are still eligible to win prizes. If not, I hope the Meta team takes a look into it.

Hi! we would like to include a controller schematic picture in our game that explains what controller button does what in the game. Is there any available models or pictures of Quest 3 controllers that we can use for free?

Hello, everyone! I've noticed that when I smile with my Meta Quest 3S, the headset lifts up. Does this happen to you too? Are you sure it won't break? Is this normal? If so, how can I smile without this happening with my Meta Quest 3S?

I'm thinking about getting v83 PTC. Can anyone tell me any v83 PTC bugs? I've never done a PTC update by the way.

Hey supporters, after upgrading to a new fast wifi-router I've tried to connect to my PC by air link. Everything went fine and the wireless connection is fast and stable. But while using air link it is not possible to use an external battery since the USB-port is disabled. While using the Quest standalone the external battery works fine, so I cannot understand why it is not allowed to use it for charing when air link is activated. For me, it semms to be a bug and neither a feature. I didn't find any option to disable the deactivation of the USB-port. If there is such an option, maybe one can tell me where it can be found. Otherwise, I would like to understand why the USB-port is deactivated when using air link. Using the external battery often doubles the time you can use the Quest until charging is necessary. GreetsPet

Hello, since switching to the new dashboard, I can no longer see my assets or create new ones. What do I need to do to fix this?
