Solved

I have been using air link to play PC games with my quest 2 for a while now. I used to be able to simply click on steam VR while using desktop mode in air link then the application will launch and I'm good to go. But now I cannot. Once I'm in the air link and I select steam VR it does not launch the application in my headset directly, I can see steam VR home on my desktop and I can even see my controllers moving. But when I look into my headset all I see is the oculus home and no steam application is being projected into my headset. Steam VR even says it detects my headset and controllers but it won't launch into my headset.

Recently bought behemoth on quest 3. It played fine up until a couple days ago. It won’t load in at all. I have deleted the game and redownloaded it which did not work. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Since V77 dropped on my Quest 3, the centre indicator light, on the Meta Charging Dock, is staying at a solid amber, even though the Quest 3 light is showing green and the headset/elite strap with battery are 100% charged. The headset still appears to be working, but the charging interface between the Quest 3 and the official charging dock, along with the official meta elite strap with battery is no longer behaving properly, as it was prior to the update?I've tried shutting the headset down and then turning it on again, which initially sets the centre indicator light as green, but this turns back to the solid amber in a very short time.Any suggestions as to how I might get my combo to charge correctly again?

I would like to receive support, but I can't register my product and can't get in touch with you, even though I have the correct serial number for my Rift S. Where can I get support?

I have been having this problem sense 6/4/25, and I don't know how to fix it.First, Ever Time that I want to power off my Device it is a grey screen, and takes about 1-3 Minutes just to Power off. I did factory reset the device in hopes it will fix the problem, but I think it made it worse. Also, it powers up perfectly fine.Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Hi, I would like to look into testing multiplayer on my experience, however the collaboration invite doesn't seem to work. I have invited a secondary account, and a friends account. Hi, I'm having a problem with my new game Color Switch when entering through a portal. When I or other players enter the game using a portal, not all elements load properly, this includes the UI and certain abilities, which are essentially objects. However, if I enter the game from the Horizon menu and others join the session without using a portal, everything loads as expected.I’d like to know if this could be a problem with how portals work, or if it's something I need to fix within my game. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, when I launch my quest 2 it comes up with a load of error messages saying multiple things are not responding and before I'm able to do anything restarts and keeps looping over and over. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it.

I love the detailed activity stats available for my worlds. They give me a good idea how many people are visiting, how many hours they are spending and even what areas they are spending time in.What I am missing is some idea of where the traffic is coming from, which is obviously going to be important if I start a real marketing campaign. For example, the stats say that a world that I am not even promoting right now got about 200 visitors this weekend. It would be very useful to know how that happened.Am I overlooking a way to get traffic origin information?

Hi,I am new to the world of VR development, I am trying to do simple things, just interactions with objects, but I noticed that the RAY is not visible although I have all the other components.thanks

Hi I have couple payout and need fill taxes. How can I change from business to individuals to complete it.

Hello, I hope you're doing well.I wanted to ask what the support hours are for Meta Horizon Creator. For example, Monday to Sunday, from what time to what time?Thank you very much.

Hello everyone, at this point I'm just going to post here but for about months I tried contacting the Meta support with the fact that my left controller is experiencing joystick drift. After about 15 mail and not a single instance of help, I genuinely have no more ideas on what to do. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

I have a Quest app built using Unity and OpenXR / AR Foundation. I recently added the OVRManager to my XRRig object to gain access to some of the features of OVRManager. I'm using a single camera rendering to both eyes. Everything seems to work fine except that after launching this update, some small section my users experience the right eye not rendering correctly anymore and say the see weird rendering artifacts across the right eye. The left eye continues to work perfectly. I have not been able to reproduce this issue myself and the majority my users do not experience it. They do not experience the issue in any other app, only in mine. Uninstalling, clearing cache, and restarting the headset have not helped resolve the issue. Wondering if anyone's encountered an issue like this or has any ideas on what could be causing it? Greatly appreciate any advice!

I cannot submit a support ticket, it refers me back to store.facebook.com, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to describe my problem here. My name is Patrick, I've bought my Oculus Quest 2 at that time around Halloween of 2021 and my headset refuses to charge. I've tried with the official out of the box charger + cable, after which I've tried with the official charger and my own cable, my own charger with official cable and my own charger + cable. None of the options worked. Unplugged my wall socket, outlet, redid, changed wall outlet with all 4 combinations as mentioned earlier, nothing, just a battery icon with no charge in it, with an electric discharge sign. It refuses to boot up.

Hello,I was testing out random features and saw a toggle for disabling the Proximity Sessor. I turned it on to see what it would do and now the option to toggle it off has disappeared in the headset. I have tried factory resetting all 3 different ways. Resetting all settings in the headset itself and the option to turn it back off, but it has still disappeared. The reason I need to turn it off is because of the picture below. I cannot now disable the sensor for 8 hours at a time in the Development Hub which is important for what I do. THERE IS NO SETTING IN THE GENERAL MENUE TO TOGGLE WHAT ITS ASKING BACK OFF IT DISSAPEARED AFTER I TURNED IT ON IN THE SETTING.

Can anyone point me in the direction of getting help, I have a brand new meta quest 3, the face shield seems broken. The little button on the right hand side seems stuck, like you can’t push it it to move the face shield in and out? The left works fine. The shield if you do move it also seems to move freely so while you can’t push the button in the shield moves but doesn’t lock in place? any idea how to fix this and if not how I can get a hold of support to help replace it. wWhile this is disappointing the headset is great, do I just upgrade to the silicon shield or will I have the same problem… seems a worry since I only opened the box  getting home from travelling and have this issue, I’m worried i buy another one and it’s still broke … or there is a flaw? Anyone got any suggestions ?

Hi, I have a problem with the Meta XR Simulator v60 in Unity 2023.2.7f1 and Meta SDK v60.When i start a Synthetic Environment Server, set the simulator to active and start the game, everything works as intended. But only exactly once!Afterwards i get always these 2 errors:XR Management has already initialized an active loader in this scene. Please make sure to stop all subsystems and deinitialize the active loader before initializing a new one.Failed to set DeveloperMode on Start. They appear each time until i restart Unity completely (e.g. just stopping the server does not work unfortunately).I think everything should be set up correctly (e.g. plug-In provider is set to Oculus and all the items in the verify checklist are applied), because it runs without problems once... But then it stops, no idea why.Any ideas?

Hello!I'm experiencing Issues while trying to make a Gorilla Tag Fangame. I cannot Update my Android SDK to 32 because It bugs out and minimises Unity. I've tried Installing the Depreciated Oculus Internigration, but It only fixed 1 error. The singular Error Message Reads as following:"Android Target SDK version is 31, but should be 32 or greater (targetSdkVersion in AndroidManifest.xml)."The Unity version Is 2021.3.32f1
