been in a endless loops for almost 4 months with support, cant make any app purchases  for my quest 3 via their website, phone app or through the quest 3, even with my quest cash, been through the support loops countless times, also to try resolve it myself to see if i could find any work around with no success, cant even use my quest or any other payment method."We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this. I know that three months is a long time to deal with an unresolved issue, and we do not take that lightly. Please know that our team is actively investigating and escalating this matter to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible."endless loop same updates, once every 2-3 weeks they say its fixed, but its never fixed, nothing changes, they even said in one response they added credit to my account as an apology."To show our appreciation for your understanding during this delay, we have added A$50 to your Meta Store Credits. You can use this balance

My right Quest 3 controller became completely unresponsive immediately after using Link and then charging the headset. It is stuck flashing SOS, has no vibration, is not detected by the headset, and cannot be reset or repaired.I’ve already tried fresh batteries, resets, and repairing with no success. This controller was in excellent condition. No drops, no physical damage, and very lightly used. The failure happened during normal operation.I contacted support and was told the device is out of warranty, so no replacement would be provided, even though this appears to be a firmware or hardware failure rather than wear or damage. I’m now being asked to pay for a replacement despite what happened.I’m posting to see if anyone else has experienced this issue and whether there’s a path to getting this reviewed, as this controller is now completely unusable.

So I’m having trouble because I made a meta account before I put it on my headset, and I need to put my new account on meta horizon but I can’t. So I need to connect my new account on my headset to a new account on the meta horizon app.

It's a work in progress, but looks very promising: Note that this has been shown before: I have not tried to get it working yet, but I do have access to Home 1.0 - which still is an awesome place to experience - brings back the old memories: You do need to have the old files to get it working, but these can be found with a little digging on the internet.

Hi community moderators,I am writing this out of sheer exhaustion and immense frustration. Meta Store Support has fallen into an unacceptable, automated loop that completely refuses to respect statutory European consumer regulations, and frankly, the way Meta treats its customers is disgraceful.I urgently need a moderator to intervene, bypass the bots, and manually escalate my case to a supervisor. The Issue and The Known Defect:My Meta Quest 3 Elite Strap with Battery suddenly stopped functioning entirely without any external cause or physical damage. It completely refuses to charge or recognize the headset. (Serial number is already provided in the support ticket). What makes this so incredibly infuriating is that this is a widespread, officially acknowledged manufacturing defect regarding the charging circuitry. Meta literally had to halt global sales of this exact accessory because of this flaw. You know the product was defective from the day it left the factory. The Support Nightmare

after years of having my headset bricked for months due to the devs at meta, I realized the issue. Uninstall meta link software. Then go find all oculus and meta link folder in appdata, program files, and program files x86. delete everything, restart the pc. Next use the DDU to remove nvidia drivers. Restart, Install a new version or 566.36 (in my opinion the best for driver for 40 series). Then reinstall Meta Link software.  It should work again.   I tried just uninstalling the meta Oculus software and the folders alone and it did nothing. it honestly might just be a nvidia driver reinstall to fix it.

Hi, I am writing to report a persistent issue with my headset's controller status indicators. The problem began after installing the v2.5 update on 07/09/2026. Since then, the headset no longer displays the correct battery status for the controllers and no longer warns when the controller batteries are low. The "Quick control" menu incorrectly shows both batteries at 100% at all times. Additionally, the three green dots on the controllers do not light up when the headset is turned on.I have since updated the OS to version 2.6, but the issue remains unresolved.Could you please advise on how to fix this? Advance thanks for your help.

I give a last try to ask for help here.I need the method to turn off spacewarp and other frame repeating techs. Its really annoying that you made the wireless rendering pipeline this vulnarable.Succesfully lowers the quality of even 4090mobile which was 3300euros.Can I get a solution or I need to flash out headset for that for sure?I have videos that you made from a smooth reprojectionless 2080ti a stuttery 4090 lel.Even my mobile equals with a 3080 just lower consumption.Even asus abandoned its laptops as I see and they ruined these models to make ppl buy the 5k-7k models.Still believe that I can fix it without piracy and for everyone. Can I get answers or shall i make?

ENG: Since the major OS update, the Link cable connection has been failing and randomly disconnecting for a moment, freezing the VR image and making it impossible to reconnect without fully restarting the PC.I mainly use the headset for sim racing (iRacing, LMU), and this happens quite frequently. My headset settings are not aggressive. After several attempts and configuration changes, it can sometimes last a few hours without issues, but then it suddenly freezes again. The game and the headset itself continue working — I can still see on the monitor that the headset movements are being tracked in-game — but I cannot see anything through the headset anymore.I do not currently use an official Link cable (although I have ordered the official €80 cable to test whether it solves the issue), but I never experienced problems like this before. Everything started after the major Meta OS update.Since then, I have also experienced zombie processes that would not close properly, causing the i

I replaced the thumbstick of my quest 3 controller today, and as always with new thumbsticks, it's uncalibrated. When spinning it in a circle, it doesn't input max distance on about 20% of the circle on the right side.I tried to use the stick calibration tool in the settings to fix this, but it requires you to "spin the stick in a circle 3 times" in order to validate a calibration. Since my stick can't make a full circle (the very reason i needed the app), the app is useless to me.Is there any third party alternative i could use to recalibrate my sticks? I have access to a windows 11 PC with SteamVR if that can help in any way.

Hi all,Unfortunately like many others I have a Quest 2 that has been bricked by a firmware update. Meta support have said it's out of warranty and have offered me a refurbished replacement Quest 2 for = £180 (242 USD) which comes with only a 90 day warranty.I understand it's now out of warranty but it's not like this was caused by a fault of our own doing. It has been very well looked after. This Quest 2 was in storage for quite some time since last being used. The symptoms match exactly what others have stated under this issue.I have confirmed it's charging all ok via a USB C power meter. It no longer powers on or shows any lights. When connected to a PC, it is recognised in Device Manager as qusb_bulk_cid:0412, which indicates the device is in Qualcomm's low-level emergency recovery mode, but Meta have not released the software required to recover it pubically. Some news articles on the issue suggest that Meta were replacing or fixing devices out of warranty but it seems that this is no

Hello, I can't create folder's for my games in my bibliotheque.why ?Thx

I recently have a problem with my headset quest three it says I’m moving and you put it in travel mode but I’m not moving. I’m in sitting position and it told me to reset. I did reset it tell me to hold it in 30 seconds. I did hold it for 30 seconds. I put the light on I switch the batteries on the remote. I did everything possible and it’s still not detecting my boundaries and it’s grayed out. I have to work on Meta Horizon cause that’s where I build and this is stressing me out because it’s not working. It’s just freezing the screen getting me dizzy. I did everything it told me to do and it’s still not doing it. Can you please help me or maybe it’s it internal which that I have nothing to do with please help.

I got my Oculus Rift CV1 a couple of months ago. I plugged it in and it has been, and since then, giving me issues based on USB 3.0 compatibility. I have my sensors all plugged into a USB 3.0 port and same with the headsetI recently searched up that is was an USB controller issue basically the USB 3.0 ports not being able to give enough power to the headset and the sensors. I've tried just having the headset only on the USB 3.0 ports and one sensors on a USB 3.0 port and the other on a USB 2.0 port (the black one to be exact), I've tried switching it up by having all the sensors on a USB 2.0 port to try fixing the stuttering also another issue and NOTHING has worked. I also heard that an Inateck PCI-e to USB 3.0 PCI Express Card would fix the issue but I want to try to avoid that at any possibility it takes.I know my headset has lost support and it is a fairly new model, but I wanna be able to play my PCVR games without any issues. I will also list my specs below:GTX 1080 Ti, AMD Ryzen

Meta support was so nice! i wasn't able to recover my account but they sent me 30 euros in meta cash or whatever its called, and i wanted to get BONELAB and i asked for 10 euros more if it wouldn't be a hassle, and they were so nice!!! (apart Zeke tbh he was just repeating the same thing)

Hi, I cannot access to my account, always is asking to me a code but I changed my mobile fee months ago, and no other way of authenticate is available.I have to create another account in order to write here.Anyone know how to reset mfa? hi,on our HP laptop with a NVIDIA® RTX PRO™ 3000 Blackwell (12 GB) a twinmotion "presentation.exe"  ran 4 weeks ago with good quality.now yesterday after some weeks of pause , there was in any way an update and a notification of "meta-horizon-link" that any driver update is needed.now the same presentation file runs good ...as itself in its own UI..., but on the quest3 in VR mode it is initially loading veeeery sloooow and so  also running in very very bad quality. all the sides have black bars in VR and if you move they load so horribly slow. both times we had USB cable connection with the same cable and the same quest3 and as i said with the SAME twinmotion "presentation.exe"  file.  so nothing new belonging the hardware itself and the file we want to present in VR.please help me what happened and what i can do to get that running good again....we need it next week for a exhibition...many thanks!

Can someone please tell me how I activate Arcade2TV-XR mode in Pinball FX Classic VR?  I can activate this mode easily in Pinball FX VR, but not in Pinball FX Classic VR.  Please advise.

There is no pairing code displayed on my pc or headset.I’ve tried reinstalling the meta horizon link appFactory reset my quest 2Restarted my router/modem, pc and quest 2 This is the first time I’ve had a major problem when trying to use air link. Normally just restarting the app fixes it but this time it still wont work.

I was able to restore it but for the last year I haven't been able to purchase a single game or things in games for last year. I am having trouble connecting my headset with link. I set up my headset a while ago and it was fine. Today I tried to get it going again but nothing seems to work. I start the link app on windows and select link using cable, then I connect my headset but it's stuck for ever on this start screen. I have tried reinstalling the app, restarting windows, restarting headset, connecting different USB ports. Nothing seems to work. Can't seem to get anywhere. I have a quest 2 and 3 and I get the same problem with both. What can I do? Thanks.

My Meta Quest Pro suddenly stopped turning on, so after contacting Meta Support, I proceeded with the Out-of-Warranty (OOW) replacement program. I paid the fee, shipped the device, and even received the RMA return confirmation email. However, there has been no update or follow-up for over two weeks now.Whenever I contact support agents, they just keep repeating that it is "under investigation." Searching through the forums, I noticed many people are dealing with similar issues. What else can I do at this point?

So, even though the situation is pretty self-explanatory, let me walk you through the whole thing first. One fine evening, I placed an order for my little beauty: a Quest 3. Everything was perfectly normal while I was buying it — meaning, while I was filling out forms and handing over my money. Then came the waiting. Shipping didn't seem to have any problems either. Until the day.As a customer in Taiwan (I'm not sure how customs works in other countries), I have to keep an eye on whether the package is currently going through customs, because I need to confirm it's mine. So I'd open the order page fairly often to check the progress. And that day, I opened the page, and I saw... this.(Feel free to translate the text in the picture; the private info is already covered by those cool yellow blocks.)For those of you who don't read Chinese, here's the short version:One device in this order has been disabled.Yep. Right when everything felt fine, I got this **bleep**.At first I figured it might
