Since yesterday my left controller doesn't word. I've tried every trouble shooting described, always the same issue. I did:replace the batteryFactory reset of the meta questUn-pair et restart pairing via the app or directly via the meta questHard reset don't work on the controller (x + menu 5 times)Don't know what to do now

After updating our Meta Quest 3 headsets from Meta Horizon OS v2.6 to v2.7, the Hero Zone Waiting Room immediately closes when launched. The same headsets worked correctly on v2.6 with Hero Zone Launcher v2.25.0 and Games v2.13.2. We confirmed this on a working headset: it entered the Waiting Room normally before the OS update, but stopped working immediately after updating to v2.7. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi everyone, I bought a Quest 2 secondhand, but it’s stuck on the pairing code screen. I’ve tried factory resetting multiple times, and even though it connects to the Meta app, it won’t go past the code entry. The app says another user is still connected and needs to disconnect first. The seller told me they did a factory reset on their side and that their account is no longer linked, but my headset is still locked. Here are the details: Device: Oculus / Meta Quest 2 I just need to know what steps are left to get it usable on my own Meta account, or if support can help clear the old account from this device. Thanks in advance!

We have several times tried to buy a bundle for Scary Baboon or other games through Meta Quest 3 headset, but when I receive the notification in the Meta Horizon app and try to verify purchase - nothing happens.First it says: Etablerer forbindelse til din enhed... (connecting to your unit). Unit is of course connected. Then it says: Indlæser godkendelses data...(loading approvement data). Credit card is of course connected to the app.Otherwise the page in the app is blank except for Verificer køb (Verify purchase) in the top right corner.Whats wrong? What to do?

I was gifted a Quest 2 and did a factory reset once I was ready to start my setup. And I open my meta app and start adding the device. It gets to the end of finding it and pairing, telling me to put on the headset set, but then I get the error that the 1675012 device ID must be specified explicitly. I have reset so far 3 times and get the same result. I can see the headset in my profile, but I cannot access it to move forward.

My son keeps getting a kicked from the game with it telling him it’s closed and is using 5.2gigs of memory. I have tried a hard reset on his oculus as well as we have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it multiple times to try to solve this issue. But he keeps getting kicked out and is getting super frustrated with it. Looking for some help as to options on how to fix this. He is currently only using half the memory space as well as.

I have a Quest 3 and connect to a Windows 11 PC through Virtual Desktop. When I then activate Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and enter VR mode, the Hand controllers are not showing up in the list of Controllers in game. The controllers work in the 2D desktop of Virtual Desktop, but don't get detected as wireless controllers by the game. This should work as several YouTube videos demonstrate the correct control binding to use with them. Anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?

I keep getting the notification that my time to return my advance return is slowly counting down meanwhile I have the defective quest controller packed up ready to go but no return label. I have been emailing and going through chat to get them to put in writing it’s not going to be charged to no avail. I will now be contacting my credit card to dispute this charge as soon as possible. Super disappointed in meta for this.

Will the HDMI link app be upgraded so we can choose 1440p or 4K as an option at 30fps?Currently Max is 1440p at 30fps which doesn’t cut it graphics wise. I’m running an Xbox X to Quest 3 via Graphics card. The bottleneck is with the Quest, not the latter two devices.can anyone from Quest let me know?thanks,Brad

PLEASE HELP. I can't purchase anything in the Quest app or store. I've tried everything, even "quest cash'. Nothing works! I bought the Quest 3 and made 3 or 4 purchases. Now I get this message: “Requests cannot be completed until further action. We noticed something unusual, and for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please file an appeal to get your case reviewed.”

Hi everyone, I have a Meta Quest 3S that I purchased a month ago on Mercado Libre from the verified Meta store. Out of nowhere, a tiny, fixed colored line (green and red) appeared on the screen. I take great care of my things, I've never left them exposed to sunlight, and they haven't been dropped, so I'm completely sure it's a factory defect with the LCD panel (stuck pixels). The real headache is that I've tried contacting Meta support in EVERY possible way to claim my warranty, and the system won't let me. The support page asks me to log in, and even though I use the exact account linked to my headset, it doesn't seem to detect it. When I try the manual method of entering the serial number (I've already tried both the one engraved on the headset and the one on the box), the page blocks me with a red error message that says: "There is no support available for this device." It has me trapped in an endless loop and won't give me the option to open a live chat or send an email to a suppo

On 3/17/26, I had requested an RMA for my Meta Quest Pro for stick drift in both controllers, and a loose USB-C port on the headset. At the time, my left controller had already been RMA’d alone for the same stuck drift issue, and I had a battery bank hooked up to my Quest Pro.Over the next day, I was questioned about the condition of my controllers and headset until it was determined by the support agent that my right controller can get RMA’d and not my left of headset since I had a battery bank on it, and my left controller had been replaced in the past. I was then asked if I was interested in an “Out of Warranty” option since my year warranty was nearing it’s end. After multiple exchanges back and fourth with a support member, another member came along on 3/30/26 and said my headset AND controllers can be replaced since my warranty was ending. The following week, I was instructed to send off only my headset and controllers, only for an email to come from another support member l

I've just pulled my Meta Quest 2 out of storage. It's been a while since I've used it so I'm learning all over again. The email account that the Quest uses is different than the email account that I use on Facebook. When I try to log into Facebook on the Quest it tells me I have too many accounts and won't let me in.How do I access Facebook on my Quest for an account that is different than the headset account?

(this is a meta quest 2, old from 2023 when I bought it) I was playing gorilla tag, I entered city, and I was playing as usual, Buying cosmetics, and I was at the mirror, and someone had a purple bubble around themselves. So I hit them with my banana sword, they hit back with their fist, and I heard a pop. A loud, 100% volume (had my quest volume at like 50% volume) low pop. Then a loud loud ear ringing. That wasn’t coming from my ears. I thought he was making the noise so I said “what happened?”…well I turned off my headset, heard another pop and it stopped obviously. What happened?

I wanna link my discord account to meta account but when i go account center - Your information and permissions - App connections - Discord connect it show me HTTP ERROR 500

Last night I was playing tons of beat saber, and it was completely fine, I had no performance issues, but this morning, I go to play beat saber and I press the continue after the warning screen, I'm on 10 fps. I updated windows last night idk if that has anything to do with it.I haven't changed anything that I can remember, nothing that would change the performance of my game. No matter what I do it continues to be this way. idk what I need to provide, please help. I'm in a never ending hell of meta quest link performance issues

I am submitting this complaint because I am once again dealing with the exact same hardware failure on my son’s Meta Quest 3 specifically, the separation of the internal component that connects to the headset bracket where the USB‑C charging port is housed. This issue first occurred on the brand‑new device I purchased in 2024. There was no accident, no misuse, and no physical damage that could have caused this. The device simply began to separate internally over time, despite being handled with care.It took months of back‑and‑forth communication with Meta support emails, WhatsApp messages, repeated explanations, and constant follow‑ups before someone finally acknowledged that the issue was not caused by us and was clearly a manufacturing defect. Only then did we receive a refurbished replacement. Unfortunately, not even a year later, the refurbished device is now exhibiting the exact same failure, the same separation, the same structural weakness, the same charging‑port instabilit

Hello everyone, I am having a problem with my Meta Quest 3S and I cannot find a solution. When I turn on the headset, I see the Meta logo normally, but after the logo disappears, the screen becomes black/grey and the headset does not continue to the setup screen. I have already tried the following: Factory reset from the recovery menu Hard reboot by holding the power button for more than 30 seconds Installing the latest software through USB and Meta debug tools Manual sideload updates Changing boot slots Multiple restarts and recovery attempts Nothing has fixed the issue. The headset still shows the Meta logo and then gets stuck on the grey/black screen. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is there another recovery method I can try, or does this look like a hardware failure? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,I'm trying to get warranty support for my Meta Quest 3 because a permanent red line has appeared on one of the displays. The red line is visible even during the Meta startup logo, and restarting the headset does not fix the issue. My Quest 3 is registered and appears under "My Devices" on my Meta account. However, when I try to contact Meta Quest Support and enter the serial number, I get the message:"Support isn't available for this device."I have verified that the serial number matches the device and the original box.I also sent a private message to MetaStoreHelp, and it showed "Message Sent", but I haven't received a response yet.Could someone from MetaStoreHelp please contact me directly by PM so my serial number can be manually verified and I can start a warranty claim?Thank you.

I have been give by my son his meta quest 3 , it is 2 years old and is my lifeline for doing exercise as I am recovering from cancer and this enables me to do exercises.i turned it on today and i got the blue logo and a green bar and once this disappeared all i got is a grey screen with no audio start up.my son has tried rebooting it, doing a factory reset and even connecting it to the pc and doing the updates but nothing works.i have looked online and some people are saying it is broken, surely something that cost nearly £500 should last more than two years.Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really need this for my rehabilitation. Many thanks

My Meta Quest 3S was working completely normally yesterday. Today, after logging into my Meta account, I started having a strange display/UI problem. When the headset starts, passthrough appears. During startup, the passthrough goes black twice for a few seconds, then comes back. After passthrough returns, I can see my room normally, but the Quest interface does not appear. I cannot see the Home menu, pointer, or other Quest UI.The headset is still responding to inputs. When I press the Meta button on the controller, I hear the normal button sound. The controllers also seem to be working, but I cannot see the pointer.I have already tried restarting the headset, forced restarting it, recovery/boot mode, and factory resetting it. The problem is still happening. The headset worked perfectly yesterday, so I'm wondering if this could be a software/Quest OS problem or an issue with the Quest UI being rendered.Could someone from Meta please help what me diagnose this? I would really appreciate i

Ever since the HDMI viewer application and more so, the new permissions model for accessing headset cameras, we have been unable to use any USB cameras on the headset. Are there any plans for re-implementing access to this? The USB devices show up, but they cannot be used within their respective applications. It has been frustrating to say the least not being able to use the hardware I own on the hardware I own.I've tried various UVC USB cameras and none of them work. I get asked which application I want to use when plugging in the device the first time and the application will open when plugging it in but the application never gets access to the device like it used to.

I've been using the Meta Quest Pro for quite some time, and recently the eye and face tracking on my original headset suddenly stopped functioning properly. At first, I suspected that the issue might have been caused by hardware damage, possibly from moisture or sweat. Because of that, I purchased a replacement Quest Pro headset that is in like-new condition. However, I'm experiencing the exact same issue on the replacement headset, which makes me wonder if this could be related to a software, firmware, or account-level issue rather than a hardware failure. Here is what I'm experiencing:Eye Tracking Calibration: The calibration process completes successfully without any errors. During the calibration/tracking test, the ball follows my eye movements accurately, so the headset appears to be detecting my eyes correctly.Standalone Apps: However, once I enter standalone applications such as Meta Horizon Worlds, eye tracking becomes extremely inaccurate or barely functions at all.Face Trackin

I am secondary user on Quest 3. I played games with Horizon+ subscription trial which I have now ended. Primary account holder has now purchased 2 of the games I played when I had Horizon+ subscription. App sharing is turned on. I cannot install these new shared apps; it offers me option of renewing Horizon+ subscription or buying in store. I just want to install app which primary user has purchased and shared.I have confirmed primary user has newly purchased games in library. (Crisis Brigade 2 Reloaded, and Dungeons of Eternity. Both are reported as fully supporting app sharing)I've tried logging in as primary user, turning app sharing off, restarting headset, log back in as primary user and turning app sharing back on. Still doesn't work.Internet suggests filtering for shared apps when trying to install but there is no such drop down in app library screen these days.Tried online bot support but hit a brick wall. Tried personalised support but it kicks me out because I don't have a de

Today the Meta Horizon Link Software App just decided to do an update on its own, and while doing this minimizing the Online Multiplayer game I was playing, resulting in me dying of course. 3 Times.DO! NOT! DO! THIS! EVER! AGAIN!
