Hello! I can't log in to my Meta account. Two-factor authentication is enabled on it, but access to google authenticator is lost. Recovery codes are not suitable. I can't fill out the online support form. When confirming the device, when I enter the email or serial number of the device, I recieve a message that the device has not been found. In order to create this message, I had to register an additional Meta account, as there was no other way to contact technical support. 

Hello all.A few months ago after an update, My Quest 2 bricked. After going through trouble shooting and all the fixes available to me I sought help from support. A team member told me it was grounds for replacement, and we initiated that process.I followed the instructions, and sent in my faulty console. On June 24 I got an email saying I should have my new one in 5-7 days. Two weeks after that email, I still received nothing.I contacted support, who then realised there was an issue and promised to escalate it, saying I would receive an update shortly. No update.Since then I have been regularly contacting meta to ask 1) what went wrong, 2) expected timeline of replacement, and 3) why their internal investigation means I can't get the new console I am owed since they took my old one.Every time I get the work around saying it's being investigated, they can't do anything, with no one addressing my core concerns. I connected Google authenticator to my meta account and deleted this application, and when downloaded it back,there were no codes. What ahould i do in this situation?

I recently purchased Vail ($30), but the game is severely glitchy, broken, and unplayable for me. I am well within the standard refund window (under 2 hours of playtime and bought within 14 days). ​When I reached out to chat support, my refund was repeatedly denied due to an automated flag on my account regarding previous refund history. ​Thank you for your help.

we should bring back oculus homes(you heard me)unfortunately meta killed homes in 2023 because ol' zuckyburg does not care about rift and it's users anymore (source )as everyone has already stated, we miss rift homes (justice to people who didnt use it but i digress) and we wish we can revisit our homes, but what if........ As the title says, I am unable to pair my two controlles after I performed a Factory reset on my Quest 3.. Thus I'm unable to use it as I'm stuck in the pair controllers window.Ive tried:-New controller batteries-leaving the controllers with no battery for 15 minutes-Reset controllers (X+ menu 5 times on the left and A + Meta button 5 times on the right)-Restart the headset-Tried connecting it to my phone to pair the controllers b ut the phone no longer recognizes my Quest 3-Tried connecting the Quest 3 to my PC via USB, Quest 3 is recognized by windows, but the meta horizon app appears to not see it ( I click on "devices" then "add visor", then a window pops out explaining I can connect through usb cable or wifi, i connect it through usb cable, the pc sees it, click continue and nothing happens, window just closes and I'm back at the main menu).-I cant connect to wifi since Im unable to pass the pairing screen, unable to set wifi through the mobile app or through my pc too...Not sure

Meta support is genuinely useless and would not help me with this problem. it downloads fine and when its about to install it says to restart my computer which does not work ive tried a lot of things and it didnt work any help. my laptop is a victus gaming laptop with a 4060 gpu amd ryzen 7 cpu and 12 gb of ram. before i could install uninstall and reapair freely now i cant.

Hi, I bought a B580 to find that it's not supported by the meta link. On the PC requirements it says that support is being worked on. Is there a timeline/estimate of when this will be added?Thanks

I haven't used my quest 2 in ages and the Facebook account that was linked to it was disabled with no option to appeal. I've had to factory reset it and create a new meta account. Is there really no way to get the apps I purchased back? There were no notifications to say it would be disabled etc.

Self explanatory title. Have thoroughly cleaned the charging surfaces on the controller and dock. Left controller charges just fine and so does the headset through the dock

I want to start by saying the micro instant the Valve Steam Frame is released, I will be immediately throwing my Oculus Quest 2, and 3 in the garbage as hard as I can. I cannot stand this nonsense anymore. I do not want to even sell it for the hundred bucks I can make off of it, because I know Facebook will make way more money collecting the intimate, personal data through the inside-out tracking cameras of the next poor sucker that uses one of these things. Facebook has done nothing but shoot itself in the foot over and over and over, month after month with absolute zero public favor as a result. Besides the VR Youtubers glazing and reaching as hard as possible to find a teeny tiny positive thing with each quest DownDating. (The opposite of updating) This is probably something I'm going to be banned for, but I do not care. My data being deleted from Facebook will be an absolute win. My link app shows that it is connected.  Tested the connection and confirmed that it is working but I am unable to launch any PCVR games. It is stuck on the page that shows the three dots.

I had to get a replacement Quest3 headset. I cannot pair because I believe that my old serial number is recorded on my mobile meta app. and that is all the app sees therefore it will not pair with my replacement headset. Please advise.

Even without pressing the trigger at all on my right controller it spams the trigger button making it unusable

My Meta Quest was purchased in Japan, but I currently use it in India. My 3-month Horizon+ trial worked normally. After the trial ended, I tried to subscribe using my Indian Visa card. But it shows “We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please file an appeal to get your case reviewed”. Please review my account or payment access and allow me to subscribe from India.

I am BEYOND livid! $550 down the **bleep**ter because I tried buying a headset off of YOUR GOD DAMNED MARKETPLACE!It was brand new in box. Everything was working just fine for nearly a month, then one day a message on my Quest 3 says that it was reported stolen. You tell me to contact the seller. The seller doesn't respond. I bought I am cat using Quest Cash. I have played less than 2 hours and owned it for more than 14 days, meeting all requirements. The automated refund button gives an error because of the Quest Cash payment method. Email and chat support bots have repeatedly failed to help. I need an agent to manually pull the license and credit the Quest Cash back to my wallet balance is there anyway I can refund because when I go to the support page, it says I already made. They already made two exceptions and now they won’t make any anymore.

just bought a quest 3 and a battery strap and installed it, and pressed the button on the bottom of the battery pack and now its flashing orange and green, which the instructions say is  "error". I can't find anything about the error anywhere

My brother just got a Quest 3s, and during setup the quest worked fine until the update stage. The blue bar is full and it says something along the lines of "applying update" before turning off and rebooting to the same update menu. I have tried factory resetting it and even updating the software using the Software Update Tool. The browser detects the Quest fine but the tool says that the device is not supported. It is an up to date chromium browser and we did it in incognito. We tried 2 wifi networks, both not working. When we try to pair the app to the headset, the pairing code screen does not show up. Then we tried to setup the headset using the MQDH which also didn't work. It prompted us to connect to wifi and it shows "continue in headset" for a brief second before ultimately losing connection with the headset while it's plugged in. We believe the headset is bricked as we can't enable developer mode to update it manually with ADB commands or even connect it to the app.

I used to be an avid reader, but over time I've found it difficult to commit to the literature being released. I figure I just must be missing out on the good stuff. Use this thread to recommend the "best of the best" that you've encountered.I've read all but the last "Game of Thrones" (Ice and Fire) books. However, my favorite series of all time is Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind. Before that, I read a ton of fantasy and horror books, but none worth really recommending. Probably my favorite Stephen King book is Needful Things.Any other readers out there?

I use the Meta Quest 3 for FS2024 why is it the I am unable to get a clear picture, is there something to do with the settings. What should the Quest settings be?

When I try to join a server for any multi-player game  it says connecting for a few minutes, then says disconnected and I get booted. We have done a factory reset on the VR, reset internet connection, tried a hotspot and checked that the 3s is fully updated. I am also getting an error when I try to contact support now, both on a computer and my phone.  

So I bought an quest here in Russia and after many attempts to update it I found out it is a Hollywood (DVT) revision and basically I have a brick, what should I do? I'm asking Meta especially

Hi everyone, I had some issues with my Quest after not using it for several time. And then I performed a factory reset. Now, the setup is running through the horizon app. It seems to work until the security screen (after selecting the language) and there it stops, because no "next" button is visible. First I thought: I must watch the video without skipping, but no button appears. Any idea, how I can advance from here? Greetings
