Solved

Hi,When I try to connect Garmin OR Strava in the Meta AI application after saying Yes on the popup for any of the apps I only get a white screen.I tried every option reinstalling the Meta AI (and reconnect glass), reinstalling Garmin, non of these options works.I think there is a serious issue when it comes to pairing with these apps. The only benefit of the glass is the ability to connect to Garmin and Strava.I saw multiple threads about the same problem. It would be great to get an official statement that Meta is on the issue and an update will be given to the consumers.I got the glass as Christmas present and despite listening music on it and taking some random pics none of the pillar functionalities are working for the glass.Regards,Matt

I need help!  My daughter got this for Christmas and I need help!  She’s able to play it, but I must not have things connected correctly!   I don’t see the promo for my 3 month free Horizon +.   I’m trying to app and it’s useless.  Is there a phone number to call?

As other have reported there is an issue getting the Meta AI app to connect to Garmin.Got excactly the same issue as reported here: Oakley Meta Vanguard can't connect to Garmin from Meta AI | Meta Community Forums - 1350499--I'm using an iPhone and have the following issue trying to connect my Meta AI app to Garmin Connect. Starting in the Meta AI app:Open Devices -> Vanguard -> App connectionsSelect GarminPress "Connect Garmin"Press "Yes, allow" on "Allow connection to Garmin?" screenThis open the Garmin Connect app on a "Meta AI" screenPress "Agree" on "Connect with Meta AI?" formThis opens a link to facebook.com in Safari. I'm not sure what the full link is.What appears is my facebook feed, with a callout box at the bottom of the page reading "The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed"--Have tried to delete and reinstall the Meta app 2 times. Same error. No change. Tried to mess around with language settings as I'm on Norwegian settings for

So i am trying to get the Meta Quest 3 initial setup completed. The device is connected to the Meta Horizons app, but on the headset it will only display the "Finish Setup in Meta Quest Mobile App" dialog. Am i missing something? I have done several factory resets and let it update to no avail. Im not seeing any notification or prompts in the app either. Tried logging out/reinstalling the app as well.

So i got a refurb meta quest 3 from the meta store on ebay. When it arrived, i tried to set it up - however, i am stuck on the screen where it asks to enter the code on my mobile app. I can see a 5 digit code on the quest - but entering that on the app shows 'couldn't pair with your headset'. So i tried several times, logged in and out the app, reinstalled the app, reset network settings on my iphone, tried a different phone - all failed. The strangest thing is, I have even reset the quest to factory settings over 5 times - and each time, the 5 digit code that shows up is always the same. This seems odd - as i would expect a new one each time. Has anyone else faced the same issue - and if so, what did you do?Thanks!

Hi,I believe it's possible to set up a child's meta account and link it to my account with parent supervision.I've got so far as to enter his email address and name, but when I've entered his date of birth I'm getting the message:"Something went wrongYou aren't able to create an account based on the information that you provided."I'm guessing it's nothing to do with age, because even when I try a different birth year I'm getting the same message. The only solution I've got at the moment is to let him play VR on my adult account - which doesn;t really seem ideal. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone! hope you guys are having a good Christmas so far if you do celebrate it. Just earlier this morning (12/25/25) i received a quest 3 as a present and I'm loving it so far, but the battery claims the full percentage is 98%. I thought that was kinda weird since it's a brand new device that just got taken out of the box and setup only a few hours ago. Can someone please help me? UPDATE: It charged to 100% but the green light for some reason turned on at 98% so it sort of confused me.

I've recently purchased a Meta Quest 3S, using a referral code which should give me 30€ worth of Meta Store credits, I was wondering if the credits would be automatically charged on my account as soon as the headset is activated or if I’ll receive a code in my email or something.

Like the title says, I am rather late to this V.81 update (I only got it today, and immediately learned that it's already 4 months old).Honestly, I have nothing good to say about the update. I guess all that I'm going to say about has already been addressed here, but just still need to vent this out.The worst thing about the whole update is the decreased battery life. I've never had my Quest 2 (which I've only had for 2y 1m) battery drain this fast. Only reading through the patch notes to V.81 drained battery by 16%, just because there's this new "immersive home" running on the background all the time. After 15 minutes in FitXR, my battery was already down to 63%. After 15 minutes!! Before this update, I was able to do a whole 40 minute workout on FitXR and have still over 50% of battery left. The battery drain is truly insane after this update. Also never has the home screen and menus been as laggy as they were after the update. Things are loading so slowly, some menu buttons requires

I am locked out of my Meta account due to lost two-factor authentication.I still have my email and password, but there is no self-service recovery option anywhere.I factory reset my Meta Quest 2, which made the account lock permanent and the headset unusable.Web support, device support, and serial number verification all block me because this is an account-level issue.I'd like some help on this thank you!

I recently upgraded from the Quest 2 to the Quest 3 and i've been noticing that my gameplay was very choppy, but i thought none of it. Until i played Eleven Table Tennis, where the choppiness was very apparent, even so the game was saying that i was on 90HZ.I tried a varity of things, changing resolutions, reinstalling meta link software, messing around with the Oculus Debug Menu app, but nothing worked. The only workaround i found was going back to using 80HZ where gameplay clearly gets more fluid as it should be. And if i go back to 90HZ, it gets all choppy again.Anyone got this problem too?P.S. (I don't remember if my gameplay was choppy on the Quest 2 since was i've not been playing  VR for some weeks)

Previously, logging into Disney+ from the Quest browser was hassle-free.As of Monday, it's now not working, in that Disney+ is directing you to download an App, but when you follow the direction, the page can not be found.Checking to see which platforms are supported the Quest, or Quest Browser, is not on the list.Any suggestions as to where to go next?

I cannot make a boundary, all buttons related to making a boundary are unresponsive, even with the new navigator off. I've restarted my headset a few times and even factory reset it to try and fix it, no luck. This only started after I installed the new system update.

Hello I have factory reset my Headset to try and solve a controller lag issue but now I am unable to re-pair my headset. It still shows up in the Meta app but when I try to add it again it just says "Pairing your Meta Quest 2" for about a minute and then says it can't pair with my headset. I have tried factory resetting again, re-installing the app on my iPhone, absolutely no joy at all.On my account online, it says I don't have any devices attached to my account but the app says otherwise. Any other help would be great.Thank you

can anyone guide me in the right direction as far are getting an item players in the world collect to track and register on the world shop gizmo so they can purchase items?  I have other object that track for quests and in HUD through PPV, but from my research the world shop gizmo is linked to the "world inventory" it might be something super simple I'm missing but I am sooooo lost right now! any help would be appreciated <3 thanks y'all!

I have a RX9060XT and my link app was working fine yesterday, but when i try today it flat out blocks me from using it, and just refuses to work at all, the graphics card is more than powerful enough to run things and the drivers are all up to date, would it kill Meta to provide a functional product, the program supports the other 90 series car, why not this one? And why in the hell did it work yesterday, but not today?

Unable to add payment method. Cards declined. PayPal declined. Checked with the bank, no problem. Checked with PayPal, no problem... the problem is with Meta... Meta is not responding to the problem.

My Oakley Meta glasses respond to “Hey Meta AI” (LED/gesture confirms response), pairing works, microphones work, but there is no audio output at all — no AI voice, no shutter sound, no system sounds. This started immediately after the battery fully drained overnight. Charging completed normally, but audio never recovered. This appears to be a hardware audio failure after deep battery discharge. I have already tried restarting, re-pairing, updating, and charging fully.

Hi,I'm still using my Quest 1 with 64GB storage capacity. I recently tried to download uninstalled games I purchased some time ago. These games (e.g. Shadow Point, Waltz of the Wizard) are still marked as compatible with my device. I've about 9 GB free space on my device, which should be enough space for these apps, but the games won't download. Turning on/off the Quest or the Wifi does not help. Clearing the App Data with Sidequest (com.oculus.ocms) also did not help. When I try to install the status immediately switches back from queue to not installed. Any help would be appreciated. I fear to brick my device on a factory reset, since support isn't provided anymore an I'm not sure if any firmware update will be reinstalled after the reset.

Hello smart people, the Desktop editor's AI tool, GPT and i have spent 5 days on this and we can't seem to get this working. Long story short, i have a 'local' weapon script that works flawlessly with vfx, sfx, projectile gizmo, events to Hud etc when used by player 1. However, the moment player 2, they cannot fire the weapon.I've added tons of debugging logs and the concensus is proper ownership transfer. However, the weapon entity, the individual connected entities etc are all in the transfer ownership section of the script.Desktop editor's AI, GPT and i are stumped.I know you're probably going to want to see an example script and try to make suggestions but to be honest, ive tried so many iterations, even copying 'Chop 'n' Pop' version, watching limited tutorials on this subject , etc and still not working for player 2.Id be happy to clone the world and have someone connect to it and try, see whats going on. Might be the best way to figure it out.id be happy to post results here aft

Hello,I understand that India is currently not eligible for general enrollment in the Meta Horizon Creator Program.I would like to confirm whether creators or studios based in India can still participate through Partner enrollment in the MHCP.My account meets the remaining requirements (18+, Meta account in good standing), and I would appreciate guidance on the correct path to participate from India.Thank you for your time and clarification.

I purchased a gift card from Wallmart just now.  Went home to activate and the silver tape over the gift card code stuck to the paper and ripped off part of the code from the paper so now I can't read it.  Went back to Wallmart and they refused to exchange the card.  Now I am stuck here on this forum since I can't find anywhere where there is a number I can call to resolve this issue.  Can someone from Meta please respond to me directly before I contact my credit card to stop payment?

Thank you to anyone reading this thread.   Earlier today I switched accounts on my Oculus from an alternate account (used by family) to my main account. After I clicked on "Confirm" in the account switcher, it sat there for about 15 seconds, before a diagonal black-and-white pattern showed up for several frames followed by the headset completely shutting off. It is not responding to the power button, and charging the headset doesn't have anything pop up on the screen. No LED lights show up either. I'm going to be RMAing this to best buy soon if there is anything that works to fix this as I assume this is hardware issue, but if this happened to you please give me a solution.   Also by the way because of a glitch the headset isn't paired to my phone at the moment (which only makes this situation even worse) so this headset is basically a paperweight.

Hello, I think I overused my quest 2 the last year 😛 Battery life is less than an hour for me already, is it possible to replace it?   Thanks!

Hi!My son is 10 years old and can't play Roblox on Meta Quest 2, VR. Although the new age restriction is 10 years. When I type in the code from Quest 2 in the Roblox PC version or Roblox tablet app it says in The Quest 2 that it can't go further "because of age restrictions." Any ideas?
