Hi!My son is 10 years old and can't play Roblox on Meta Quest 2, VR. Although the new age restriction is 10 years. When I type in the code from Quest 2 in the Roblox PC version or Roblox tablet app it says in The Quest 2 that it can't go further "because of age restrictions." Any ideas?

I’ve been trying to purchase bonelab standalone sith the code CREATOR20 and it keeps saying feature unavailable and when i use diffrent cards it doesnt work, any fixes?

Has anyone else with a Quest 2 found that the latest update, going from version 81 to version 83, leaves the device crashing continually now?  Ever since the update along with also updating the Worlds app, the device won't stay up for more than a single minute no matter what I've tried doing before it suddenly goes black without any messages, shutting itself off completely each time!  It feels very warm and I'm wondering if either of these updates might be causing it to overheat and shut off?  Or perhaps it's just a bad update from either of these that doesn't work right on the Quest 2 device?  I'd also, in case it MIGHT be connected, made just one other change at the time BEFORE the Worlds update, this being that of switching my environment selection to the "Bloomhouse" selection on the far right as its virtual environment, replacing the default Horizon environment.  But it has to be one or more of these 3 things causing it to continually shut itself off now a

Hi all, completely new to VR, fairly computer competent I thought. Downloaded and installed apps on PC and phone 4-5 days ago, all logged in (I think) just waiting for the Quest to arrive (which it now has). I saw about the referral programme for $60 before activating the quest, but cant get it to work, at all. I have searched for referral links and found. Clicking them on my phone did nothing, brought up the app, but under referrals, or a place to accept, nothing. On the pc clicking referral links works, opens new page but when I click accept I get refused saying I've referred myself, not available in my region (UK) or some such thing. Can somebody help please? I know if I activate the Quest I lose the referral, so haven't. Many thanks.

When I purchased my Meta Quest 3, I had Meta Horizon + subscription. I purchased Golf +.Sometime later, I cancelled my Meta Horizon + subscription, but I did not see it impacting any of my purchased or downloaded games after I cancelled as the renewal date was not imminent. In the meantime, I have not been able to use my Meta Quest 3, due to a period of illness. After a period of about 5 -6 months of not using my device, I tried to use it, and after recharging and updating software, I wanted to look for my Golf + app.I cannot find it in my list of apps.I cannot find a way of contacting META Support to discuss this issue. So, I thought I would try the forum. How do I reinstate Golf +Or do I have to pay again because the ownership of the app has timed out due to inactivity?Could the problem be that I cancelled my Meta Horizon + subscription.i apologise if I am asking a silly question. I'm not a young gamer. I bought my VR headset to see if it would alleviate my Parkinson's symptoms and I tho

Recently purchased than refunded hard bullet for the quest 3, but that was the wrong decision because I still want to play it. If I purchase hard bullet right now while the refund request is out, would I be charged twice assuming the refund request is refused for any reason?

Does anyone have a fix ?

Hi everyone,I’m really stressed and discouraged by what’s happening with my Quest 2 right now, and I’m hoping someone here can help me.I don’t use my headset very often since my kids are still too young for VR. Today I wanted to use it again, but it was still on version 50.x, and several things no longer worked — including casting. In the settings, it said there were no updates available. So I followed the official procedure here:https://www.meta.com/fr-ca/help/quest/software_update/…but I always get the error “Device not supported” when trying to manually update it.I then tried to contact Meta Support, but my headset does not appear in my devices list:https://www.meta.com/my/devices/Even when I enter the serial number manually, the site says it’s invalid. Because of that, I can’t open a support ticket or talk to anyone at Meta.I tried everything I could think of: another computer, another iPad, anothere Wifi, reinstalling Meta Horizon on iOS, etc. Casting still doesn’t work, updates st

AR application built in UE 5.5.4 using Meta XR plugin v78.  I'm sideloading an APK onto Quest 3 headsets. If I stand still and look from side to side, the scene is smooth.  But if I walk around, the scene is jittery.  Once I stop walking, and just look around, the scene is smooth again. So the shakiness seems to be specific to trucking the camera (walking around an area), but not tilting or panning (looking side to side). It's the same way when I only have a few cubes in the scene, so the jitteriness is not due to latency from scene complexity. The room is a normal, well lit room.  There's no crazy items, like huge TV screens or massive windows.Any help troubleshooting and/or tips on improving tracking would be appreciated.  Is this something spatial anchoring would help?

I PURCHASED A NEW QUEST 3 512 HEADSET (MY THIRD HEADSET...SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION).  THE HEADSET DID NOT WORK THE SCREEN WOULD BREAK UP.  I SHIPPED THE HEADSET BACK TO META PER WARRANTY AND AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS AND NUMEROUS EMAILS META REPLACED MY BRAND-NEW UNIT WITH A USED UNIT.  SO BASICALLY, I PAID FULL RETAIL FOR A USED UNIT.  THE USED UNIT LASTED ABOUT A MONTH AND NOW BOOTS TO A BLACK SCREEN AND THEN POWERS OFF.  SO, IT APPEARS I NO LONGER HAVE A WARRANTY FOR THE USED UNIT...META TOOK MY $500+ DOLLARS AND IN RETURN I GOT TO BASICALLY 'RENT' A QUEST FOR 3 MONTHS...THEY MAKE IT NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE...DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MY OPTIONS ARE HERE???  I REALLY FEEL META STOLE MY MONEY AND IS SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WITHOUT WARRANTIES...

It's not the first time i write you. I think my reference number is ***. I have wrote a lot of email and i didn't resolve my problems. I have a question. If i reset my Meta Quest 3 (original version), is it possible to refind my account with all my game, apps and money in the MetaQuest 3. I haven't any choice. Someone said me it's really the last solution but i prefer that somebody find the solutions. I have a lot of picture to help you if you want.            [edited for privacy - this is a public forum]

Hello,I am a young developer from Morocco who likes to build things, when i found out about the Meta Horizon Start Competition and the ecosystem Meta has built to make VR and AR more mainstream I got really excited. Unfortunately when I wanted to get into the meta horizon Creator Program and checked the monetization I noticed that my country is not eligible. Is it possible to include other country into the program, and do you have a clear timeline for Morocco specifically? Is there a way I can get into other program I checked the partner program and i am also not eligible?I am still determined to build things and publish them through Meta Horizon and i am 100% sure there are a lot of creator like me in the same situation could you please find a solution for this?Thank you for your time,

I'm not even talking about "when streaming from my PC" - just launching the Link app on my Quest 3, it's barely usable. Frame rate is like 1 frame per 1 to 1.5 seconds. I'm using a USB3 cable, the Link USB test in windows says I have between 2.3 and 2.6Gbps bandwidth. Video is literally how it looks like - UI rendering is unsteady, often see black where it failed to update the environment rendering,  and it takes me a minute just to launch and quit. Is this something that tweaking PC bandwidth would even affect if I'm not running anything on the PC? I'm primarily using Link to allow me to quick launch a project from the Unreal editor.Dropbox Video

Hallo.

Hi,Posting here out of frustration--not sure where else to go.I fired up my Quest 2 for the first time in ages and tried to install Beat Saber, which is in my library. After clicking download, it says "queueing..." but then automatically cancels. If I visit the store within the Quest 2, clicking Download there sometimes results in an unknown error 12 failure to download. But, most of the time it has similar behavior to the above...it will act like it is starting to download but will then just stop. The mobile app believes I don't own Beat Saber and is prompting me to pay money for it. If I try this, after confirming payment info, I get "something went wrong."Please help!

I have a problem where both the Meta app and the headset detect that the Link cable is connected, but when I launch Link it gets stuck on the three dots loading screen forever. This issue has been happening for months; I tried fixing it back then but couldnt solve it, so I eventually gave up. Now im trying again but I still havent been able to fix it.Ive already updated all the drivers and the headset, and Ive also uninstalled and reinstalled the Meta app multiple times. The problem started EXACTLY when the Link loading screen changed from the old dark screen with the fixed white Meta logo to the new 3D animated loading blue and purple enviroment, where you can still see your hands, look around and even open the menu while its loading (so I suppose it has something to do with the issue).I also tried using Air Link, but with Air Link it loads for about 2 seconds and then just disconnects. After that, I get a notification on my laptop saying "We couldnt find your headset, please connect

Hi community!I'm using OVRHand to tack my hands and detects if the hand is in fist shape. For this, I'm using  GetFingerPinchStrength method to get the Finger's strength by each finger. The issue is that the GetFingerPinchStrength method only returns values if the Thumb finger is strengh has wall (pitch gesture) but I need get to te Finger's strenght individually withouth depend of Thumb finger, how can I archive this?Thank you!!

My Itemized sales information seems to be slightly frozen. Items I know were sold are not appearing and I'm only seeing 15% of the items I've sold this month itemized. I've always had an issue where some clothes sold on let's say Monday may appear as sold on Tuesday as well but now it's been showing the same items and only limited item being reflected the last couple of days. It's showed a few new sales but seems like anything sold via Avatar editor specifically aren't populating and it's stuck in a loading loop. Even searching specific items I know were sold doesn't populate the results. I've checked on various browsers and still getting the same result.

I bought a brand new Meta Quest 3 512 GB VR headset this June 22nd (2025) from Best Buy in Canada. It was advertised as having this game.I read a huge number of "solutions" including logging in to your Meta Horizon app, searching for the game and just downloading it. The game shows up with a price of  $67.99. There is no GET or REDEEM. Also, yes I have finished the Quest 3 setup and it's working fine. Yes I have checked notifications /emails from Meta. There are none. I have also done all this within the headset as well as on my PC desktop app and my mobile Horizon app. There is only a price showing for the game and I am not going to press Purchase for a supposedly free game.A possible factor: I used to have Oculus Rift and still have the software installed on my PC. I removed the headset and it correctly shows the Quest 3 headset when it is turned on. I've updated this software. If there was a time limit to be able to redeem this game as someone mentioned (April 2024?) why did BES

I am getting very close to releasing my first world (some details are here Building something.. | Meta Community Forums - 1351760 ) and I am wondering about promoting my world and keeping it visible/discoverable. Any tips about that ?

I have just gone through the submission process and would like to clarify some things, if this is the wrong thread please tell me and I'll post as needed...Do I need to be verified on the Meta Developer Dashboard (admin or team) to enter the competition?I have submitted documentation twice and been rejected both times. The images given were very clear, but 'potential' reasons for rejection was clarity. Is there a way to make sure that I have given the right Invite URL and judges have access to the final result? If I go to my invite URL, there is no link to the .apk, therefore I am not sure I have given the correct URL for the Release Channel build. If the release candidate is not named 'Competition' would this fail as a submission. Does the release candidate have a different 'name' than the application itself, if so, where do I define this?I think I have done this correctly, but the process is a little convoluted to submit an apk for just a competition (in my mind)...good practice f

I've read many articles, posts, and websites about this issue. Everything says to "set OVRServer_x64 to Power Saving mode." I've done that multiple times. I've also re-installed the Oculus app, twice. I've re-downloaded all my NVIDIA and AMD drivers. I have no clue what to do. Quest link worked a week ago, now it doesn't.I can add desktop panels, and use them, but I can't see my desktop. Any help would be appreciated.-------------------My specs:Operating system: Microsoft Windows 11 Home (10.0, Build 22631)Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor 8/16Motherboard: ASRock B650M-CRAM: 32 GBGraphics card1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (8 GB)Graphics card2: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (512 MB)

Was able to get the confirmation code upon setting up account on desktop computer, however when trying to log in through the Meta Quest app, it does not send 6 digit confirmation code. Have been trying for the past 3 hours, for a $400 product this has been VERY frustrating to just be able to look at this paper weight.
