UK account, No AI features, I guess because of government?Where's the Augments?Where's the Codec Avatars? For 3 years this headset's been out, and there's been NO "killer app"... It seems like such a shame, such a waste of an underutilised piece of hardware. The Hyperscape has potential, like if we can all hang out in large photorealistic spaces... but even that is very limited in functionality. Why can't the headset track my bottle of beer and keep it in passthrough whilst I am immersed? Rant over

Hello,We have exactly the same problem as described herehttps://communityforums.atmeta.com/discussions/dev-unity/xr-build-upload-fails-auto-update-due-to-insight-sdk-warning-unity-6000--oculus-/1338471and herehttps://communityforums.atmeta.com/discussions/dev-general/deploying-passthrough-app-in-shared-mode-without-insight-sdk-blocking-hms-horizo/1334603We cannot deploy  APKs via HMS due to the error “Shared mode: contains Insight SDK.”The problem exists only in shared mode not in single user mode.Even simple demo scenes in Unity without  other SDK's cause this problem. Is this a Oculus XR Plugin / Open XR plugin Bug?We would be grateful for any advice on how to solve this problem so that we can use "Horizon Managed Services" for our apps.Regards

So this is a bit of an odd one but whenever I go into the software update section in the setting it never actually receives the updates and just constantly searches for them. (Now I don’t really care if I don’t get updates just its a bit odd how I’m not getting them) also I use a Quest 3s on v81 also I want to avoid resetting my headset if possible It just sorta loops the checking for updates thingAlso I did have the software updates thing checked I just tried unchecking and rechecking it to see if that would help at all

My application to the partner Discord hasn't been accepted yet and it's been a few days just wanted to see if there was a reason for that?

Hello,My PlayerManager is attaching a HUD to the player's head when he joins the world :private handleOnPlayerEnterWorld(player: hz.Player): void { // Handle double join messages if (!this.gamePlayers.get(player)) { const pData = this.gamePlayers.addNewPlayer(new PlayerData(player, this.props.initialHealthForPlayer, this.props.coolDownInMs)); console.log(`PlayerManager: New player joined world: ${player.name} with id ${player.id}`); // Spawn du HUD personnel if (this.props.hudPrefab) { console.log("PlayerManager: Spawning HUD for player " + player.name); this.world.spawnAsset(this.props.hudPrefab, hz.Vec3.zero, hz.Quaternion.zero).then(entities => { const hud = entities[0]; // The HUD is an AttachableEntity, so we can attach it to the player's head hud.as(hz.AttachableEntity).attachToPlayer(player, hz.AttachablePlayerAnchor.Head); }); } } else { console.warn("PlayerManager: Player already

Anyone else facing a road block with people trying to purchase your items via the Avatar editor? I have gotten countless messages from people trying to purchase items via the avatar editor and receiving an error saying "Purchase failed" which is now affecting all of my items. This was never an issue prior and seems to have started all of a sudden and affecting a couple other creators as well. I've been experiencing this for over a month at this point and has severely affected my work.

Hello, I'd like to create one account (for a classroom) but use that account across multiple Meta Quest 2 devices.  I would  primarily be using it to engage with VR content on YouTube.  Is this possible?

HI I am enrolled in the Creator Program, but don't seem to have the ability to create avatar clothing. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi i need help I need a human review.  I was suspended  on Marketplace . I posted a safe and I was suspended for selling weapons.  I did not break any rules. And dealing  with this over 26 days and no help . Hoping someone  on here  an help.

I need help, no matter how many times i try redownloading/reinstalling/repairing, I get this error where this "oculusclient.exe" file doesn't install in the "oculus-client" folder. Not only that, but NO audio drivers for the oculus installs either so even if I press OK and ignore the error, when I try to use the app anyways, no sound nor mic input will play through my quest headset. And it seems meta doesn't source these audio drivers anywhere else to install them manually. This is incredibly frustrating, i spent countless hours yesterday and today trying to find some sort of solution. Please, if ANYONE thinks they can help me with this because I really don't want to be forced to use a separate audio headset ontop of my quest just to receive sound or use my mic.

Trying to install horizon link and its completely softlocked itself. I've tried the repair tool and nothing happened. I cant go back nor can i progress the process. This is where it happened during the install.

So this usually started because i had a trial of Green Hell with 30 mins left, Quest 3s told me - No, You dont have any trial time left. Then i wanted to go Meta Support like it told in the Popup to maybe become my real 30 Mins playtime - No, Give us your Serial Number/Order ID/or Email you bought it with. Now i have 4 Serial Numbers, One is on the Headset, then the Controller Ones, On my Box are 2, One on top of another. None of them worked in the Site where i should put them in, Order ID No idea because i got mine off Amazon from META. No Idea what to do now

Hello. My fb account is verified. I tried to chat with the agent. I v been waiting over 12 hours but nobody replied in that chatting window. I tried to start a new conversation but it said "we e already chatting". It s so frustrating. Is there any way to get help? Thank youI've been waiting over 12 hours for help with my monetization bonus. I've met the requirements (2 posts with 50k+ reach), but the system isn't counting views correctly. One post reached 63k, and the other over 50k. There's 1 day left, and it's showing a delay. This has happened before.

Hello,I just received a Meta Quest 3s for Christmas. 12-25-25. This is my first meta device. The right controller thumbstick is faulty. The stick believes that it is stuck in the fully down position. It is physically free to move but does not register movement. It is not able to be calibrated. I have attempted cleaning with compressed air to no avail. This pretty obviously falls under the 1 year warranty. However, the warranty page in the meta quest app does not load. When I click the “Get Support” button I see a message that says “This page isn’t available right now. This might be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.”. I have gotten this message for 4 days straight now. I attempted entering my device serial number into the Meta website instead but I get a message along the lines of “This device is not associated with this account” or “There are no devices associated with this account”. I’m not sure the exact verbiage. This is very

I’ve set up two children’s accounts on the meta app and I can see both of them there. I pressed the linked with headset and chose my one, but it hung for ages on both accounts.  When I go into the headset I can’t see them.  I can’t seem to find how I get back to the screen where I have to load them onto the headset. Anyone know where this is?  Thnx

Hey yall! i have been checking this every day in dec and January continued to say coming soon, i just logged in right now and it says not available?! and feb 2026 coming soon? anyone seeing the same thing? why could i not opt in? can anyone help? :(

Sigh, So this happened last year too, and it seems its STILL not been fixed, despite many people reporting the same problemWith it being a new year, I went to redeem some of my referral credits.I chose the older lower £23 ones, I also recorded my phone screen while doing this as I thought if it happens I have something to show Meta support (II can see an option to add video on here but it wants me to give a URL and can't find any suitable site that I can upload it to that it will accept but I have put it onto my partners youtube herehttps://youtube.com/shorts/r1B0HpJE_2kIn the recording, I started with a balance of £0.14I then added 4x£23 referrals. I then go back to the balance, and it shows correctly at £92.14I then go back to the referral page, and add another 2 random £23 referrals. This SHOULD have taken my balance to £138.14 but it instead took it to 115.14The credit is still marked as used, the referral page shows £138 as having been used.  This means that not only do I

So I created another post about this but it looks like it has been near immediately deleted.  Maybe because I linked to a recording I made showing it?In a nutshell, I have redeemed 6 headset referrals of £23 each, which should be £138 store credit, but only £115 was added (so 5 referrals)All 6 referrals have been used up, it shows £138 claimed (meaning the full amount is reduced too from what I'm allowed to claim for the year), as per the pic below, and also the picture showing the balance.  This also reLast year I and many others had the exact same issue, and someone had to manually add this, but it was worse then because a lot more were redeemed at onceAs I was worried it may happen again, I decided to record the screen of me redeeming all 6 of the referral credits, and you can clearly see that £23 has gone missing.Previously, someone on support did help my and credited the missing amounts, but I can't seem to find anywhere how to speak to someone now, the pages keep taking

Sorry, deffo a repeat post, but had no success. For my main account that I've had since the Q1 came out, I am unable to log in. I have TFA via SMS set up and I'm sure I have used it before.   Unfortunately I don't think I did anything with recovery codes. Currently when I attempt to log in, it states it's going to send a SMS and then nothing. I do not think I am logged into the account on the web, so cannot edit anything on my account. I am logged in on the headset and when I attempt to add a new number for TFA, it get's through until it asked for my password and then it just keep popping the password prompt up. It is the correct password, but does nothing. I have this account, but the Meta Help Centre is not providing anyway to create a case for Meta, to look at this.  So is there any hope for me, or am I just buggered? Thanks,Paul

I can't log into my Oculus account since it says either that email/password is wrong or wants to send me a SMS code which I am not receiving for ages.Yes the email and password are correct, yes the mobile phone is also correct, how I know? I have **bleep**ing access to my account on the VR headset itself. Why can I not make any changes to my account from the VR??? Anyway, after spending 4 hours trying to somehow contact support, I learned there is no support... And that I had to log into the account I lost access to to recover the said account so behold, I created account number 2 to recover account number 1 cuz logic yes, very smart.
