Hi there,I want to block my son from using the VR device from Monday to Friday, and allow him to use it only on Saturday and Sunday. When I went to put the settings in the Meta Horizon app, this doesn't allow me to put the settigs at 0 minutes, because it starts from 15 minutes. Is there anyway to put the settings at 0 minutes? Many thanks

I updated the Meta Quest App to the Meta Horizon version. Trying to pair my old Oculus Quest. The device is recognized. The code is accepted. I finished the whole process until I get to the final safety screen and there's no way to proceed from there - no OK/Continue button. Nothing. Is there anything I can do?

Currently, audio from the Meta Quest Browser in the home environment is strictly world-locked (spatialized). The sound is physically anchored to the window, meaning it gets weaker if I move away and shifts between my left and right ears when I turn my head.I would like a toggle to switch a window's audio to head-locked (direct stereo, or surround around by head). When enabled, this would bypass the 3D spatialization and play the audio exactly as if I had headphones on. The sound would remain perfectly centered, balanced, and at full volume in my ears, regardless of where I place the window in the room or where I choose to sit and look. This would improve media playback in many situations, including when wathing something on a big browser window far away.

Hello, i have recently bought a meta quest 3 and cant seem to remove the blurriness from words, and my surroundings seem very pixelated, i have sorted out my IPD already and adjusted the headset accordingly but just cant get the blur out of words. I have not ever owned or used a VR headset before and im not to sure what i should be comparing this to as i may have to high expectations from VR and the level of blurriness that im seeing is normal.Thank you!

In the Meta Quest Link app on my PC (Windows 11), when trying to add a new device, the window that shows all the Meta headsets to choose from is much larger than the display size of my monitor (1980x1020), so the "previous" and "next" buttons cannot be accessed. This is a problem with the Meta Quest Link software not scaling its windows properly. The Meta Quest Link window cannot be resized (the little square in the top right corner for resizing the window is greyed out), and my PC monitor is already set at its maximum supported resolution. Lowering the display resolution only makes the problem worse. While I can scale my Windows display to make everything larger, it is not possible to downscale the windows below 100%, so I have no way to make the Meta Quest Link window fit on my screen. So basically, I am stuck and can't navigate forwards or backwards from this screen.

I had to fix my meta quest yesterday because the new update would cause it to lose connection, but when i fixed it, there was a new problem where the bottom of the screen in my vr would become discolored and my pc would start lagging. Any fixes?

Hello, when I try to purchase the game I get the message We've noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't ...HELP

I’m on iPhone. My Horizon Worlds account is server-locked to a private Pets Park instance. I deleted/reinstalled the app, offloaded, updated, restarted phone. Still auto-loads “private park” with “The stream will begin shortly” screen. I cannot access any menu or leave. Please reset my active world to Home.

I really don't like Dark Mode apps in general. For some apps it works but for the browser it looks terrible. I dont want to read white text over dark background in Google search on the browser. Makes me not want to use it.Also imho it looks kinda bad from within the Loft. White background panel would look way better.

Hello, I'm unable to install the French language pack on my Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses. The download completes on my phone, but the installation never finishes on the glasses. During the process the internal LEDs keep blinking orange and white, and the language never switches to French. Device and setup details: - Product: Oakley Meta Vanguard - Glasses firmware: 127.0.0.150.436 - Serial number: *******************  - Case firmware: 2.7.4 - Phone: Android - Meta AI app: up to date, app language already set to French Troubleshooting already performed, with no success: - Fully charged the glasses and kept them in the charging case during the update - Kept the Meta AI app open in the foreground on Wi-Fi with Bluetooth on - Cleared the Meta AI app cache - Restarted both the phone and the glasses - Performed a full factory reset of the glasses and re-paired them - Selected French during the initial setup Despite all of this, the French language pack still will not install. The system

As is: when lying down, and "reset view" the quest allows certain pitch angles. When using a video playing app, like Fluid, or Moon Player, or  Skybox, or even getting the home environment (with immovable scenery/room) this "reset view" being step-wise prevents optimal placement. To reproduce:  While lying down try to the to reset view with your face pointing 35,40,45,50,55° up.You will find that the room only snaps to certain angles, making it harder to find optimal angle, where the main screen(s) are placed at comfortable eye height.

I was following one of the tutorials about building a world and I got to the step about publishing it, only to be met with a message that explains that there will be no publishing after June 15th, 2026. If my goal was to build a world in VR, is that idea done for now? I eventually wanted to design my own game, but I was trying to tackle world building first.

I've first tried creating using a computer, but given that the account was created using a phone meta says I have to use the computer for longer so I can do it via it. Then when I try creating via the phone, the same one I created the meta account with, meta simply does not send the sms containing the verification code. I've been at this for almost a month. I can receive sms messages from meta, I've received them when I tried via the computer, I honestly am at a loss here

Good evening, friends!Yesterday I used my Meta Quest 3S normally. When I turned it off, I received an update. It took a long time to finish, wrapping up with about 40 percent battery left. I left it charging until the LED turned green, but today when I went to use it, nothing worked.Nothing appears on the screen, I plugged in the charger and the LED does not light up in any color, I switched outlets and still nothing. I tried holding the power button down for longer than usual, with no success. I tried holding Power and Volume Down together, and nothing. I even tried accessing it with a cable using the PC software, and it did not work.Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Right before Christmas, I treated myself to a new Quest Pro. When the headset arrived, I was over the moon. I’ve been with Meta since the Oculus days—starting back with the Rift S—so I’d been waiting a long time for this upgrade. But my happiness was short-lived.On the very first night, I discovered that the Menu button on the left controller wasn't working. I looked up some troubleshooting guides which suggested unpairing and re-pairing the controller. That was the final nail in the coffin; the controller died completely and refused to pair back up.The next day, I contacted Meta Support. They replied quickly and authorized an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a replacement. On December 29, 2025, the return was officially approved, and the process began.Then... silence. Nothing for half a month. I started messaging them almost daily just to find out what was going on. Eventually, the Meta Support bots started sending me the exact same canned responses: how sorry they are, how

It was working fine and then stopped. It tried to do a firmware update and it will make it to 66% and then reset, does this 3 times and then fails. Tried all of the “fixes” I.e. unpair, factory reset, batteries, but it will not work. Any other solutions??

Hi, I bought a used Meta Quest 2. It is still linked to the previous owner’s Meta account, but the seller is currently not responding. I have the headset in my possession. Can you help me remove the previous account so I can use my own Meta account?

I recently updated to v2.6 on my quest 3 and now I can't connect the headset to the MQDH app or sidequest. It's like my headset isn't recognised by my pc. I've switched several usb cables and ports. The strangest thing is it still connects to Meta Horizon... Please help me 🙏

Hi! I'm interested in changing my Meta forum username, but I don't know how or if it's possible. Can anyone give me an answer?

When charging my quest 2, it keeps turning on, loading with the meta logo, showing the powering off/shutting down loading screen, then turning off, about 5 to 10 second delay then repeat. This has been happening when I've been charging it for the past few days. If I unplug it, it stops but seems to be dead.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing multiple issues with my Meta Quest 3 , and I’m wondering if anyone has seen this before. 1. Can I somehow skip the setup? The setup was attempted with 4 phones: 2 Android and 2 Apple. It didn’t work with any of the phones. I have also reset the Oculus Quest multiple times and re-downloaded the app, but so far, no fix has worked. I haven't found any answers in the community either.can someone help. Thank you

Hey Guys! Has anyone else experienced extremely long loading times for VR PREVIEW in Unreal Engine 5.5.1 after updating Meta Quest Link to v85? I literally have to wait 3 minutes, when it used to load in about a few seconds.

update May 30, 2024: There have been no updates/improvements to controller tracking since Meta Support marked this as solved! Community consensus seems to be that this issue stems from hardware/software limitations with the controllers, specifically the method of tracking (as a software developer working specifically in the machine learning and computer vision space, I agree that this technology is not particularly robust enough to handle some types of movement). If you play games that require fast hand movements and/or dynamic hand positioning, I would recommend not buying a Quest 3, unfortunately. I've heard some anecdotes regarding improved tracking with the Quest Pro controllers, but the improvements are marginal at best - not worth the additional ~$300 for minimal performance gains IMO. My personal recommendation is to stick to Quest 2. Not to detract from the various improvements that the Quest 3 has brought (e.g., color passthrough w/higher resolution, better hand trac
