Solved

So I bought this Maestro game as a gift and did everything the same like I have done quite a few times before with games I bought as a gift and haven't had an issue till now. I bought the game and it shows up under my purchases and I can click on order details which gives me basic info on the purchase. However the recipient did not receive the gift and I have not received an email for the confirmation of the purchase like I have every other time I got a game as a gift. I tried to refund the game but haven't had any luck because it keeps telling me in red no device is associated with my account. It has also told me the game isn't eligible for a refund because it doesn't meet the requirements or something for an automatic refund I guess. Everything I have done and tried takes me back around in the same circle. I need a phone number I can call to talk to someone or an email to get into contact with someone that can help me. Heck I'll even take a live chat. Right now Meta has ripped me off

I am experiencing an issue with a frozen Referral icon in the Meta Quest app.The icon has been stuck and does not update. I have been contacting Meta Support for almost two weeks, with many emails going back and forth, but the issue is still not resolved. The frustrating part is that the conversation keeps going in circles. I have explained the problem clearly, but the responses continue to focus on referral details instead of addressing the actual app issue.I am not asking about the referral reward or anything else. I only want the frozen Referral icon in my app to be fixed.Has anyone experienced the same issue or know how to get this properly escalated?Thank you

Hello, I haven´t use too much my Quest3, and the head support felt loose, so I checked, and that tiny screw was out, and I have to disassemble the plastic support to be able to screw it back, does anyone know how to do it? do I have to send it back to Oculus?Thank you very much !

I just updated my old quest; it's an original, not quest 2 and it had been sitting in a cabinet unused for a while so I clicked into system & update its software... I now am stuck without a menu bar & unable to do anything but look around at the dome home screen.Restarting did not resolve the issue. Can anyone help me out here?

Hello! I've been recently facing a severe issue with my Quest 3s display for PC VR and I'm no longer able to use it. Whenever I connect my headset my PC to via cable link, the game I've booted up through Steam VR (this is also an issue in the Meta Horizon as well, not a Steam issue) will freeze after playing for a few minutes. When I try to quit the game through my pc dashboard, I'm no longer able to access the dashboard on neither Steam or Meta horizon. It'll just show the standalone home settings. When I press the home button again to go back to the game, everything is completely black but I'm still able to hear on the headset and the game is running perfectly fine on my PC screen. I can even hear my controllers pressing on the buttons as if I hadn't crashed at all but the display doesn't show up at all. I've tried using my PC on a separate headset, factory reset my own, tested my link, and have reset my PC but absolutely nothing has been working. I've begun to wonder if it's a cable

I haven't played with my meta quest 2 in months when I turned it on the left controller wasn't working so I changed the batteries and the controller still won't work so I tried alot of other methods which was holding the menu and y button to factory reset and then it didn't work so I tried to unpair and it pair it again and it still doesn't work any suggestions

Update March 27th: The build 260 is available.https://apps.apple.com/us/app/meta-quest/id1366478176-----------Update March 25th: Meta Store support told me that the latest mobile app Version 259 was released with a fix to resolve the issues described in this thread. So, the resolution was given officially. Thank you Meta for the fix, and thanks everyone in this thread as your voices indicated how this issue was significant. 😄----------During setup of Oculus Go by Meta Quest for iOS Version 257.0.0.9.106, I could not play "Health and safety" video, although I pressed "Watch Video" button. As a result, I cannot complete setup my Oculus Go. How do I proceed with the next steps? I also tried the setup by Meta Quest for Android, but the symptom is all the same.  Version 258.0.0.9.109 released on Marth 13th also show the same symptoms. Still the setup fails and the headset becomes useless. I can click "Continue" button. But all the three links are inactive.  &n

RayBan Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 Problems with battery charging and connection to the Meta appThe problem started yesterday when I was using them. The recording kept cutting out due to low battery, but when I plugged them in to charge, the app said the glasses were at 100%. When this problem persisted, I decided to reset the lenses. I did so, and the white light flashed for a long time, but they didn't reconnect to the app. From there, I tried the app's recommendations: I put them in their case and pressed the button to make the case flash blue, but it didn't work; it only showed a white light after several seconds of holding the button down. Then I tried the trick of hiding the temples of the glasses and pressing the capture button, but that didn't work either. Next, it suggested disconnecting my phone from Bluetooth, but none of this solved the problem. Now, when I put the glasses in the case, the LED on the case is orange, but no matter how long I leave them there, the light doesn't

A recently introduced audio bug is driving me absolutely nuts, especially as the quest 3 is my favourite device of all time, I use it as a tv, home cinema, browser, virtual monitors for working, pc gaming, etc.  But it's become unusable. The problem is that randomly after exiting VR, or the headset coming out of sleep mode, an endless drone sound begins playing, very similar to the one the pc link environment has (which is why nobody can use it for anything other than quickly launching a game). The drone will dissapear when I enter VR games or apps such as virtual desktop, but it won't dissapear from the main OS's user interface until the headset is restarted.  This means watching watching netflix or prime in the browser has a constant loud droning sound that warbles intrusively over the movies and shows.Even things like remote desktop, or windows app are unusuable because of it.It only began very recently, within the last two updates.I'd be eternally grateful if this could be

So I just got back from three days of not using my Quest 3s. When I get on it, I notice that recent messages aren't loading. I wait a while but they still won't load. I go to type but the message won't send who I typed it to. The meta quest app is perfectly fine when I text the same person on there. I go to support because I'm not sure what to do, and the person tells me to uninstall and reinstall the meta quest app, I do so. That made everything much, much worse. I am now completely unable to contact anyone on either device. I am extremely frustrated by this as there are people who I can only contact via the meta quest app. I want to avoid contacting support again because I am worried of making it worse.TL;DR: Messages on vr wouldn't load, contacted support who told me to uninstall and reinstall meta quest app on phone. Phone app is now the same way.

When I power on my headset I am stuck on a long meta loading screen but after a bit it turns black. My controllers vibrate like it would work but it always turns black.Basically this happened when I was playing Pavlov. I was on a custom server with a lot of stuff going on (basically frame drops and low frames lag spikes whatever) and I decided I was gonna restart my game and when I pressed the button to open up the menu and quit the game it lagged out and shut off jy headset. I tried turning it back on but it was loading then went into nothingness.I tried to do the boot menu thing. I pressed the power and volume button and pressed boot device. Nothing worked, then I did power off using the boot menu and powered it back on. Nothing. I drained the battery and recherged it, nothing. I changed the the boot to B and doesnt work. I changed back to A nothing. I sideloaded a update nothing. I really don't feel like doing a factory reset.

I'm having issue connect airlink, it was work fine last week, but this week when I try to start, it says I need to pair it again, not a big deal yet, have that before, so I tried to pair them as usual. But when pair code shown in my Quest3, there is no dialog box pop up in Meta Horizon Link on PC as usual, but as soon as the code expired message shown in my headset the Paring Code Expired dialog also poped up in my MHLink.Restarted Link APP/ Quest3 and my PC few times and still this issue, USB connection link working  fine though.

Só my wallet got somehow “restricted”? and told to appeal by verifying my identity with my ID só I did that but 3-4 days later I still have no response from meta and meta didnt answer when I contacted them through meta forums.

Hii I've been trying to deactivate my account for past an hour however no matter what browser I try not anything I'm unable to do it. I don't have the access to my Oculus 2 headset anymore and I don't want my account to be signed there so I want to deactivate it until I get a newer model. I also don't want to delete the whole account especially since I had some games/apps purchased on it already.Translation Error:Not supported type FXCALFXCAL doesn't support selected type

Our oculus has been stuck on the spinning Meta logo for about two weeks now. We have looked up youtube videos, tried the soft reset, logged in to meta account online, and made sure it was charged. It was stuck on red, then stuck on orange 'while charging', and now it is stuck on white and the meta symbol is still stuck spinning. Where should I go from here? @

Hi everyone,I am currently developing a Proof of Concept (PoC) in Unity for Meta Quest 3 where I need to use both hands and both controllers simultaneously and completely independently.I have successfully configured the project to render both the hands and the controllers at the same time, correctly positioned in space. However, I am running into a specific visual/tracking issue:When I move my physical hand away from a controller, the virtual controller momentarily tries to follow/snap to the hand's position before lagging behind and eventually snapping back to its actual, real-world physical position. My Question: Is this intended multimodal fusion behavior (algorithmic blending) or a known tracking bug?My Goal: I need the tracking positions of the hands and the controllers to be completely independent of each other at all times, without this "rubber-banding" or tethering effect when they separate.Environment Setup:SDK Version: Unity Meta All-In-One SDK 203.0.0Engine: UnityFeature Enab

The trigger button when I hold it pulls up the right click option however, the second I move my cursor to select an option it disappears immediately. Does anybody know how to fix that or had the same problem?

I sent my friend a referral link which she used when she purchased Quests for herself and her son. So far neither of us have received the $30 store credit. How long does it take to show? It’s been about 2 weeks.

Hello, I am operating an educational program for students at an institution in Korea using Meta Quest devices. We currently manage approximately 90 Meta Quest devices, and our program is mainly for students aged 13 and older. Recently, some devices or accounts have started showing prompts requiring age verification through a credit card or ID verification. At first, we were able to resolve the issue by completing verification with a credit card. However, at some point, the verification process started showing the message “Unable to save payment method”, and we have not been able to complete the verification since then. As a result, normal use is being restricted on multiple devices, which is causing disruptions to our educational operations. I would like to ask the following: 1. What is the recommended account and device management method for an educational institution in Korea that operates multiple Meta Quest devices for students aged 13 and older? 2. What

It appears someone was able to get into my son's meta account and made multiple purchases for Yeeps Button Coins from the Meta store. I can see the transactions in his account and several of these happened when he was asleep. Since these did not show in my son's account a figured when they were purchased they were gifted to someone else but I can't see anything. How or who do I  contact at Meta about this? The app has no support and no option to report fraud or abuse? Thanks!Christopher

Hello!Decided to hop back into my Quest 1 after resetting it and found that my old favorite game, Dreadhalls, can no longer be found in the library. Searching some settings like the notifications settings will show options for it, but other than that I cannot find it. Looking on the store it will appear but the option to install or launch doesn’t appear and is replaced with an infinitely loading circle. The game appears installed on the Meta Horizon app, but attempting to launch it or uninstall it does not appear to change anything on the headset itself. I would appreciate any suggestions, I’m new to the forum!

Have they stopped allowing us to create clothing? Why I ask is that every one of my clothing creations has been denied due to an incomplete listing of information after I have gone back several times, making sure all information fields have been filled. Then I click OK after all the information is in, to publish it, which shows my design in the inventory, but says it cannot be published at this time, to try again later. I then go back to try again, and the name is gone, but the description is there, the price set is there, but it won't publish.

So the glasses don’t turn on and are completely unresponsive when outside the case, no led flashing or anything. When they are inside the case they respond normally. The led works, I can install updates, I can restart it, etc. But as soon as I take out the glasses they go completely off. I’ve tried charging for 3+ hours and this didnt work, any solutions/ recommendations??

My finger isn't recognized when I place it on that partof the controller, which can be annoying for games like VRChat where I constantly make a peace sign because of this bug. I have a Meta Quest 3S and it's only the right controller that does this. I've already tried resetting it, but that didn't work. Can someone tell me how to fix it? (I'm sorry if it's a bit confusing i'm ESL)
