Is it possible to attach multiple scripts to an entity ?

It's on the latest firmware.  Meta Quest Link software was updated yesterday.  Haven't used it for a week.  Worked fine for several weeks. Tried it today and could not get it to link in spite of numerous headset and computer reboots.  Tried disconnecting headset, rebooting computer, rebooting headset, reconnecting headset, tried a couple of times -- no joy. Tried several different USB ports, tried a different cable (the official Meta cable), no luck. I guess a firmware or software update broke it, again. Mega frustrating.

Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to fix the Broken Reference issue in scripts and UI. I’ve made a package for the competition and everything works fine in the world, but once I create the asset with everything, the UI script shows a Broken Reference in the asset, and the same thing happens if I install it in other worlds. I’ve tried making it public, but the issue still persists.

Hello support team and other quest 3 users! Background story: I have owned my quest 3 for probably a year and more now, I'm using BOBOVR2 with a fancy extended battery strap, and I always used it every time I use the Quest 3 because it extends the battery by a large amount. I barely charge my Quest 3 because I rarely got it to 0% while using it because of the extended battery (sometimes probably 40% if the battery died). Last night, it is the first time in probably months that the Quest 3 reaches 0% battery and shuts down (It happened because i didn't plug my battery extension).SO what I did is, I charged it with a 67 W charger (which I always used). I waited for almost 4 hours and suddenly, the LED light changed from "charging mode" (orange) to "low battery mode" (flashing red), WHILE charger is plugged in. I checked the battery status by pressing the power button and it shows a empty battery with a charge indicator on it (which is 0%). Not knowing what to do after searching a lot of f

I'd appreciate any help with this:I want an entity to follow the player smoothly without network lag, as smoothly as if it were attached to the player but without using the attachToPlayer method.Right now, I’m updating the follower’s position in World.onUpdate or World.onPrePhysicsUpdate using either a local or server script, but the follower consistently trails behind the player with an inconsistent lag. Setting the owner also didn't help.

I dont have a government ID yet and it takes months just to be registered, so i want to find another way to save my account, please, i did not spend $1K just to see my account and games get erased.   email: [deleted]

We have an Oculus game available on the store alongside a web portal designed to help users manage their account information. We're eager to provide users with the convenience of logging into our web portal using their Oculus account, ideally through some form of OAuth or Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism. The primary resource I've come across regarding this integration is the documentation on "Account Linking".In essence, here's the flow:Our web portal initiates the user's redirection to the Meta SSO URL, which can be found at https://auth.oculus.com/sso/?redirect_uri=https://someloginuri.com/oa&organization_id=1234567812345678.The user agrees to link their account with our web portal.Following the agreement, the user is redirected back to our web portal, accompanied by encoded data we can leverage for authenticating the user within the Oculus API.The account linking process does indeed work, yet there's a recurring issue. Users are prompted to "CONNECT ACCOUNT" each time they visit th

Hi, I just purchased the Meta quest 3 from Amazon. The 512 GB version. I received it today and do not have access to play the Batman Arkham Shadow game. It wants me to pay to play the game. I bought the bundled version of the quest with Batman Arkham shadow included. How can I access this?  My Meta Account is not showing my quest 3 attached to the account either. Please help.

Dear, I had a Quest 2 and I never had a problem with discharge, I charge it to 100 percent and after a few days when I turn it on it is still 100 percent, which is not the case with the Quest 3. The Quest 3 discharges by itself even though it is completely turned off. In the same way, the batteries in the controllers are discharged very quickly, they last only a few days until they reach 20 percent, which was not the case with the Quest 2 controllers, the batteries lasted for months.I have read a lot on the net, everyone has problems with controllers, my opinion is that it is a software problem, but no one will say that.It wouldn't be bad if you put in a little effort and correct the mistakes instead of giving people advice that doesn't help.

Hello everyone,I am a developer for a VR game and we've received multiple user reports about a critical issue. Our game appears to be causing the Meta Quest headset to freeze and become completely unresponsive. Below is a user review that describes the problem:"I would give it 5 stars, but it broke my headset. My game froze and I couldn't shut my headset off, press any buttons without them not working, I couldn't even open up to the boot screen. This game is awesome but it breaks your headset. I held my power button for 5 minutes and it did nothing. Eventually my headset restarted and it started working again but I definitely would not recommend playing this game until this issue is fixed. Edit: This is a reply to the developer response. My game froze as I was coming out of the giant room after going through the portal with the key. I could not do anything and if I moved my head, that frame would move around creating a VERY nauseating experience. No buttons worked at all including the

Hello! I've been using MQDH with Quest2 for almost a year now and they used to work perfectly fine, but since a few days ago, every time I connect my Quest 2 via Link Cable, it is detected and shown as below:  However, if I try to issue any command whatsoever, be it a push, install, reconnect, etc, it turns offline. This can be seen by simply opening the Meta Quest Developer Hub. It initially appears as following: But as soon as one of those commands "finishes" (they always fail), this is the screen I'm left with.  I have tried issuing `adb reconnect offline`, which simply makes the device completely vanish from the devices list. Needing a reboot of the device (and a unplug/plug of the USB cable) for it to reappear. I have tried deleting the adb keys and re-authorizing; rebooting the adb server; disabling and re-enabling the developer mode; factory resetting the Quest 2; disabling Oculus Air Link; changing which adb version to use; clean reinstall of Windows;&n

Hello!I recently upgraded from Quest 2 to Quest 3.But my MQDH Custom Buttons to grab logs & bugreport don't work anymore.I don't seem to have any permissions on the headset via `adb`I can see the device with `adb devices`;I can shell into the device with `adb shell`But whenever I tried to pull a file or use `cat` I get a permission denied error on all the files in mysdcard/Android/ ... folders. Any advice would be much appreciated! Joel

HiI’m developing a unity app that uses an hdmi capture card connected to the quest 3 usb-c port. All was working well until 2 days ago when my quest updated from v74 to v76, and now no matter what permissions I set in my android manifest, access to the connected camera is immediately denied and I am no longer prompted at startup to allow USB Video. This was working until the update to v76. How can I resolve this permission issue? Is this a v76 bug?

We migrated our project from Unreal Engine 5.4 to Unreal Engine 5.5 but noticed several artifacts in the corner of the eye while looking to the center. We got reports of motion sickness due to these artifacts. These include blurry square shapes that appear, culling of objects (like metahumans only having eyes and no skin in that area) and UI widget buttons that appear twice or are cutoff in a weird way. The problem does not occur with UE 5.4 and also deploying the same package to a quest 2 has no issues. Deploying the original 5.4 build to the Quest 3, gave no problem so it is clearly an issue with latest Meta XR plugin for 5.5 + Quest 3. We disabled FOV or other image-affecting settings. I also used the VR Template in Unreal Engine 5.5 and the same problem occurs (works fine in Quest 2, artifacts in Quest 3). Someone has a solution please? It would be greatly appreciated since we are stuck at the moment.

Had another player drop this off to me in discord...Weapons are randomly dropped from both hands. Some players are coming into the arenas completely invisible, and all you see is floating weapons.  The invisible player restarting has had no effect, and I have tried restarting when I can't see a player.  My restarting has had no effect... the invisible player is still... invisible. When using Super Punch in Super Rumble, the only way I can get it to work is flying right into the person.  If I am off even by an inch, it has no effect on my opponent.  However, others can seeminly Super Punch me from several feet away.  Is that a bug... or a feature of the Super Punch that has to be learned. Some opponents also seem to have targeting bullets (humorous, but effective).  I am looking directly at the and shooting, but their avatar isn't even facing me, and their guns are aimed away from me, but somehow I still get damage from their bullets.  Is this a bug or a

Hi, I do a lot of sports with my Quest 3 and now I tried to use normal boxing gloves in an app with hand tracking. Didn't work so far as the "hands" are not recongnized by the quest. Now I was wondering is it because the fingers are missing or because of the black color of the gloves. Would be great to use the gloves because of the weight. Thanks for your opinions. Chris

I have this issue when integrating Meta Horizon Billing Compatibility SDK into my 2D android app. The returned BillingResponseCode is always DEVELOPER_ERROR after the BillingClient initialization and calling startConnection on the initializatied BillingClient. Anyone who give me a hint would be appreciated.

When do current MHCP members get the chance to be part of the Partner Program and create the avatar clothing?? Why aren’t we given the opportunity like others in the first place? Just curious.

I’m on iPhone and whenever I try to open the meta horizon app it immediately closes, I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling it but it won’t open. It’s also stuck on 10 notifications in the top right of it even after I reinstall it, is that normal?

Quest link wouldn’t work today, did yesterdaytried factory reset and idk if it’s still on the same version as it was when it stopped working but still won’t connect, either crashes or is frozen in black screen with meta icon, detail:quest 3v79.1032Build5115411.14920.520 -created Aug23 2025Meta Quest Link: 79.0.0.1143.381iv been spending a whole day troubleshooting everything and meta support is currently not working saying(This page isn't available at the momentThis may be because of a technical error that we're working to fix. Please try reloading this page.Back to home page)When it gets fixed, highly recommend turning off update settings and disabling anything to make the software update, as it’s was fixed. They patch the issue when it had the rapid disconnect and reconnect on 3rd party link cables.and in one whole day I got another update after the patch and now the whole quest link is crashing. also no one has said anything about this anywhere about this issue today and can’t r

If my Remixable World uses my own assets that are stored in my folders under [My Assets > My Folders], how will other users’ access to those assets work if they remix my world to create their own, and what will happen to the folder structure in their account?
