Hi, my lens drop over the rug, they turns "on" normal but  both controllers the Light Ray is cut or interrupted, due that I can´t execute or select actions.

I have a 1T m.2 ssdAsus GeForce RTX 4070 DUAL EVO - OC Edition,16GB DDR4 RamAMD Ryzen 9 5900x processor.Windows 11 home version 24h2 and these parts meet both the minimum and recommended requirements and yet the software claims that my machine still does not meet the retail requirementsDoes anyone have any good tips on what could be causing the problem and is Windows up to date, Nvidia drivers as well as Meta Quest 2 with glasses?

I haven't used my Oculus Rift for a year or 2. Hooked it up, played a game, then got a message to install Quest Link. In the headset it tells me to "Set Your Position" then "Improve Sensor Tracking."Under the error is continues, "Your sensor is tracking your position, but can't see the front of your headset."Nothing I've tried gets past that point; reposition, wipe off sensors etc. Even though I've uninstalled it several times, the Guardian keeps showing up which makes me think it's not being fully uninstalled. So, I guess my question is, what is that error and how do I fully uninstall the Rift?

I’ve noticed my Quest 3 is the only device on my network having issues with IPv6. Every so often it disconnects for a second and then reconnects, but sometimes it just refuses to reconnect at all unless I keep trying. All my other devices work perfectly fine on IPv6, so it seems to be a Meta-specific problem. Since my Wi-Fi provider doesn’t allow me to switch to IPv4, I’m stuck dealing with it. Anyone else running into this or found a workaround?

So today (4 Sep 2025) I updated my Quest 3 from v79.1027 to v79.1033 (140Mb).Restarted my headset with bated breath...And now my Quest 3 thinks it is on v79.1031, "installed 26 August 2025".

So for the past 2 hours I've been trying to set up my new Oculus Rift that I just got, but its been a hassle. Now whenever I run the software the program says, "Not Enough Space The oculus rift need 6.37 gb of storage." Thing is I have a spare 437 gb drive that I want to us for it and it is in a D:\.Although I installed the software through my D:\ Drive it keeps downloading the contents to my C:\ Drive and is overall annoying. I am trying to move the files by using the instructions on the support page, https://support.oculus.com/1142129705828091/ ,but nothing happens it just opens the folder and doesn't move it... !?Can I get some assistance?

I got a Meta Quest 2 today for Christmas. Everything was going well, logged into Wi-Fi and stuff, and it was that time, updating time. I didn't put in my Meta account yet. I let it do its update stuff for a while, still saw the update screen when it was at downloading 97%. A bit later, it was completely black screened. I gave it a while, it was charging with the charging light on. I gave it a couple hours, tried to turn it on normally, didn't work. I did the power button volume down thing, it went to the menu, I clicked boot, it booted into a weird download screen, when it was done it went to meta logo and then a couple minutes later black screened. I did this multiple times, same thing. So, I did the process again, but factory reset instead. It did the exact same as before, didn't help, tried once more, then was harder to get to the menu, then just clicked the device info option, and black screen, then no way to turn back on, couldn't get to the menu, didn't have power light, basicall

Hi, I'll try to keep this as succinct as I can. This morning my son complains the controllers aren't working on the Meta 3S. moving the controllers or pulling the triggers does nothing, but if I hold the meta button in one controller I do get the meta symbol with the loading circle around it, and the meta app shows the controllers as connected. So:I tried rebooting the headset - no changetried changing batteries in the controllers, and leaving batteries out for 30 seconds - no changeUsing power button + Volume down button I called up the boot menu and factory reset the headsetNow when I turn the headset on I get the meta logo, followed by spinning meta logo, followed by passthrough mode view of the room I'm in for about one second, then it switches to a black screen. While the screen is black the two controllers vibrate every few seconds. If I hold in the power button I can bring the power menu up, I can adjust volume on the headset. Pressing buttons on the controllers only causes

Hello,I have an issue this morning with the In Death Unchained app. When I start the Game, I have a message with the politics that are not respected anymore. Then I have a black screen. What does it?

Hello, I've been an on and off user of VR stuff for a few years now, and my headset of choice is a Rift S made... I believe not long before Oculus got folded into Meta. I do have the Meta Quest Link app but I mostly go through Steam's VR system as I mostly game on that platform. As a result I have never set up a payment method on the MQL app. Periodically (perhaps when it seems to close and re-open itself every so often?) it prompts me to add a payment method of some kind. I do not want to add a payment method through there. Is there any way that I can disable this periodic prompt from appearing?

Hi. I tried to contact support directly to clarify this, but support seems clueless about the topic and my ticket got closed without proper response. So basically, some time ago I watched a 2 year old video on youtube and got exceptionally excited about possibility of having budget night vision so I ordered a Quest 3 along with kkcobvr IR emitter, only to discover that this feature, the infra red view, which I thought would automatically turn on if environment is dark enough, does not seem to exist. I did not fully understand whether a guy in video accessed it through some experimental early access app or anything of that sort, but the other person in this video comments section says that infra red view got patched out because it was against specific laws in the United States. So, could someone please clarify current situation with the feature? Did it actually exist and whether it was only available through specific software? Can it still be accessed in any way? And if not, doe

I have Charged My Meta quest 2 For a 27 or more hours and the amount of charge was 15% And I don’t know what to do I have a 10 watt charge or a 20 i don't remember and i have  tried other areas in my house please help

Any one have any idea how the devs accomplished this real time clipping effect while moving the level terrain? Is it possibly a stencil effect of some kind?

I turned on my headset and came so a screen saying I was logged out. It then told me to pull up meta.com/device on my phone and type in a code. After typing in that code, I was then told to put my email in. I put the email in- It told me there was no account associated with my email. I’ve logged into the app with the email I typed in, i’ve checked for spelling errors, etc. I’m not sure what to do, I can’t find a way to fix it— :’(

I try to use XrSamples/XrBodyFaceEyeSocial as a reference  1) I modify its  AndroidManifest.xml and add these user-permission<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />  <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />  <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO" />  <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>add  android:requestLegacyExternalStorage="true" in its  <application .. />2) At the same time, I try to make this application get storage permission throughSettings->Privacy&safety->App permissions->Storage and turn on XrBodyFaceEyeSocial Sample3) When I try add the following codes in virtual bool AppInit(const xrJava* context) override {......int mFd = open("/sdcard/Movies/doggie.mp4", O_RDONLY);if(mFd < 0) {char* why = strerror(errno);printf("%s\n", why);}else {close(mFd);}

Hi everyone, I recently started working with OVROverlays to achieve a better visual quality of my UI in VR. My scene setup is as follows: I have a world-space display object with a Quad child that uses an OVROverlay in Underlay mode. The Quad has a fixed world pose (not parented to the camera), MeshRenderer disabled, and I assign the same RenderTexture to both eyes. When I move my head sideways, the UI on the underlay appears to “swim” or drift relative to the 3D display, instead of staying fixed. Interestingly, this only happens when I build. This might be because I’m feeding a mono texture to both eyes, so there’s no stereo disparity. But wouldn't I see that in the editor?Has anyone experienced this? Any idea or fix is very welcome. Thanks beforehand!Laura

I am a MetaQuest app developer. When I tried to proceed with the Admin verification process from Meta's Organization Verification the other day, I was instructed to take a picture of my verification documents with a camera. Since I was processing the verification from my PC, I cancelled the picture-taking and tried to complete the process from my smartphone. However, the picture-taking menu never appeared again, and for some reason, it shows that I submitted my verification documents without actually submitting them, completing the application without them. Please allow me to take pictures of my verification documents again. I sent a message to Meta Support, but they instructed me that it would be appropriate to make an inquiry here. Therefore, I am posting on this forum.Thank you.

As a result of verifying the organization's administrator certification with my license, I received an e-mail stating that "The image of your license is not sufficient, please resubmit it".However, when I tried to resubmit the request on the certification page, it said, "Verification request under review." and I cannot resubmit the request.I cancelled the request once, but it is the same situation. Also, when I discussed the above matter with developer support, I was told that I should discuss the account level issue with https://store.facebook.com/help/support/, not developer support. However, even after consulting with the above, I was told that "this is not the place to discuss this issue" and the issue was not resolved. Does anyone else have a similar problem or know of a solution?

Hello everyone, I want to create a UI that can be moved and resized by dragging its borders, similar to a system interface. Are there any examples available?

I have verified myself live numerous times with a chat agent via facebook regarding an old Instagram account of mine, and they refuse to delete it. I don't have access to the old account. It is a dead account that locked me out a long time ago when Facebook integrated with Instagram. I used to be able to log into that Instagram with facebook but ever since then, nope. I have over the last few years needed it deleted for branding but Meta does nothing, 90% of everything goes through AI, and service agents have no power.I would really like someone at Meta to get in contact with me so I can pull the plug on this old account. Any other platform I have had a problem it has been no problem to do this once I verified my identity. Meta's securiy protocol makes no sense and in iinstances like this seem to have put themselves and users at a dead end which is bad policy.

I gifted an app to a friend, but it seems he haven’t received it. I’m unable to cancel the transaction on my end, which is quite troubling. There appears to have been no notification sent to the recipient, and I’m also unable to initiate a refund. The title of the game is Contractors Showdown.

I'm really hoping someone can help me with this. I was attempting to get my Whatsapp business number verified so I could send messages with the business name appearing instead of the phone number. It looks like I headed off down the wrong path and I did something with the Whatsapp API that added a Test Number to my Whatsapp. Now I can't find a way to remove the Test number and it also seems to preventing me adding a new number to the whatsapp manager.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

So this started happening a couple weeks ago where my mic is not broken or anything but when I first join a party I can hear people for a couple seconds then it goes quiet and they cant hear me and I can’t hear them. The my audio still doesn’t work when I’m in game and even when I leave the party people still can’t hear me. But it did randomly started working normally for a couple days but after that never again. I have updated to the latest software, I’ve rebooted the headset multiple times from the boot menu, I’ve tried external mics but nothing works. The only thing I haven’t done is factory reset my headset because I don’t want to lose all my data and progress in my games and friends list.

Hi everyone,I’ve been running into a strange audio issue in my own worlds (e.g., SQUID GAME TRIO - JUMP ROPE GLASS BRIDGE). Whenever a mobile player joins, they can’t hear the players who are already in the world. The only voices they hear are from new players who join after them. This makes it pretty hard for mobile players to participate fully.Has anyone else noticed this happening in their own worlds? If so, were you able to find a workaround or a fix? I’d love to know if other creators are seeing the same behavior. Thanks in advance!

Starting this week my team has been unable to join our Horizon Workrooms. For everyone - immediately upon entering we are kicked out with a message that says something went wrong and have been disconnected.
