HELP! i have been creating clothing since December and was well over the 100.00 threshold mark and am now at 1K$$. Meta has not paide me yet for sold clothing. I clicked on support link and i recieved a message via a legitimate looking email suposedly from a "Brock" that requested social security number and 5 months worth of bank statements in order to get paid. Is this normal? In thr beginning of the discussion  i did give up my bank account and routing number (supposedly for them to verify)  but none of the other requested info. is THIS NORMAL? OR HAVE I BEEN Hacked? and where/who do i go to to fix this and to get paid? My store is Crystal Haven Gem and Mineral BoutiqueRaidergirl

Once again having this problem still. I cant use my vr on pc anymore because of this problem please help me out. Tried all methods usually used like reinstalling on a new drive. Updating and all of the above. I need a workaround or a fix please I need some help soon! At this point im thinking about just refunding and saving up for a Index.

I have the Horizon+ membership and the VR Table Tennis app was free. I installed it and played with it. Past month or more I didn't play it again (bought a VR TT paddle) .. I tried to play the game today and even though it was installed, it is no longer in my installed apps. Perhaps, I am not understanding how Horizon+ subscription works .. do the games disappear? or are they free only for a month or so? I had downloaded Angry Birds and it is still there.

For some crappy reason even though I have the newest ptc that released on feb 10 I still can’t turn on navigator in experimental. I do have developer on and have restarted my quest

I dont know how this even happens but its one of the most confusing bugs ive ever seen. on my monitor everything is fine and i can see myself moving around and I can still do stuff, but on my headset I see a frozen image and if I press the oculus button it opens up standalone and it says im playing link (happens when you crash link) the frozen image bends when i move which i think is normal??? my friend also has this problem so its almost definitely a link issue.

I’m on v 78.1027 and still don’t have the new, improved navigator. What is it with Quest updates? This is the only platform on earth where this kind of nonsense happens. Imagine you update your smartphone or computer and still have exactly the same features & functionality as the old build - doesn’t make sense. Either the feature is ready, thus should be available to all, or it’s in development so would only apply to those on test builds. What we have with Meta is a situation where different user accounts on the same device can have different U.I’s 🤦 I’m struggling for words honestly, I think I’ll settle on describing this situation as “despicable”.

I am having trouble playing multiplayer games. I join a multiplayer game and it will kick me from the lobby but not the actual game from 5 to 30 seconds of being in the lobby. I tried doing a factory reset, deleting and reinstalling the game and restarting my oculus. The same will happen when I’m on a call with my friends. Please help.

Hello, I purchased some clothing items in the store, but an error occurred during the process. The coins were deducted, but the items are not in my wardrobe. When I go back to the store, the items are still listed with a price, as if I need to buy them again, and my money is gone.Who can I contact about this? So far, this has happened with three items that I paid for but did not receive. At this point, I no longer trust the system and will not make any further purchases until my items are restored.

When using my Quest 3, I use a Bobovr M3 headset with a battery. In the past the Bobovr battery would always drain first before the Quest started to drain but now when I use it I get a notice about "slow charging" and the battery can't keep up so the headset actually drains.Anyone have any idea what has changed? Not sure if it's a BoboVR issue or a Quest 3 issue!

My child has had his profile suspended saying they believe he is under 13 which he is as i set up child account for him as he is 10 and says i have to confirm his age but when i do it says its wrong so wondering if i inputted it incorrectly is there anyway of finding out or confirming age any other way before his account is deleted

REPRODUCIBLE BUG: I put on my Quest 3 and after it woke from sleep, before selecting my profile, I pressed the power button for about 5 seconds to bring up the Headset power menu. I wanted to Power Off my headset, but none of the settings are functional, and the menu is soft-locked if you are not logged in to your profile first. Clicking the menu options with the controller or hand tracking does not register the clicks, so the menu can't even be cancelled. I could still press-and-hold the power button for ~10s to force the headset to shut down. I've already reported this bug through the headset Quick Settings menu. I'm on Q3 v83.1034 (5156385.11560.520).

Trying to fix the 0% update issue, and I’ve seen people mentioning doing a factory reset on the controllers, but can’t seem to find how to do that. thanks!

Device / software • Meta smart glasses: Firmware 20.0• iPhone: iOS 26.2• App: WhatsApp (latest version)• Meta View app: Latest version• Region: UK• Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer GEN two Summary Since updating to Meta glasses firmware 20.0 (and around the same time iOS 26.2), WhatsApp message readout on the glasses is no longer working correctly. This is a major regression for accessibility. WhatsApp message readout is one of the most useful features of the glasses, and it is now doesn't work for incoming messages. Issue description For most incoming individual WhatsApp messages, the glasses:• Play the notification sound• Say only: “Message on WhatsApp”• Do not read the message content• Do not announce the sender’s name This happens even for very short messages (e.g. “Hello, how are you”). If I then say “Read it”, the glasses will read the message content, but still do not say which contact it is from. By contrast:• Group WhatsApp messages behav

Every time I launch IB cricket I get a screen which says Under Maintenance. Try after X hours. Is IB cricket down?

I'm getting a storage error while downloading the Meta Horizon Link app and it's not downloading; I have approximately 1TB of free space.i reset my computer and tried it, I'm still getting the same error

I am hearing a few cases form our users that have issues updating our application after switching from either Beta or Alpha, back to the LIVE version.  It will sometimes not update even with a full reinstall.  Are there any other developers here experiencing this issue of forcing the application to upload to the selected release channel?

So basically my question is controller/left quest 2 the light stays on and it won’t connect to the app but the light is a still light I don’t know what to do and yeah.

It's version 5.5.4 and sdk version is being developed as 78.0. I'm developing a case where 3 people multi-play, and different Pawn can be set up each player. For example, one person is DefaultPawn, the other is IsdkSamplePawn, IsdkSamplePawn2, and so on.The two Pawn's are using hand-tracking.The code link that I referenced to make different Pawn is likehttps://unreal.gg-labs.com/wiki-archives/networking/spawn-different-pawns-for-players-in-multiplayerand this is Unreal 4, so I modify the code to version 5. By the way, if the Player Controller class calls GameMode's RestartPlayer within DeterminePawnClass,Pinch grab action does not work in handtracking.I think it's a bug of RigComponent in InteractionSDK,but I wonder if anyone has solved this problem.

Hi guys i need an answer please if i buy a battery strap of aubika or bobovr will it hurt the device or not?And whats the maximum capability of wats i can charge the quest 3 with 20 45w?

I own two Meta Quest 3 devices with Meta Warranty Plus coverage. I am experiencing the endless boot loop with one of the devices as described in the following threads: https://communityforums.atmeta.com/t5/Get-Help/QUEST-3-STUCK-ON-LOGO-AND-DOESN-T-START-UP/td-p/1111493 https://communityforums.atmeta.com/t5/Get-Help/My-Quest-3-is-stuck-in-bootloop-with-Turining-META-logo/td-p/1113431 https://communityforums.atmeta.com/t5/Get-Help/My-quest-3-won-t-launch-and-will-only-display-the-meta-logo/td-p/1138261 To summarize: After power up, device displays "disk" logo with down arrow and green progress barAfter progress bar completes, meta logo appears, spins, fades, and repeats endlessly (have left device plugged in overnight with no progress)Video of the above taken by my phone of my headset is posted here: https://youtube.com/shorts/qpD6hcmvSXw?feature=share In answer to commonly requested questions from similar threads: The issue began on 2024/02/12 at approx 8 PM EST. The headset had b

On my third Quest 3 in 2 years 3 months. Replaced by Meta. They’ve all failed similarly in that they are working as expected, put on a charger and show boundary or tracking issues on next use. Software reinstall and factory restore either don’t solve the issue or brick the unit. Meta support is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.Current unit followed same flow except I’ve been able to get it partially working but not usable after multiple restores and software reinstalls. It will now boot but shows Finding Position in Room. Then without interaction it will show the menu bar at the bottom, then flash back to Finding Position - continues back and forth. Passthrough works intermittently. When it does work the room has waves, jumps between zoomed to unzoomed views, sections of the room to sides flash in front of me, the view has fractures in it, there are what are best described as lightening bolts across the screen with combined views of what’s in front of me and to the sides.

Hi, I got accepted into the MHCP Program and got the email a month or so ago. I don't remember if I got a Discord invite, but how do I get in?Thanks!

Remote Desktop connects OK and I see the monitors, but when the pointer or hand tracker hovers over the screen, overlay buttons pop up and nothing can be clicked on the monitor. Can't launch anything, can only switch monitors, change resolution or disconnect. Am I missing a step?
