I am trying to log into my meta account on my computer but it says the email or password is incorrect, however the email and password is correct, I have reset both several times, but it still says they are incorrect. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but that didn't work, and I did the forgot password thing numerous times, but that is not working either. Please help if you can.

We have an issue with Gorilla Tag which doesn't start up, after an update. It says:Can't play this app because it is pegi 3, set up parental guidance. But, since the app is the adult account, which manages the parental control of child accounts, it doesn't have any parental control settings.Any ideas? Thank you.

I have been building PVP games in Horizon Worlds for the last year, and now that VR in Horizon worlds is going away I am looking at doing a native PVP VR game instead. I have used both unreal engine and unity, was leaning on using unity because I feel I may program quicker in Unity. I have some cloud experience using AWS, mostly hosting websites. But for hosting or implementing Multiplayer, I am looking at options and others experiences. I am thinking of two main solutions, one being AWS (this is my go to for cloud tasks, but I use mostly for hosting websites) and proton (it sounds to good to be true, its free and you can have 100 concurrent users). AWS likely will be a pain to setup and seems like it will cost more (which makes no sense to me, usually cheapest for most tasks). Photon seems super cheap and easy to implement (sounds to good, feel like there is something I am missing). Have any tried both methods, and how do they compare, or are their better solutions

Hi,I'm developping a mixed reality app on the Quest 3 with Unity, using the Boundaryless feature to disable the guardian : <uses-feature android:name="com.oculus.feature.BOUNDARYLESS_APP" android:required="true"/>I was wondering, what is the max tracking area size in that case ? It seems that at around 20m from the origin, the headset displays a warning to the user about being far away from the origin. Is it possible to disable it ? It it possible to go farther away than 20m ? Is there a size where the tracking is degraded ?Thanks.

Hello,I've started having this issue just recently, as it was working fine before. Basically the meta link would work fine until 5-10 minutes in, then the headset display would freeze, though the audio and head movement did not. Restarting the headset and re-plugging the link cable in don't work, and if I were to disconnect the horizon link, then no matter what I did, the link would not connect anymore. The only way to get the link started again that I've found is to just do a full PC restart.I'm using a Quest 3 and a brand new link cable, but I doubt those are the issue. I've tried some fixes I've seen on here but none worked. And before you tell me about AirLink, no, it's too unstable for me to use.

I’m playing on a meta quest 3 and using quest link with a cable, after around 5-10 minutes of use, my vr screen glitches and turns into a grey screen but on my monitor it’s completely fine, i disconnect the cable from my headset and plug it back in and now quest link won’t start, need to restart pc every time. Only started happening today. Any help?

Since a software update today (25 April 2025) on my Quest 3, I have been having problems - the Quest 3 has distorted VR image, and frequently freezes and crashes. When using the Quest 3, MSFS also crashes unexpectedly. MSFS performs normally when not using the Quest 3.My Quest 3 has been performing well until immediately after the update, so I have to suspect the update has caused the problem.Has anyone else experienced this?

I've tried all the troubleshooting options a thousand times now so please do not tell me to check minimum requirements or windows defender or antivirus or run as an administrator or delete the files from appdata and restart. I've done that, believe me. Also I tried installing it on another older computer in my house and it worked fine first try, so it's not my ISP or router. I also made sure that my chipset drivers are up to date.It downloads fine but every time it either stalls while installing or it gives an error message telling me to restart. When it tells me to restart the log always says Dawn.Setup.CreateLibraryServiceStep failed. Also when I tried to contact support with my serial number it told me support is not available for this device. But it's a brand new quest 3s. And I tried putting the serial number in again swapping the zeroes for the letter O and it told me that the serial number is incorrect. So I'm pretty sure the number was correct the first time. What kind of nonsen

Is there currently project or team focusing on connecting speech to prompt, in world 3D object animated or interactive gen?I'm talking about mobile and VR in world generations... Think of .... Um... Instant of the meta AI, chat gpt grok style of desktop generating video .. why not a world, a mobile or VR world that you can easily gen 3object that you will be able to held or ride???im sure someone said it before. I know there must tons of challenges, but isn't that an untapped path?Inside a that world/app, someone speak, "hello, meta. Spawn a rainbow flying unicon" and an low poly interactive pony spawns in 30s later.

First - impossible to get direct support this is my last effort. I had to create this new account with a different email just to be able to post this in hopes a human with empathy and understanding from meta can actually do something.  I've tried everything else for HOURS over DAYS.THE MAIN PROBLEM MetaStoreHelp Unable to access my meta account because its asking for 2FA as it says  "You've asked us to require a login code when anyone tries to access your Meta account with a password." I don't recall doing this, (I thought I created the account using the facebook login button a few years ago) either way there is no backup method, since even if I try to change my password, get the same Loop of needing a code. It wont allow me to reconnect with my verified email address that I have access to if its requiring a code from a 2FA because its saying that I asked to require a login code when anyone tries to access your Meta account with a password. Something that I do

I have set up my Quest 1 with a Meta account. The Quest's UI only shows a Profile name (@…), no other account information. I can access my purchased games there, too.On https://secure.oculus.com/my/quest/  I can see those same games for the Quest. So, the account I use there knows about my original Quest account and the installed games. However, when I click the "Devices" link on that page, it opens https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/ but that page shows NO devices ("A Meta Quest device isn't registered to your account right now. Set up a headset to get started.").Is that expected behavior?Or what might be wrong that prevents my Quest 1 to appear in the meta account? The link "personal details" (going to https://accountscenter.meta.com/?returnURL=profile ) also clearly knows about my @… Profile, so that connection is set up.I just wonder if something is missing.

I’m unable to connect my Vanguard glasses via Meta AI to Garmin as well as Strava. When I try to connect them, I end up on a blank page and nothing happens. What can I do?

Hi,I recently had to re-pair my Quest 3 to the Meta Horizon Link PC app.  I paired the link via wifi/airlink with no issues (confirmation code sent and confirmed on PC app).  However, when launching the link, the headset displays a message stating that "Your device setup is still in progress.  Please take off  your headset and continue with setup on the Meta Horizon Link app on your computer." On the PC app, it's stuck on a page displaying the text "Choose how to connect. - Over USB.... - Over Wi-fi...."  with no other buttons except for a "Learn More" link that takes me to the Meta website.  I cannot navigate to any other pages, and the back button (<-) in the top left corner is grayed out and unclickable.I've also connected to the app via USB and I am still seeing the "Your device setup is still in progress" message on my headset and the "Choose how to connect" page on the PC app.   Any thoughts on how to get out of this loop?  Tha

I'm trying to contact support to fix my pairing code not working since I factory reseted my Quest 2 by accident. I go through the support page selecting the right type of issue im having then the website tells me that I do not have a device associated with my account even though I should do since there is a Quest 2 paired on my account on the Meta Horizon app on my phone.

Hello all,I am attempting to find out if the 4 post fix numbers after the version number determine which features you receive on your headset. The post fix numbers I am speaking of are, for example: v85.xxxx or v2.1.xxxxI currently have 1034 as my post fix numbers and it seems that none of the PTC features mentioned are included in my builds. I never paid attention to these 4 numbers in the past, but did use to get all the features mentioned when new PTC versions were dropped.I had the new Navigator when it first arrived, but it has since been dropped for the older version of the bottom menu bar. Please chime in and let me know if you have the same post fix numbers and different PTC features or the same. If you have different post fix numbers, let me know if you have the missing features like surface keyboard, new Navigator and what ever other enhancements are listed.Thanks.

Hi all. I am new to VR, and to the Quest etc. I am surprised it has taken me this long to start exploring VR as I have been a pc gamer for many years. I got my first VR headset last week (Quest 3) and I absolutely love it. I have been getting to grips with where everything is, how to use Horizon OS etc.I came home from work yesterday, called a friend of mine, and noticed that something had changed. It appears that automatic updates are turned on, and my headset updated to software version 85.0.Since this unexpected update, I have noticed 2 problems. Suddenly I can’t play Population One. The game is now stuck on the initial ‘Logging In - Please Wait’ screen. I have done everything you can think of. Restarted my WiFi network, restarted the headset, removed the WiFi network and added it again, uninstalled the game etc etc. It makes no sense…it just suddenly doesn’t work. I have also noticed that during a call with a friend (any friend) I can longer see the call preview window. I

I pay for a oculus two off eBay and I think it’s still connected to the other person oculus account because it’s stuck on a black screen and I cannot reset it. I cannot program it.

Hi everyone. after last update  i'm no longer to access the program because when it on start it jump the start page bringing me back on logging page. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall with nothing to fact. Anyone same issue? some solution?

Glasses have the latest version, when I record a video it shows up in the gallery in the Meta app and shows up in the folder on my phone. Can not play the videos, get an error "Codec not supported H.265 HEVC". I have Moto g power with Android 15 latest update.

I was playing gorilla tag with a friend and i wanted to download a map in the virtual stump area then the game crashed,i was trying to relaunch the game and it still crashed but this time i am stuck in the virtual envirement loading screen and i need to restart the headset everytime i am stuck in it

My airlink was not working for oculus link nor steamvr. I looked for 4 hours for solutions online. I ended up deleting my entire oculus file on my pc and it didn't work. I went through all of the troubleshooting methods. then I used virtual desktop, but it was too laggy. So i read somewhere that factory resetting my headset could fix it. So since it was my last ditch effort, i decided to. Now all of my games and apps are missing and i only have one account with two emails. all of my apps are missing on the mobile app, the website, and on the headset. I have tried verifying my headset on this account using the serial number on the left side of the headset. It did not recognize my serial number. I have tried using the email that I purchased the headset with. It did not recognize the device. I have tried looking for my receipt. my receipt is gone. I do not know what to do. Edit: I solved it. it was an issue with one of the names on my internet not being able to airlink. While i still

My quest 3 isn't charging with my link cable and I've had no problem doing it with quest 2 but it just stays at the same percentage.. I haven't tried the charger the comes in the box but It should be charging.

Quest 2 shows a code but there’s nowhere to input this in my son’s android phone.i set my 13 yo up in family account but we can’t pair his phone to the headset. The headset options do not fully populate so we can’t select his unit. The app is the most current one.We have the code but there’s nowhere to type it in.i have an iPhone and i was able to pair straight away but this means he can only use the VR on my account so what’s the point of having child restricted options if he can’t use his profile?please help

Hello; I have followed documentation and have toggled a leaderboard to show up in the mobile menu, but it doesn't seem to show up; I do have values on the leaderboard. I was just trying to see if anyone else was experiencing this as well in the Meta Horizon app.

I am trying to add a profile; however, when I put in the email address for the invite link to go to, I get the message "Something went wrong, try again later." I have restarted the headsets multiple times with no luck. The one time it did send the email, it never went through to the email, and it wasn't in the spam folder either. If anyone could help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.
