I lost the ability of body tracking a few hours ago,I was doing some updates in my project so I thought I might broke something inside Unitythen I tested a previous build which had a working body track but the tracking didn't work alsoIs it a bug in Meta Horizon Link?Meta Quest 3 Version 2.3.1034Meta Horizon Link Version 201.0.0.73.547

I just received my Meta Quest 2 yesterday. I am in the process of setting it up. Now I am being prompted for a 5 digit code. I am to look into my headset, but it won't turn on? I am a serious newbie to this technology. Your assistance will be so appreciated. Thank you.

I opened the desktop editor, but the models in both worlds were not displayed and turned into warning triangles. When I entered my own world or other worlds from VR, there were also warning triangles. After a while, it returned to normal, and then repeated this state

When I logged on to vr and wanted to play a game I logged on and was met with the new menu and i dont like it so can somebody help me to get the old menu back please I don’t like it at all

I just purchased a meta quest 3 about 2 weeks ago and the screen would turn black when I had it on. I wouldn’t even be able to type in my passcode by the time it turned black. I did what was said to hold the power and volume buttons for 10 seconds and once I did that it turned off and started blowing air from the front side of the headset. I’ve put it on a charger, held all 3 buttons for 30 seconds+ and still nothing. It’s been 10 minutes and it’s still just blowing out air.

This issue seems to have started after updating Meta Horizon Link to version 83.0.0.333.349.At least with version 83.0.0.311.349, developer-specific features (such as passthrough and hand tracking) did not work, but VR Preview itself was functioning correctly. Current behavior:When I press VR Preview, the Unreal Engine preview window enters a non-VR state (the camera is fixed at floor level and does not move), and nothing happens on the Meta Quest headset connected via Air Link.On the headset side, the Link waiting screen (the gray environment) continues to be displayed indefinitely. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?Any information or insights would be greatly appreciated. Environment:Unreal Engine 5.5Meta XR Plugin: 78Meta Horizon Link: 83.0.0.333.349

Hi, i need to get my MHCP discord invite please.

I want to begin this by saying how dare you meta, I disabled oculus from starting up, closed the window and when I went to terminate the task in my task manager, oculus somehow managed to worm itself into opening again. this is beyond invasive, it's disturbing. If I can't stop oculus from opening down at a command line level, then how do I know you're not scanning my files and reporting them back to your data farms, are you that desperate to see the photos I have saved on my computer you perverts??? this application is no different than a virus, the only difference is instead of holding my files hostage, it's stealing my information and selling it to the highest bidder.

Merci

So i was looking through my closet and found this gearvr, so i took my old s7 and inserted it into it and i apparently alerdy had all the oculus app on my old s7, but in vr it said i need to login in the oculus app. So i take out phone and try logging in, but i get the no internet connection error, but my phone has wifi and websites work. I am trying to log in to the Oculus App on my PC, I have plugged in my headset, I clicked  'Continue with Facebook', then the next screen tells me to: 'Continue in Your Browser.  To confirm your Facebook login, please switch to your default web browser now.  The confirmation process may take a few seconds to complete'.I have opened every web browser on my computer, logged into my facebook account on each browser, turned firewalls off, and nothing happens / no confirmation occurs.  And the 'Help Centre' button at the bottom of the screen doesn't link to anything either.Any idea what I should try next?

Hi, I’m having a persistent login issue with Meta Horizon Link on Windows. When I click “Log in / Create account” in the Horizon Link desktop app, it opens my browser but I am always redirected to https://auth.meta.com/language. Even if I log out and sign in again successfully in the browser, Horizon Link stays on “Continue in your browser” and never finishes the login. I only see the language settings page again and again. What I have tried so far:– Synced my PC system clock and time zone (UTC+08:00, China)– Cleared cache and cookies, and tried Incognito/Private windows– Disabled all browser extensions, including ad-blockers and security extensions– Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)– Repaired and reinstalled Meta Horizon Link– I’m using a VPN, and I can log in normally on my Quest headset, the mobile app, and Meta Developer Hub with the same account. However, Meta Horizon Link still cannot log in and always redirects me to the language settings page.

Hi, I'm using the Quest 2 running 2.4.1034. I'm unable to switch scenery in the Loft, as the Switch Scenery buttons make a sound when I click on them, but don't do anything. My environment is currently a blank cloudy area, however in the Loft settings, Horizon Central is ticked (checked). I know I definitely am not in Horizon Central, as it used to load me into that area, so I know what it looks like. There are no buildings, only mist.I was able to download new scenes, but cannot switch to them either. I have restarted the headset, but the issue still occurs. Please let me know if I can reset it somehow. Thanks,Hulio

Just a heads-up that Quest v2.4.1034 (build 5216847.4070.520) breaks Prime Video focus mode. I'm using a Quest 3. After this software update (the app itself hasn't had any updates in quite a while), whenever I open Amazon Prime Video app and switch to focus mode, then click any other button such as "Home", "Prime", "Subscriptions", "Search", "Play", etc, the app instantly switches back to window mode. This is a royal pain in the backside. The ONLY way to be able to watch a movie in focus mode after the update, is to play the movie first, then immediately switch to focus mode and do not click on anything else after that as it could cancel the focus mode again. This is NOT how the app used to behave before the update. Before the update, the app would stay in focus mode until you specifically click the "leave focus mode" button or close the app. The best workaround at the moment is to simply use the Browser-based version of Prime Video instead of the dedicated app. I've reported the bug v

Hi,I've been unsing quest link for years... I have even 2 headsets (quest 2) and 2 cables. For the last year I was using Virtual Desktop what has made the often problematic process of conecting with my PC way smoother...But it requires 5G in addition to the cable. I'm in a room with no 5G so I started using again quest link through cable. It worked well for a while but since last updates about 2-3 weeks ago, I'm having disconections.-The screen freezes with jagged borders and I lose the conection with the PC. -In the past, I could sometimes at least re-conect to the PC and save the game situation... however now either the screen becomes pitch black or simply cannot connect again...I wonder if other users are having this issue. I never trusted quest link very much... BTW: I even moved the Desktop to an area with 5G to test this issue. Quest link got broken but with Virtual Desktop I could play without issues.

After the recent update, my cursor constantly flashes the working in the background circle. In task manager 'Meta Quest Remote Desktop.exe flashes then suspends followed by a windows problem reporting and repeat. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it from the website and the issue started up again as soon as the install was complete. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I disable auto updates so that I don't have to deal with annoying stuff such as "loft" being turned on and replacing the default passthrough main view. (But of course, this headset auto updates even if I turn off auto updates)I want to imagine that the virtual worlds on the headset don't exist at all- passthrough, until I open an app or game explicitly.Latest update I can go into passthrough, but I can't do anything with it, and there's an annoying unclosable popup saying I can go back to the loft at any time... And clicking the oculus button used to open quick settings (RIP easy access, revert the navigator) but now it GOES BACK TO THE LOFT, WHY.I want to go back to the loft NEVER.WHO ASKED FOR FORCED SOCIAL FEATURES, forced digital environments? I got the quest 2 and 3 for the hardware, and the software is awful and gets worse each update. WHERE'S MOVE WITH YOU WINDOWS??? Window anchors are useless in passthrough, move with you was actually useful!!!!!!!!!!

I was having trouble pairing my controllers, so I did a factory reset. Now I'm stuck on the screen that shows the controller tabs have to be pulled out. I've already pulled out the batteries and also replaced them. I can't use the phone app because I can't get to the Wifi setup screen. Please help!

Devices having issues (meta quest 2) (Samsung galaxy s23 ultra)  I did a factory reset as was recommended to fix the problem of being stuck at 90% when trying to stream to phone. I did a factory reset for being stuck at the pairing screen so I went back to boot menu did another reset then did a side loader update and issue was not fixed. On my meta app my headset is still registered so I can't input the code to pair the headset again. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and as well cleared the cache and data in the app. I have restarted my phone and my blue tooth. When I try and pair a new device I get stuck at "allow permissions" but I have given this  app every single permission. I go to manage profiles and am given error 1675012. Now, I try and go another way by accessing my account on the website and it says no device is found or registered with this account for some unknown reason but it's still connected through my meta app. I have a

I've been looking everywhere on the internet, tried every solution found on reddit and whatsoever, even tried to use software to bypass meta software...Looks like Facebook killed the Oculus Rift S.I cannot contact support because my serial is not recognized, it's ridiculous. I was so disappointed and sad when I saw Facebook taking over Oculus, and I was right, it's become awful, and now after the last update, the Rift S worked only once and now never anymore. Sensor, remotes and everything works, except that the screen stays black. Nothing changed and now i have a nice piece of technology that does not workThis is extremely disrespectful, pushing people to buy new products by killing the old ones. It is unfair, as I paid money for a device that was working, and i really WISH that Facebook wouldn't have forced us to use their ridiculous software.Who's going to refund me for a 5 years old device that was working perfectly, always taken care of and put back in its box at every use, lookin

Hi iv been unable to play my fav game for 2 weeks every time i hit the browser it works ok but when i close it  to return to game it leaves a bot and white bar and an unable to play the game have to restart the quest 2 to clear it it only started happening after it updated 2 weeks ago iv even factory reset quest and reinstalled program on phone but always the same it had me to the point of throwing it in the bin anyone got an idea how to fix it plzzzz

Whenever I go to air link my 3s to my computer it tells me I need to pair my headset (which I had already done) to my computer, but the only thing is nothing pops up on the Meta Quest Link app on my computer besides the blue bar asking me if I want to set my headset up. (as can be seen in the picture) And when I click "set up" it takes me to a screen telling me to choose which connection method I want to go with, I choose air link, and it gives me the steps on how to enable air link nothing more than that.

Dear Meta Support Team,After enduring an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming trial and error process, I finally managed to get my Meta Quest 3 connected to my PC, and for a time, everything worked as expected. However, after a seven-month hiatus, I attempted to use the system again today, only to be met with yet another unexpected and infuriating roadblock. To my dismay, the Meta Quest Link software decided, without warning, that my GPU driver required updating. This is not the case. I have the latest drivers installed for my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, a GPU that is supposedly fully compatible with the Quest 3. Despite multiple attempts to reinstall the Meta Quest Link software, the issue persists.I am beyond frustrated with this situation. The level of inconvenience, especially after paying a significant amount of money for this product and its overpriced data cable, is simply unacceptable. I expect plug-and-play functionality, not to be stuck in a seemingly endless loop of tech

Hello, I am a MetaQuest user from Korea.I bought it in 2020 and used it well, but around 2022-2023, when it switched to Meta Horizon, the account integration got messed up.I was unable to check my email because the email domain of my existing account had disappeared, and as you all know, Meta's login system was very complex. It would be easier to just create a new account, but I have purchased a lot of games on my previous account, and although I have tried various things to recover it, there is absolutely no way to do it. But when I actually tried creating a new account,it won't even pair, perhaps because Meta is already linked to my existing account. It has already been over four years since this device just became useless.I try to fix it every now and then when I remember, but there really is no way to do it. I tried to contact them via email but couldn't find them. This site is too complicated and useless. It seems like a site that is not user-friendly at all. &nbs
